To overcome the inaccuracy problem of the traditional wedge evaluation of steel plates and strips caused by the ran-domness of the thicknesses of two local points and improve the reliability of the wedge index,the double-centroid method for the wedge evaluation was proposed,and a model based on the centroid theory was ***,an integral model for the discrete thickness values of the cross-section profiles was *** discussion focused on the distinct characteristics of the two-point method,asymmetric method,and double-centroid method in evaluating the asymmetric distribution of *** three methods were employed to evaluate the wedge values of both the theoretical and measured cross-sections of steel plates and strips,and the accuracies of three wedge evaluation models were analyzed and *** results showed that the double-centroid method objectively reflects the degree and variation characteristics of the wedge values of the cross-sections of steel plates and strips,and this method is feasible,reliable,and outstanding.

Synthesizing high-resolution satellite salinity data based on multi-fractal fusion

The spaceborne platform has unprecedently provided the global eddy-permitting(typically about 0.25°) products of sea surface salinity(SSS), however the existing SSS products can hardly resolve mesoscale motions due to the heavy noises therein and the over-smoothing in denoising processes. By means of the multi-fractal fusion(MFF),the high-resolution SSS product is synthesized with the template of sea surface temperature(SST). Two lowresolution SSS products and four SST products are considered as the source data and the templates respectively to determine the best combination. The fused products are validated by the in situ observations and intercompared via SSS maps, Singularity Exponent maps and wavenumber spectra. The results demonstrate that the MFF can perform a good work in mitigating the noises and improving the resolution. The combination of the climate change initiative SSS and the remote sensing system SST can produce the 0.1° denoised product whose global mean standard derivation of salinity against Argo is 0.21 and the feature resolution can reach 30-40 km.

针对传统多目标粒子群算法(MOPSO)在求解并网模式下微电网优化调度模型时易陷入局部最优等问题,提出线性微分递减权重并引入变异策略改进MOPSO,以增强算法的寻优能力。结合系统功率平衡、各机组出力限制、储能装置等约束条件,以系统运维和污染治理的成本最小为目标,建立包含风力发电机、光伏、柴油发电机、微型燃气轮机和蓄电池的微电网多目标优化调度模型,采用改进前后的MOPSO对所建优化模型进行求解。结果表明该文提出的改进MOPSO有效降低了微电网运行的综合成本,合理优化了微电网的运行效益。

Event-triggered H_(∞) consensus control for input-constrained multi-agent systems via reinforcement learning

This article presents an event-triggered H_(∞) consensus control scheme using reinforcement learning (RL) for nonlinear second-order multi-agent systems (MASs) with control constraints. First, considering control constraints, the constrained H_(∞) consensus problem is transformed into a multi-player zero-sum game with non-quadratic performance functions. Then, an event-triggered control method is presented to conserve communication resources and a new triggering condition is developed for each agent to make the triggering threshold independent of the disturbance attenuation level. To derive the optimal controller that can minimize the cost function in the case of worst disturbance, a constrained Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman (HJB) equation is defined. Since it is difficult to solve analytically due to its strongly non-linearity, reinforcement learning (RL) is implemented to obtain the optimal controller. In specific, the optimal performance function and the worst-case disturbance are approximated by a time-triggered critic network;meanwhile, the optimal controller is approximated by event-triggered actor network. After that, Lyapunov analysis is utilized to prove the uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) stability of the system and that the network weight errors are UUB. Finally, a simulation example is utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy provided.

Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of duplex-phase Ti6242 alloy treated by laser shock peening

The effects of laser shock peening(LSP)on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the Ti6242 alloy,including the residual stress,surface roughness,Vickers microhardness,tensile mechanical response,and high-cycle fatigue properties,were *** results showed that the LSP induced residual compressive stresses on the surface and near surface of the *** maximum surface residual compressive stress was−661 MPa,and the compressive-stress-affected depth was greater than 1000μ*** roughness and Vickers micro-hardness increased with the number of shocks,and the maximum hardness-affected depth was about 700μm after three LSP *** enhanced the fraction of low-angle grain boundaries,changed the grain preferred orientations,and notably increased the pole density ofαphase on the near surface from 2.41 to *** surface hardness values of the LSP samples increased with the increase of the number of shocks due to work hardening,while the LSP had a limited effect on the tensile *** high-cycle fatigue life of the LSP-treated sample was significantly enhanced by more than 20%compared with that of the untreated sample,which was caused by the suppression of the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks.

Performance and enhanced oil recovery efficiency of an acid-resistant polymer microspheres of anti-CO2 channeling in low-permeability reservoirs

CO2flooding is a vital development method for enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs,However,micro-fractures are developed in low-permeability reservoirs,which are essential oil flow channels but can also cause severe CO2gas channeling ***,anti-gas channeling is a necessary measure to improve the effect of *** kind of anti-gas channeling refers to the plugging of fractures in the deep formation to prevent CO2gas channeling,which is different from the wellbore *** microspheres have the characteristics of controllable deep plugging,which can achieve the profile control of low-permeability fractured *** acidic environments with supercritical CO2,traditional polymer microspheres have poor expandability and plugging *** on previous work,a systematic evaluation of the expansion performance,dispersion rheological properties,stability,deep migration,anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery ability of a novel acid-resistant polymer microsphere（DCNPM-A） was carried out under CQ oilifield conditions（salinity of85,000 mg/L,80℃,pH=3）.The results show that the DCNPM-A microsphere had a better expansion performance than the traditional microsphere,with a swelling rate of *** microsphere dispersion with a concentration of 0.1%-0.5% had the advantages of low viscosity,high dispersion and good injectability in the low permeability fractured *** the acidic environment of supercritical CO2,DCNPM-A microspheres showed excellent stability and could maintain strength for over 60 d with less *** core experiments,DCNPM-A microspheres exhibited delayed swelling characteristics and could effectively plug deep *** a plugging rate of 95%,the subsequent enhanced oil recovery of CO2flooding could reach 21.03%.The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability fractured reservoirs.
