Purpose:Combined small cell lung cancer(CSCLC) is currently considered a subset of SCLC and have been reported to account for less than 1-3.2%of all *** understanding of CSCLCs is of great importance because treatment strategies are significantly different for NSCLC and *** address molecular features of different components in CSCLC we analyzed mutation status in CSCLC tumor samples in EGFR signal pathway. Materials and Method:Seven CSCLC samples were included in direct sequencing for mutation analysis of EGFR,KRAS,PIK3CA,BRAF,and PTEN. Results:Mutations were detected in 4 of 7(57.1%) CSCLC *** Exon 18 mutations were identified in two patients among whom the mutation was identified in both adenocarcinoma component and SCLC combined adenocarcinoma component of one *** similar situation also happened in another one with PTEN C511T mutations both conventional SCLC component and SCLC combined adenocarcinoma *** KRAS and PIK3CA were detected in one SCLC combined adenocarcinoma patient and no mutation in BRAF was identified. Conclusion:Our result is consistent with previous work that the individual components of CSCLC are closely related,despite their distinct morphologic appearances.

Ecological monitoring vehicles are equipped with a range of sensors and monitoring devices designed to gather data on ecological and environmental *** vehicles are crucial in various fields,including environmental science research,ecological and environmental monitoring projects,disaster response,and emergency management.A key method employed in these vehicles for achieving high-precision positioning is LiDAR(lightlaser detection and ranging)-Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM).However,maintaining highprecision localization in complex scenarios,such as degraded environments or when dynamic objects are present,remains a significant *** address this issue,we integrate both semantic and texture information from LiDAR and cameras to enhance the robustness and efficiency of data ***,semantic information simplifies the modeling of scene elements,reducing the reliance on dense point clouds,which can be less ***,visual texture information complements LiDAR-Visual localization by providing additional contextual *** incorporating semantic and texture details frompaired images and point clouds,we significantly improve the quality of data association,thereby increasing the success rate of *** approach not only enhances the operational capabilities of ecological monitoring vehicles in complex environments but also contributes to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ecological monitoring and environmental protection efforts.

The multi-class classification of images is a pivotal challenge within the realm of image processing. As the volume of visual data continues to expand, there is a burgeoning interest in harnessing the unique capabilities of quantum computation to augment the efficiency of classification tasks. However, many existing methods for training quantum image multi-classifiers parallel classical machine learning techniques, where the requisite circuit measurements increase linearly with the volume of training data. This work introduces a novel approach for training a quantum image multi-classifier based on the quantum search algorithm. We have meticulously conducted rigorous experiments on a handwritten digit dataset, a classic benchmark in the field. The results have been meticulously compared with previous works, and the comparative analysis not only validates the efficiency of our proposed approach, requiring only O(N/b) measurements during training, but also highlights a significant quadratic speedup of the algorithm.

Due to water conflicts and allocation in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin(LMRB), the spatio-temporal differentiation of total water resources and the natural-human influence need to be clarified. This work investigated LMRB's terrestrial water storage anomaly(TWSA) and its spatio-temporal dynamics during 2002–2020. Considering the effects of natural factors and human activities, the respective contributions of climate variability and human activities to terrestrial water storage change(TWSC) were separated. Results showed that:(1) LMRB's TWSA decreased by 0.3158 cm/a.(2) TWSA showed a gradual increase in distribution from southwest of MRB to middle LMRB and from northeast of LRB to middle LMRB. TWSA positively changed in Myanmar while slightly changed in Laos and China. It negatively changed in Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.(3) TWSA components decreased in a descending order of soil moisture, groundwater and precipitation.(4) Natural factors had a substantial and spatial differentiated influence on TWSA over the LMRB.(5) Climate variability contributed 79% of TWSC in the LMRB while human activities contributed 21% with an increasing impact after 2008. The TWSC of upstream basin countries was found to be controlled by climate variability while Vietnam and Cambodia's TWSC has been controlled by human activities since 2012.

基于Yb^(3+)对富勒醇C_(60)(OH)n和Tris-HCl混合溶液体系共振光散射强度的增强作用,建立了一种测定Yb^(3+)的新方法。研究了反应时间、缓冲液、试剂加入顺序等因素对体系的影响,优化了实验条件。在最佳实验条件下,体系在波长470 nm处的共振光散射强度△IRLS与Yb^(3+)浓度在0.0~2.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.999 7,检出限为5.0×10^(-8)mol/L。该法灵敏度高、简便、快速,用于合成样品中Yb^(3+)的测定,结果满意。

Spin-orbit torque （SOT）,as a promising writing method for magnetic random-access memory （MRAM）,has garnered widespread interest for over a decade [1].Heavy metals,such as β-W,have been broadly adopted as spin current sources,but suffer from phase change at a limited thickness,resulting in a dramatic reduction of the charge-tospin conversion efficiency θSH[2].The thickness limitation leads to stringent etching conditions and large distribution among devices,posing challenges for simultaneously satisfying SOT efficiency,etching-stop margins,and back-end-ofline （BEOL） compatibility.

Large-area flexible organic photovoltaic（OPV） modules are challenging to achieve high power conversion efficiency（PCE）.Electrical shunts or shortages generally occur in large-area OPV modules due to the ultrathin（100–200 nm） and soft active layers. Improving the surface smoothness of bottom transparent electrode will be able to suppress the shunts and shortages. In this work, we report a method to fabricate smooth and flexible transparent electrodes based on thin silver film, and further to fabricate efficient large-area flexible OPV modules. The fabricated thin silver transparent electrodes simultaneously have high conductivity, high optical transmittance, good mechanical flexibility and low surface roughness. Humidity exposure（h.e.）treatment on MoO3effectively facilitates the continuous growth of the thin transparent silver electrode. 6 nm silver film on MoO3（h.e.） on plastic substrate shows a transmittance up to 89%, a sheet resistance of 15 Ω/sq, and a low surface roughness with a rootmean-square value of 0.276 nm. Furthermore, 52-cm2flexible organic solar modules（15 subcells） showed a certified PCE of12.66%. Furthermore, a 1350 cm2flexible component assembled by 25 pieces of 52–55 cm2modules showed certified PCE of12.10% with an open-circuit voltage of 62.85 V.

In the fields of biomedicine, detection, and anti-counterfeiting, there is a widespread demand for cost-effective, easily synthesized, and environmentally friendly near-infrared(NIR) materials. Carbon dots(CDs), a cheap and non-toxic zero-dimensional carbon nanomaterial exhibiting exceptional photoluminescence(PL) properties and facile structural modification, have emerged as a promising candidate for the development of novel NIR materials. This study presents the synthesis of CDs capable of emitting a wide range of wavelengths from blue to NIR(456–836 nm) as their concentrations increase. The incorporation of oxygen and nitrogen co-doped atoms facilitates the optimization of non-coplanar angles, thereby promoting favorable π-πstacking interactions. This leads to the formation of metal-free rigid clusters through interconnecting adjacent nanoparticles in a gear-like meshing pattern through self-assembly. Consequently, intramolecular motion is constrained, vibration coupling is mitigated, non-radiative transition losses are minimized, and efficient NIR emission from CD clusters in high concentrations is ensured. Furthermore, NIR light-emitting diode(NIR LED) based on the CD clusters was successfully fabricated and employed for various applications including information encryption, anti-counterfeiting, and penetration detection in the field of NIR imaging.

Despite considerable research underscoring the importance of carbohydrate intake in relation to the risk of type 2 diabetes(T2D), a comprehensive assessment of this relationship is currently lacking. We aimed to examine the associations of various types and food sources of dietary carbohydrate intake with the risk of T2D, to evaluate potential effect modification by other factors, including genetic susceptibility,and to explore the potential mediators for such associations. The present study included 161,872 participants of the UK Biobank who were free of prevalent cancer, cardiovascular disease, or diabetes, and had at least one validated 24-h dietary recall assessment. Multivariableadjusted age-stratified Cox proportional hazard regression models were applied to estimate hazard ratios(HRs) and 95% confidence intervals(CI) for the associations of various types and food sources of dietary carbohydrate intake with risk of T2D. During a median follow-up of13.6 years, 4,176 incident cases of T2D were identified. In the multivariable-adjusted models, a greater intake of fiber, carbohydrates from whole grains, and carbohydrates from non-starchy vegetables was significantly associated with a lower risk of T2D(highest vs. lowest quantile, HR [95% CI]=0.70 [0.62–0.79], 0.74 [0.67–0.82], and 0.83 [0.75–0.92], respectively, all P for trend lues luding individuals with different genetic susceptibility to T2D.
