To elucidate the mechanisms of regulating the microstructure uniformity in 7050 aluminum forgings through surface cumulative plastic deformation(SCPD),the microstructure under different solution treatments was investigated using metallographic observation(OM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The findings demonstrate that the most uniform microstructure in the forgings is achieved with a solution treatment at 470℃for 30 *** SCPD process generates a significant number of needle-shaped precipitates,resulting in a higher dislocation density and stored *** treatments alleviate the pinning effect of second-phase particles and facilitate static recrystallization(SRX)in forgings,leading to a reduction in grain ***,mechanical testing results demonstrate 7%−13%increase in tensile strength and more uniform elongation of the forgings in different directions.

To monitor nuclear and radiation emergencies,it is crucial to obtain accurate in situ measurements of the environmentalγ radiation dose rate from key radionuclides,particularly for large radioactive surface *** methods currently used for measuring dose rates are inadequate for obtaining the dose rates of key radionuclides and have large angular response errors when monitoring surface *** address this practical problem,this study proposes three methods for measuring the dose rate:the weighted peak total ratio,mean value regression,and numerical integration *** methods are based on energy-spectrum measurement data,and they were theoretically derived and numerically ***,a 1-m-long hexagonal radioactive surface source was integrated into a larger surface *** situ measurement experiments were conducted on a large radioactive surface source using a dose-rate meter and a portable HPGespectrometer to analyze the errors of the three aforementioned methods and verify their validity.

Tumor metastasis accounts for over 90%of tumor-related deaths,prompting the development of fluorescently labeled tumor-specific molecular imaging agents for differentiating tumors from normal ***,early detection of metastasis lesions by tracking tumor markers alone has proven to be ***,we reported a glycopeptide-based bispecific fluorescence probe(bsProbe)for earlier detection of bladder cancer and *** simultaneously recognition(tumor&tumor microenvironment)and in vivo self-assembly,the tumor accumulation of bsProbe(12.3%ID/g)was obviously increased by∼6 fold compared with that in CXCR4 specific fluorescence probe(sProbe),indicating the obvious advantages of bsProbe over existing tumor metastasis detection ***,bsProbe substantially broadens the tumor diagnosis window and enhances the detection signal to noise ratio(SNR:approximately 9.5),permitting early diagnosis of lung micro-metastasis(∼1 mm),precise identifying of tumor boundaries and micro-tumors in orthotopic tumor *** importantly,bsProbe was demonstrated to distinguish malignant from benign specimen with a specificity of 90.48%and sensitivity of 92.22%in 195 clinical specimens of bladder cancer *** together,this novel synergetic targeting(CD206×CXCR4)strategy provides an attractive method for earlier detection of bladder cancer and metastasis,which might be further extended to the imaging-guided surgery of clinical invisible tumors.

To address the issue of inadequate detection performance for small and mediumsized densely packed vessels in ship target detection, this paper proposes an improved Single Shot Multibox Detector(SSD) model to achieve more accurate detection. The algorithm redesigns the anchor boxes to fit the ship target detection dataset better and integrates the Squeeze-and-Excitation(SE) module into the Visual Geometry Group(VGG)network to enhance the channel features of the input feature maps. Additionally, the network's ability to perceive and represent important features is further enhanced by introducing the Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM), which is responsible for channel and spatial attention mechanisms. Finally, the feature pyramid module is employed to fuse six layers of features from the original network, thereby improving the SSD network's capability to detect small and occluded densely packed vessel targets. The experimental results show that the model's target recognition ability for fishing vessels improved from 58.07% to 65.87%; for patrol boats, the ability increased from 94.6% to 96.03%; and for inflatable boats, it rose from 72.08% to 74.93%. The overall mean Average Precision(mAP) also increased from the original model's 80.04% to 81.22%. Additionally, by clustering prior boxes, more suitable prior boxes for vessel detection were obtained, enhancing the model's perception capabilities for both large and small vessels.

In this work,an effective catalyst of Cu/MnOOH has been successfully constructed for electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction （e NO3RR） for synthesis of ammonia （NH3） under ambient *** substrate of MnOOH plays an important role on the size and electronic structure of Cu nanoparticles,where Cu has the ultrafine size of 2.2 nm and positive shift of its valence states,which in turn causes the increased number of Cu active sites and enhanced intrinsic activity of every active *** a result,this catalyst realizes an excellent catalytic performance on eNO3RR with the maximal NH3Faraday efficiency（FE）(96.8%) and the highest yield rate (55.51 mg h-1cm-2) at a large NH3partial current density of700 m A/cm2,which could help to promote the industrialization of NH3production under ambient conditions.

Skeletal muscle plays a significant role in both local and systemic energy metabolism. The current investigation aims to explore the role of the Bambi gene in skeletal muscle, focusing on its implications for muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolism. We hypothesize that skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi induces muscle hypertrophy, improves metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes via the reprogramming of progenitor of i WAT, offering potential therapeutic strategies for metabolic syndromes. Leveraging the Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)-seq and bioinformatics analysis, Bambi gene is shown to be a direct target of HIF2α, which is further confirmed by ChIP-qPCR and promoter luciferase assay. Skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion led to significant muscle hypertrophy and improved metabolic parameters, even under high-fat diet conditions. This deletion induced metabolic reprogramming of stromal vascular fractions(SVFs) into thermogenic adipocytes, contributing to systemic metabolic improvements, potentially through the secretory ***, mice with skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion demonstrate resistance to high-fat diet-induced metabolic disorders, highlighting a potential therapeutic pathway for metabolic syndrome management. Thus, skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi triggers muscle growth, enhances metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes. These findings suggest Bambi as a novel therapeutic target for metabolic syndromes, providing new insights into the interaction between muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolic improvement. The study underscores the potential of manipulating muscle physiology to regulate whole-body metabolism, offering a novel perspective on treating metabolic disorders.

Owing to its advantages of high heat transfer efficiency and compactness, the helical coil once-through steam generator(HCOTSG) can be used in floating nuclear power plants and has been widely used in the design of small modular reactors. The helical tubular geometric structure of the HCOTSG allows heat transfer and local flow changes to occur under complex ocean conditions. In this study, theoretical models of ocean conditions are added to the RELAP5/MOD3.3 code and verified. Using the modified RELAP5 code, the thermal–hydraulic characteristics of the HCOTSG under ocean conditions are simulated. The results show that under rolling conditions, the flow oscillation amplitudes of the single liquid-phase, twophase flow, and single gas-phase regions are different. A circular change in the horizontal position of the helical tube causes the fluctuation of the parameters to change periodically. A phase difference of approximately 3.9 s at a flow rate of 23 kg/s is observed in the flow fluctuation along the axial direction. The driving force, period, and amplitude of rolling significantly affect the flow fluctuation in the HCOTSG. In natural circulation, the flow in the HCOTSG is complex, and the primary-side flow fluctuation can reduce the trough of the flow oscillation at the helical tube by approximately 24.3%.
