Background:With the rapid development of robotic surgery,especially for the abdominal surgery,robotic pancreatic surgery(RPS)has been applied increasingly around the ***,evidence-based guidelines regarding its application,safety,and efficacy are still *** harvest robust evidence and comprehensive clinical practice,this study aims to develop international guidelines on the use of ***:World Health Organization(WHO)Handbook for Guideline Development,GRADE Grid method,Delphi vote,and the AGREE-II instrument were used to establish the Guideline Steering Group,Guideline Development Group,and Guideline Secretary Group,formulate 19 clinical questions,develop the recommendations,and draft the *** online meetings were held on 04/12/2020,30/11/2021,and 25/01/2022 to vote on the recommendations and get advice and suggestions from all involved *** the experts focusing on minimally invasive surgery from America,Europe and Oceania made great contributions to this consensus ***:After a systematic literature review 176 studies were included,19 questions were addressed and 14 recommendations were developed through the expert assessment and comprehensive judgment of the quality and credibility of the ***:The international RPS guidelines can guide current practice for surgeons,patients,medical societies,hospital administrators,and related social *** randomized trials are required to determine the added value of RPS as compared to open and laparoscopic surgery.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus is an ongoing global health *** cases of COVID-19 and the rare cases of COVID-19 vaccine-induced-thrombotic-thrombocytopenia(VITT)are both associated with thrombosis and thrombocytopenia;however,the underlying mechanisms remain inadequately *** infection and vaccination utilize the spike protein receptor-binding domain(RBD)of *** found that intravenous injection of recombinant RBD caused significant platelet clearance in *** investigation revealed the RBD could bind platelets,cause platelet activation,and potentiate platelet aggregation,which was exacerbated in the Delta and Kappa *** RBD–platelet interaction was partially dependent on theβ3 integrin as binding was significantly reduced inβ3−/−***,RBD binding to human and mouse platelets was significantly reduced with relatedαIIbβ3 antagonists and mutation of the RGD(arginine-glycine-aspartate)integrin binding motif to RGE(arginine-glycine-glutamate).We developed anti-RBD polyclonal and several monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)and identified 4F2 and 4H12 for their potent dual inhibition of RBD-induced platelet activation,aggregation,and clearance in vivo,and SARS-CoV-2 infection and replication in Vero E6 *** data show that the RBD can bind platelets partially thoughαIIbβ3 and induce platelet activation and clearance,which may contribute to thrombosis and thrombocytopenia observed in COVID-19 and *** newly developed mAbs 4F2 and 4H12 have potential not only for diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen but also importantly for therapy against COVID-19.

目的探究3~6岁学前儿童口腔与喉部轮替运动能力特征以及声带协调运动的发展规律。方法选取61例3~6岁正常学前儿童,测量其最长声时(MPT),以及口腔轮替运动(diadochokinesis ability,DDK)和喉部轮替运动(laryngeal diadochokinesis ability,LDDK)两类声学参数,包括评估三音节/pataka/口腔轮替速率和单音节/a/、/ha/、//、/h/喉部轮替速率。结果3~6岁学前儿童DDK和LDDK速率随年龄增加而增长,有极显著差异(P/ha/LDDK(P/h/LDDK(P<0.05)。结论年龄、MPT以及声带内收外展状态对3~6岁学前儿童口腔与喉部轮替运动能力有显著影响;4~5岁是儿童口腔和喉部轮替运动能力发展的关键时期。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

提出了一种内置平行双线圈的磁流变阻尼器。推导了径向流和环形流磁流变阻尼器的压降数学模型。比较了具有串联双线圈的常规磁流变阻尼器和所提出的磁流变阻尼器的阻尼性能。分别对提出的磁流变阻尼器和常规磁流变阻尼器进行了电磁分析,从而验证所提出的磁流变阻尼器的原理并获得其磁路的磁特性。利用数值模拟分析比较了2种磁流变阻尼器的阻尼性能,分析结果表明内置平行双线圈的磁流变阻尼器具有更好的阻尼性能。依据所提出的磁流变阻尼器的结构原理制作了原型样机,通过实验验证了其阻尼性能的优越性。实验结果显示所提出的磁流变阻尼器的最大阻尼力约是常规磁流变阻尼器的1.86倍,等效阻尼约为常规磁流变等效阻尼的2倍。

Hypoxia-inducible factor-2(HIF-2) is a heterodimeric transcription factor formed through the dimerization of an oxygensensitive subunit HIF-2α and a nucleus-locating subunit *** HIF-2 activity drives a number of cancers,whereas reduced activity in the setting of chronic kidney disease causes ***,modulation of HIF-2 activity through chemical ligands could provide many new therapeutic ***,we explored a series of distinct HIF-2α binding ligands with opposing actions,using crystallographic,biophysical,and cell-based *** identified a common mechanism by which antagonists can allosterically displace a protein residue,M252,from inside the PAS-B pocket of HIF-2α,to destabilize the HIF-2α-ARNT dimer interface.A newly discovered class of HIF-2α agonists redirects another PAS-B pocket residue,Y281,to allosterically enhance the stability of the *** targeting a common HIF-2α PAS-B pocket,distinct ligand classes can bidirectionally modulate HIF-2 functional activities as both inhibitors and activators.

文章将知识网红创造的内容对于其受众的吸引力概念化为内容表现力,认为内容表现力受到其内容特征的影响.文章以信息采纳模型为理论框架,探究知识网红内容表现力的特征因素,利用负二项回归和文本分析的方法对特征数据进行分析从而验证理论模型.研究发现:载体丰富度、内容专业度、内容可信度和内容趣味度会显著影响知识网红内容表现力,其中内容专业度影响作用最大;主题类型会调节内容趣味度对内容表现力的影响程度.本研究能为知识网红内容表现力增强和数字内容服务提供商价值萃取给予借鉴和启示.

[目的 /意义]虽然已有学者通过实证分析社会化问答用户信息搜寻的影响因素,但是目前研究还未探究影响因素间的搭配组合对信息搜寻的影响。为解决这一研究局限,从混合方法的视角出发,在回归分析方法的基础上借助定性比较分析法(qualitative comparative analysis,QCA)来深化对用户特征因素和激励因素之间搭配组合产生影响的认识。[方法 /过程]通过回顾先前关于网络用户信息搜寻行为影响因素的研究,指出可以采用QCA来尝试解决存在的研究局限,并以社会化问答用户信息搜寻为实例,运用回归分析方法和QCA方法分析社会化问答社区用户信息搜寻行为的影响因素,比较和总结这两种方法得到的结果。[结果 /结论]研究表明,回归分析有助于研究者发现哪些因素会对网络用户的信息搜寻行为产生显著影响,而QCA方法有助于研究者发现这些影响因素如何组合搭配来产生影响作用。

鉴于国外对错误信息研究的关注日益增长而国内缺乏其相关研究综述,文章从错误信息的成因、负面影响及管控等维度系统性地回顾了国外相关研究。首先,从用户与机器角度述评了错误信息生成研究,从信息源、易感宿主、信息环境视角述评了错误信息传播研究。其次,从用户错误认知发展、错误信息决策制定、用户行为改变方面述评了错误信息负面影响。最后,从信息平台与用户角度述评了错误信息管控研究。文章发现国外现有研究在研究情境、研究视角、研究方法与数据等方面存在局限性。为此,建议未来错误信息研究可进一步细分研究对象、分析技术的综合影响、拓展数据收集和分析方法。
