Alzheimer’s disease（AD） is the most common form of dementia in elder people, characterised by a progressive decline in memory. The AD pathogenesis is not yet fully understood, but the scientific consensus is quite firm in describing it as a multifactorial disease. None of the ongoing treatments such as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors（ACh EIs） and N-methyl-D-aspartic acid（NMDA） receptor antagonist, memantine, and even the more recently clinical trials for amyloid-β（Aβ） or Tau have proven to be effective to stop the progression of AD. The traditional "one molecule-one target" paradigm is not sufficient and appropriate to yield the desired therapeutic efficacy since multiple factors, such as Aβdeposits, neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and decreased levels of acetylcholine（ACh） have been thought to play significant roles in the AD pathogenesis. In contrast to traditional ACh EIs, the new generation of multi-target ACh EIs may be more relevant than ever. The present investigations showed that, in addition to ACh E inhibiting activity, the effects of novel anti-ACh E agents can be strengthened by various other functions such as dual binding site ACh EIs and multitarget ACh EIs inhibiting Aβ aggregation, regulating Aβ procession, antagonizing platelet-activating factor（PAF） receptor, scavenging oxygen radical, chelating metal ions, inhibiting monoamine oxidase B（MAO-B）, blocking N-methyl-D-aspartic acid（NMDA） receptor and others. Our review was pulished in Curr Neuropharmacol.（2016 May;14（4）: 364–375）. New generation of multi-target drugs is earnestly demanded not only for ameliorating symptoms but also for modifying the disease.

Pharmacology is a discipline bridging basic medicine and clinical medicine. Under the disciplinebased structure,derived from the characteristics of drugs,students study pharmacology for the rational use of the drugs targeting pathophysiological status according to the diseases and the symptoms. Under the organsystem-based teaching systems,the part of the principle of pharmacology is put into the basic medicine integrated module system and the other parts are divided into the according organ-system integrated courses,respectively. It is important for clinical teaching that the domestic and international status,the role and mutual relationship in and between the integrated course system,the designation and practice of the course,the problems to be addressed of the course can be understood.

BACKGROUND Patients with resectable gastric adenocarcinoma accompanied by vascular cancer thrombus(RGAVCT)have a poor prognosis,with a 5-year survival rate ranging from 18.42%-53.57%.These patients need a reasonable postoperative treatment plan to improve their *** To determine the most effective postoperative chemotherapy regimen for patients with *** We retrospectively collected the clinicopathological data of 530 patients who un-derwent radical resection for gastric cancer between January 2017 and January 2022 and who were pathologically diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma with a choroidal cancer ***-thermore,we identified the high-risk variables that can influence the prognosis of patients with RGAVCT by asse-ssing the clinical and pathological features of the patients who met the inclusion *** also assessed the significance of survival outcomes using Mantel-Cox univariate and multivariate *** subgroups of pa-tients with stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ disease who received single-,dual-,or triple-drug regimens following surgery were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and the ggplot2 package in R *** In all,530 eligible individuals with RGAVCT were enrolled in this *** median overall survival(OS)of patients with RGAVCT was 24 months,and the survival rates were 80.2%,62.5%,and 42.3%at 12,24,and 59 months,*** complications,tumor size,T stage,and postoperative chemotherapy were identified as independent factors that influenced OS in patients with RGAVCT according to the Cox multivariate analysis model.A Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed that chemotherapy had no effect on OS of patients with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ RGAVCT;however,chemotherapy did have an effect on OS of stage Ⅲ *** Ⅲ patients who were treated with chemotherapy consisting of dual-or triple-agent regimens had better survival than those treated with single-agent regimens,and no significant difference was observed in the survival of patients treat

This paper proposes an improved exponential curvature-compensated bandgap reference circuit to exploit the exponential relationship between the current gainβof the bipolar junction transistor(BJT)and the temperature as well as reduce the influence of resistance-temperature *** the degraded circuit performance caused by the process deviation,the trimmable module of the temperature coefficient(TC)is introduced to improve the circuit *** circuit has the advantages of simple structure,high linear stability,high TC accuracy,and trimmable *** consumes an area of 0.09 mm^(2)when fabricated by using the 0.25-μm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)*** proposed circuit achieves the simulated power supply rejection(PSR)of about-78.7 dB@1 kHz,the measured TC of~4.7 ppm/℃over a wide temperature range from-55℃to 125℃with the 2.5-V single-supply voltage,and the tested line regulation of 0.10 mV/*** a high-performance bandgap reference circuit can be widely applied in high-precision and high-reliability electronic systems.

The hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian(HPO)axis represents a central neuroendocrine network essential for reproductive *** its critical role,the intrinsic heterogeneity within the HPO axis across vertebrates and the complex intercellular interactions remain poorly *** study provides the first comprehensive,unbiased,cell type-specific molecular profiling of all three components of the HPO axis in adult Lohmann layers and Liangshan Yanying *** the hypothalamus,pituitary,and ovary,seven,12,and 13 distinct cell types were identified,*** indicated that the pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide(PACAP),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and prolactin(PRL)signaling pathways may modulate the synthesis and secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),FSH,and luteinizing hormone(LH)within the hypothalamus and *** the ovary,interactions between granulosa cells and oocytes involved the KIT,CD99,LIFR,FN1,and ANGPTL signaling pathways,which collectively regulate follicular *** SEMA4 signaling pathway emerged as a critical mediator across all three tissues of the HPO ***,gene expression analysis revealed that relaxin 3(RLN3),gastrin-releasing peptide(GRP),and cocaine-and amphetamine regulated transcripts(CART,also known as CARTPT)may function as novel endocrine hormones,influencing the HPO axis through autocrine,paracrine,and endocrine *** analyses between Lohmann layers and Liangshan Yanying chickens demonstrated higher expression levels of GRP,RLN3,CARTPT,LHCGR,FSHR,and GRPR in the ovaries of Lohmann layers,potentially contributing to their superior reproductive *** conclusion,this study provides a detailed molecular characterization of the HPO axis,offering novel insights into the regulatory mechanisms underlying reproductive biology.
