In order to determine the safe region of 42CrMo4 steel during hot working and obtain excellent workability,the hot deformation behavior at the temperatures of 850-1150℃and the strain rates of 0.01-10 s^(-1)was investigated through single-pass compression test of *** observing and analyzing the true stress-strain curves,the conclusion may be drawn that the flow stress value increases with the decrease in deformation temperature and the increase in strain *** temperature and reducing strain rate are conductive to dynamic recrystallization(DRX)nucleating and growing,but adiabatic heating caused by higher strain rate can also promote *** the Zener-Hollomon(Z)value and dynamic recrystallized grain size(D_(DRX))have completely opposite trends with deformation condition parameters,the expression of Z value and DDRX can be determined as:D_(DRx)=15,567.645Z^(-02174).The processing map and instability map constructed at a strain of 0.9 show that the suitable window for hot working with a true strain of 0.9 is in the temperature range of 970-1150℃and strain rate range of 0.01-0.25 s^(-1),as well as at the temperature of 1150℃ and strain rate range of 0.25-10 s^(-1).The instability phenomenon appears in the process interval of 850-1096℃ and 0.22-10 s^(-1).

AIM To investigated the mechanism of the association between the TBX21 T-1993 C promoter polymorphism and autoimmune hepatitis type 1(AIH-1) *** In vivo,In vivo,and reporter analyses were performed to determine the function of transcription factors binding to the T-1993 C element of the TBX21 promoter in human CD4+ T and B cell lines. Flow cytometry and quantitative real-time PCR were used to analyze T-box transcription factor(T-bet) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) expressions in CD4+ T cells,B cells and monocytes from the peripheral blood of AIH-1 patients including 5-1993 TC and 15-1993 TT genotype carriers,and healthy controls including 10-1993 TC and 25-1993 TT genotype carriers. Furthermore,a range of biochemical indices was measured simultaneously in the blood of AIH-1 *** TBX21-1993 C allele created a strong Yin-yang 1(YY1)-binding site and decreased transcriptional activity of TBX21 promoter in human CD4+ T and B *** levels of T-bet and IFN-γ were detected in the circulating CD4+ T cells and B cells of AIH-1 patients carrying the TBX21-1993 TT genotype compared with the patients carrying the-1993 TC genotype and controls with the-1993 TC genotype. T-bet expression levels of circulating T cells and B cells were positively correlated with AIH-1 disease activity. Knockdown of YY1 with si RNA caused increased expression of T-bet and IFN-γ in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in AIH-1 patients. CONCLUSION The repression of TBX21 expression by high-affinity binding of YY1 to the-1993 C allele may contribute to a decreased development of AIH-1 via suppression of type 1 immunity.

Grochenig and Balan, Casazza, Heil, and Landau introduced the concepts of localization. The concepts were used to Gabor frames, wavelet frames and sampling theorem in recent years. Here they are applied to the frame of exponential windows with the conclusion that the frame of exponential windows is a Banach frame for a kind of Banach spaces, and the conclusion is also obtained about the relationship between frame bounds, frame density, measure and density of indexing set.

We revisit the thermal Majorana dark matter from the viewpoint of the minimal effective field theory. In this framework, analytical results for dark matter annihilation into Standard Model particles are derived. The dark matter parameter space, subject to the latest LUX, Panda X-Ⅱ and Xenon-1 T limits, is presented in a model-independent way. Applications to the singlet-doublet and MSSM are presented.

In this work, a dislocation-related tunneling leakage current model is developed to explain the temperature-dependent reverse current–voltage（I–V –T） characteristics of a Schottky barrier diode fabricated on free-standing GaN substrate for reverse-bias voltages up to-150 V. The model suggests that the reverse leakage current is dominated by the direct tunneling of electrons from Schottky contact metal into a continuum of states associated with conductive dislocations in GaN epilayer.A reverse leakage current ideality factor, which originates from the scattering effect at metal/GaN interface, is introduced into the model. Good agreement between the experimental data and the simulated I–V curves is obtained.

We investigate transport through a perfect quantum wire with a side-coupled quantum dot under an ac field. Time-averaged complex conductance is formulated by using the nonequilibrium Green function （NGF） method. We find that the electron-photon interaction together with the quantum interference of electron wave function can lead to anti-resonance in the conductance, which is then useful for tuning coherence and phases of electrons. Meanwhile, we study the temperature dependence of the conductance. Interestingly, a peak-structure can be developed at the Fano resonance levels with increasing temperatures.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic mixed serous-neuroendocrine neoplasms(MSNNs)are mixed tumors containing two components with different pathologies,namely,pancreatic serous cystic neoplasm(PSCN)and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor(PanNET).For MSNNs,diffuse PSCN involving the whole pancreas is extremely rare,with only eight previous case *** SUMMARY A 45-year-old Chinese woman,with a free previous medical history and no obvious symptoms,was found to have a pancreatic neoplasm and admitted to our hospital for further diagnosis in March *** palpation revealed a painless,mobile mass in the epigastrium,and no abnormalities were observed in an examination of the nervous system and ocular system.A computed tomography scan showed multiple cystic lesions involving the whole pancreas ranging in diameter from 0.4 to 2 cm and also revealed an enhanced mass,2.2 cm in diameter,in the head of the ***,multiple cysts were found in the kidneys bilaterally,and the right lobe of the liver contained a small cyst.A Whipple operation with total pancreatectomy and splenectomy was performed.A diagnosis of pancreatic MSNN was established,consisting of diffuse serous microcystic cystadenoma with a concomitant grade 2 *** note,the patient had no personal or family history of Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome or other *** We report the first case of MSNN with a diffuse PSCN component involving the entire pancreas in a Chinese *** is important to be aware of its relationship with VHL syndrome,and close clinical follow-up is recommended.

This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate cancer patients'cognitive level of pain control and to evaluate the patient-related factors or barriers to effective cancer pain management in *** seven tertiary hospitals across China,372 patients experiencing cancer pain were surveyed through a self-designed questionnaire to assess the factors associated with effective pain ***'demographic data and pain control-related factors were *** sampling and binary logistic regression models were used to investigate the association between predictive factors and effective pain *** survey showed that the majority of the patients were more than 45 years old(76.3%),and 64.4%had an average annual income of more than 20000 ***-third of the patients suffered from cancer pain for more than 3 months,and 75.1%received professional guidance during *** barriers to pain control for patients included preference to enduring pain and refusing analgesics(62.9%),negligence towards drug usage(28.5%),concerns about the addiction(48.2%)and adverse reaction(56.4%).The average annual family income,pro fessional guidance,knowledge of pain medication,adherence to analgesics,and concerns about addiction to analgesics were significantly correlated to the effect of patients'pain *** study presents major barriers to optimal pain control among patients with cancer in *** findings suggest that educational programs and medical insurance reimbursement support from the government are urgently needed to overcome the cognitive barriers toward effective pain management and to relieve the economic burden among patients with cancer pain in China.
