An Iterated Greedy Algorithm with Memory and Learning Mechanisms for the Distributed Permutation Flow Shop Scheduling Problem

The distributed permutation flow shop scheduling problem(DPFSP)has received increasing attention in recent *** iterated greedy algorithm(IGA)serves as a powerful optimizer for addressing such a problem because of its straightforward,single-solution evolution ***,a potential draw-back of IGA is the lack of utilization of historical information,which could lead to an imbalance between exploration and exploitation,especially in large-scale *** a consequence,this paper develops an IGA with memory and learning mechanisms(MLIGA)to efficiently solve the DPFSP targeted at the ***,we incorporate a memory mechanism to make a more informed selection of the initial solution at each stage of the search,by extending,reconstructing,and reinforcing the information from previous *** addition,we design a twolayer cooperative reinforcement learning approach to intelligently determine the key parameters of IGA and the operations of the memory ***,to ensure that the experience generated by each perturbation operator is fully learned and to reduce the prior parameters of MLIGA,a probability curve-based acceptance criterion is proposed by combining a cube root function with custom *** last,a discrete adaptive learning rate is employed to enhance the stability of the memory and *** ablation experiments are utilized to verify the effectiveness of the memory mechanism,and the results show that this mechanism is capable of improving the performance of IGA to a large ***,through comparative experiments involving MLIGA and five state-of-the-art algorithms on 720 benchmarks,we have discovered that MLI-GA demonstrates significant potential for solving large-scale *** indicates that MLIGA is well-suited for real-world distributed flow shop scheduling.

针对制造企业向多工厂分布式生产结构的转变，提出一个考虑订单运输时间的多目标分布式流水车间调度问题，并构建了一个以最小化最大完工时间与总加权提前和拖期惩罚为目标的混合整数规划模型，进而结合问题特点提出一种多目标头脑风暴优化算法进行求解。为了提高算法的搜索能力，利用支配规则设计了一种自适应聚类策略，并基于问题特征采用两种交叉方法和4种邻域结构。实验结果验证了所提算法的优越性。

塔吉克斯坦受威胁维管植物物种多样性及保护空缺研究

受威胁物种是生物多样性保护的优先对象。为了解塔吉克斯坦受威胁物种多样性及其保护现状,基于自然保护联盟(IUCN)和塔吉克斯坦国家红色名录评估数据,梳理塔吉克斯坦受威胁维管植物物种多样性,比较世界IUCN和国家级红色名录评估的差异,并结合塔吉克斯坦受威胁植物丰富度分布格局图和塔吉克斯坦保护区图层,采用地理信息系统(GIS)图层叠加法与差距分析(GAP分析)对塔吉克斯坦受威胁植物进行保护空缺分析。结果表明:(1)塔吉克斯坦受威胁植物物种数最高的属依次为:葱属(Allium)、郁金香属(Tulipa)、阿魏属(Ferula),主要受到放牧、采集和采矿工程等因素的显著不利影响。(2)2015年版的《塔吉克斯坦红色名录》[NRL(2015年)]与2022年IUCN红色名录第三版数据[IUCN-RL(2022年)]中共有受威胁物种228个,11种被2份名录共同收录,其中,IUCN-RL(2022年)中受威胁等级比NRL(2015年)中高的有6种、低的有4种、相同的仅1种。评估尺度、分类观点不一致和物种情况发生实质变化及评估资料不全面是导致这一差异的主要原因。(3)塔吉克斯坦各地理区受威胁物种分布较分散。受威胁物种丰富度最高的地区是吉萨尔-达尔瓦查A(Hissar-Darvasian A)。(4)塔吉克斯坦保护区仅覆盖了该区域约22%的领土,且保护区范围并未完全与受威胁物种丰富度较高地区重合,重点地区保护程度不足,需要加强保护。

Numerical Calculation and Experimental Research on Residual Stresses in Precipitation-hardening Layer of NAK80 Steel for Shot Peening

Shot peening can improve fatigue strength of materials by creating compressive residual stress field in their surface layers,and offers a protection against crack initiation and propagation,corrosion,*** fatigue fracture and stress corrosion cracking of NAK80 steel parts are improved *** there lacks in-depth research in which the beneficial effect of the residual stress may be offset by the surface damage associated with shot peening,especially in terms of the research on the effective control of shot peening *** order to obtain the surface residual stress field of NAK80 steel after shot peening,the samples are shot peened by pneumatic shot peening machine with different *** residual stress in the precipitation-hardening layer of NAK80 steel is measured before and after a shot peening treatment by X-ray diffraction *** order to obtain true residual stress field,integral compensation method is used to correct *** setting up analytical model of the residual stress in the process of shot peening,the surface residual stress is calculated after shot peening,and mentioning the reason of errors occurred between calculated and experimental residual stresses,which is mainly caused by the measurement error of the shoot arc *** the same time,micro hardness,microstructure and roughness in the precipitation-hardening layer of NAK80 steel before and after shot peening were measured and surveyed in order to obtain the relation between shot peening strength and surface quality in the precipitation-hardening *** results show that the surface quality of NAK80 steel is significantly improved by shot peening *** over peening effect is produced when the shot peening intensity is too high,it is disadvantageous to improve sample＇s surface integrity,and leading to reduce the fatigue *** arc high value of optimal shot peening is 0.40 mm,the surface quality is the best,and the depth of residual stress in the precipit

Joining Force of Heterogeneous Titanium Alloy in Linear Friction Welding Process

A dynamometer was designed and manufactured to measure the joining force in the linear friction welding *** error percentages of the dynamometer in the upset(x)and vibration(y)directions were 0.9% and 0.75%,*** cross-sensitivity range of the dynamometer was 1.2%—3.3% in the two *** precision level satisfies the requirements of the dynamometer *** joining force of the TC17 and TC11 heterogeneous titanium alloys in the linear friction welding process was used to test the manufactured *** test results showed that the upset force was large,but the vibration force showed a smaller change in TC11 during the linear friction welding *** addition,the upset and vibration forces of the linear friction welding were greater with a short welding time than those with a long welding time.

Contribution Tracking Feature Selection (CTFS) Based on the Fusion of Sparse Autoencoder and Mutual Information

For data mining tasks on large-scale data,feature selection is a pivotal stage that plays an important role in removing redundant or irrelevant features while improving classifier *** wrapper feature selection methodologies typically require extensive model training and evaluation,which cannot deliver desired outcomes within a reasonable computing *** this paper,an innovative wrapper approach termed Contribution Tracking Feature Selection(CTFS)is proposed for feature selection of large-scale data,which can locate informative features without population-level *** other words,fewer evaluations are needed for CTFS compared to other evolutionary *** initially introduce a refined sparse autoencoder to assess the prominence of each feature in the subsequent wrapper ***,we utilize an enhanced wrapper feature selection technique that merges Mutual Information(MI)with individual feature ***,a fine-tuning contribution tracking mechanism discerns informative features within the optimal feature subset,operating via a dominance accumulation *** results for multiple classification performance metrics demonstrate that the proposed method effectively yields smaller feature subsets without degrading classification performance in an acceptable runtime compared to state-of-the-art algorithms across most large-scale benchmark datasets.

Modeling of the resilient supply chain system from a perspective of production design changes

Building an effective resilient supply chain system (RSCS) is critical and necessary to reduce the risk of supply chain disruptions in unexpected scenarios such as COVID-19 pandemic and trade wars. To overcome the impact of insufficient raw material supply on the supply chain in mass disruption scenarios, this study proposes a novel RSCS considering product design changes (PDC). An RSCS domain model is first developed from the perspective of PDC based on a general conceptual framework, i.e., function-context-behavior-principle-state-structure (FCBPSS), which can portray complex systems under unpredictable situations. Specifically, the interaction among the structure, state and behavior of the infrastructure system and substance system is captured, and then a quantitative analysis of the change impact process is presented to evaluate the resilience of both the product and supply chain. Next, a case study is conducted to demonstrate the PDC strategy and to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the RSCS domain model. The results show that the restructured RSCS based on the proposed strategy and model can remedy the huge losses caused by the unavailability of raw materials.

The life-history trait trade-offs mediated by reproduction and immunity in the brown planthopper,Nilaparvata lugens Stål

Reproduction and immune defense are costly functions,and they are expected to tradeoff with each other to drive *** brown planthopper(BPH),Nilaparvata lugens Stål(Hemiptera,Delphacidae),is a global superpest that mostly damages rice ***-like symbionts(YLS)exist in the abdominal fat body tissue and are tightly associated with the development,growth,and reproduction of *** previous research demonstrated that mating behavior promotes the release of YLS from the fat body into the hemolymph in the BPH,thereby triggering an immune ***,the fitness costs related to life-history traits of BPH(such as survival rate)have a strong dependence on the relative abundance of ***,the possible relationship between reproduction and the immune response in BPH has not been *** this study,an omics-based approach was used to analyze the transcriptome of fat body tissues in mated and unmated BPH at 72 h post-eclosion,from which two antimicrobial peptide genes,NlDefensin A(NlDfA)and NlDefensin B(NlDfB),were selected since they were highly expressed in mated ***,the full-length cDNA sequences of the NlDfA and NlDfB genes were cloned and *** results showed up-regulation of the NlDfA and NlDfB genes in mated BPH when compared to unmated ***-temporal expression analysis indicated that the NlDfA and NlDfB genes were expressed in all tissues and developmental stages,and they were most highly expressed in the fat body at 24 h ***,the symbionts in BPH were significantly inhibited by the in vitro expression of the NlDfA and NlDfB ***,RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated suppression of NlDfA and NlDfB dramatically increased the relative abundance of YLS in the fat body,while YLS in the hemolymph decreased *** BPHs also displayed some fitness disadvantages in survival,fecundity,hatchability,and possibly the vertical transmission of YLS from hemolymph to *** results
