Liquid-filled containers(LFC)are widely used to store and transport petroleum,chemical reagents,and other *** an important target of military strikes and terrorist bombings,LFC are vulnerable to blast waves and *** explore the protective effect of polyurea elastomer on LFC,the damage characteristics of polyurea coated liquid-filled container(PLFC)under the combined loading of blast shock wave and fragments were studied *** microstructure of the polyurea layer was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the fracture and self-healing phenomena were *** simulation approach was used to explain the combined blast-and fragments-induced on the PLFC in ***,the effects of shock wave and fragment alone and in combination on the damage of PLFC were comprehensively *** showed that the polyurea reduces the perforation rate of the fragment to the LFC,and the self-healing phenomenon could also reduce the liquid loss rate inside the *** polyurea reduces the degree of depression in the center of the LFC,resulting in a decrease in the distance between adjacent fragments penetrating the LFC,and an increase in the probability of transfixion and fracture between *** the close-in blast,the detonation shock wave reached the LFC before the *** does not all have an enhanced effect on the protection of *** presence of internal water enhances the anti-blast performance of the container,and the hydrodynamic ram(HRAM)formed by the fragment impacting the water aggravated the plastic deformation of the *** combined action has an enhancement effect on the deformation of the *** depth of the container depression was 27%higher than that of the blast shock wave alone;thus,it cannot be simply summarized as linear superposition.

目的观察电针对2型糖尿病合并肾性高血压大鼠模型的疗效,并探索其可能的作用机制,进一步完善针灸在临床急、慢性疾病中的应用。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机选择10只作为空白组,余下40只用于模型制作,并随机均分为单纯糖尿病组、单纯肾性高血压组、复合模型电针组、复合模型未电针组。大鼠高脂高糖膳食4周后,予快速腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ),制作成单纯2型糖尿病模型,待模型血糖稳定,再用改良的"两肾一夹法"结扎大鼠单侧肾动脉,造成肾动脉狭窄,形成肾性高血压。最后获得稳定的2型糖尿病合并肾性高血压病的复合模型。其中除复合模型未电针组大鼠不予电针治疗外,其余各组大鼠均给予两个周期(2周)的电针治疗。最后,检测各组大鼠电针前后的血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb A1c)、肾素(PRA)及血管紧张素II(Ang II)值的变化。结果电针2周后,复合模型电针组与复合模型未电针组相比,BP、FBG、GHb A1c、PRA、Ang II值均降低(P0.05)。结论电针刺激2型糖尿病合并肾性高血压模型大鼠的双侧足三里穴,能使复合模型大鼠的血糖和血压降低至正常水平,且经单次电针刺激后2-3天内,复合模型大鼠的血糖和血压均能稳定在治疗后水平。另外,针灸疗法较其他治疗方法还具有经济、安全、无副作用等优点,更适合应用于2型糖尿病合并肾性高血压病的早期临床治疗及基础研究。

The development of alkaline fuel cells is moving forward at an accelerated pace,and the application of ether-free bonded polymers to anion exchange membranes(AEMs)has been widely ***,the question of the“trade-off”between AEM ionic conductivity and dimensional stability remains *** strategy of inducing microphase separation to improve the performance of AEM has attracted much attention recently,but the design of optimal molecular structures is still being ***,this work introduced different ratios of 3-bromo-1,1,1-trifluoroacetone(x=40,50,and 60)into the main chain of poly(p-terphenylene isatin).Because fluorinated groups have excellent hydrophobicity,hydrophilic hydroxyl-containing side chains are introduced to jointly adjust the formation of phase separation *** results show that PTI-PTF_(50)-NOH AEM with the appropriate fluorinated group ratio has the best ionic conductivity and alkali stability under the combined effect of *** has an ionic conductivity of 133.83 mS cm^(-1)at 80°*** addition,the OH-conductivity remains at 89%of the initial value at 80°C and 3 M KOH for 1056 h of *** cell polarization curve based on PTI-PTF_(50)-NOH shows a power density of 734.76 mW cm^(-2)at a current density of 1807.7 mA cm^(-2).

Interpretable Machine Learning-Based Spring Algal Bloom Forecast Model for the Coastal Waters of Zhejiang

The 2016–2022 monitoring data from three ecological buoys in the Wenzhou coastal region of Zhejiang Province and the dataset European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts were examined to clarify the elaborate relationship between variations in ecological parameters during spring algal bloom incidents and the associated changes in temperature and wind fields in this study.A long short-term memory recurrent neural network was employed,and a predictive model for spring algal bloom in this region was *** model integrated various inputs,including temperature,wind speed,and other pertinent variables,and chlorophyll concentration served as the primary output *** model training used chlorophyll concentration data,which were supplemented by reanalysis and forecast temperature and wind field *** model demonstrated proficiency in forecasting next-day chlorophyll concentrations and assessing the likelihood of spring algal bloom occurrences using a defined chlorophyll concentration *** historical validation from 2016 to 2019 corroborated the model's accuracy with an 81.71%probability of correct prediction,which was further proven by its precise prediction of two spring algal bloom incidents in late April 2023 and early May *** interpretable machine learning-based model for spring algal bloom prediction,displaying effective forecasting with limited data,was established through the detailed analysis of the spring algal bloom mechanism and the careful selection of input *** insights gained from this study offer valuable contributions to the development of early warning systems for spring algal bloom in the Wenzhou coastal area of Zhejiang Province.

The emergence of drug resistance to virus(i.e.,acyclovir(ACV)to herpesviruses)has been termed one of the common clinical issues,emphasizing the discovery of new antiviral *** address it,a genome-wide clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)screening was performed in mouse haploid embryonic stem cells infected with pseudorabies virus(PRV),anα-herpesvirus causing human and pig *** results demonstrated that type 2 voltage-gated chloride channels(CLC-2)encoded by one of the identified genes,CLCN2,is a potential drug target for anti-herpesvirus ***-2 inhibitors,omeprazole(OME)and 4,4'-diisothiocyanostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid(DIDS),can efficiently inhibit infection of multiple herpesviruses in cellulo(i.e.,PRV,HSV and EBV),and effectively treat murine herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE).Additionally,DIDS was found to inhibit HSV-1 replication by blocking the PI3K/Akt *** importantly,both DIDS and OME were able to inhibit ACV-resistant HSV-1 strain *** study's findings suggest that targeting host-cell factors such as CLC-2 may be a promising approach to tackling herpesvirus drug *** discovery of CLC-2 as a potential drug target for anti-herpesvirus therapy provides a new direction for the development of novel antiviral agents.

0.02mol L-1SrCl2可作为一种土壤钾提取剂,但关于其提取机理、提取条件等问题还有待进一步研究。本研究选用10个土样试验,土样首先用0.02mol L-1 SrCl2连续提取7次,之后再用1mol L-1中性醋酸铵提取,从富含2∶1型粘土矿物地区采集的土样中1mol L-1中性醋酸铵可提取到13.9～120mg kg-1的钾,而从富含1∶1型粘土矿物的地区采集的土样中仅能提取到0～9.19mg kg-1的钾。当这些土样首先用1mol L-1中性醋酸铵提取7次后,再用0.02mol L-1SrCl2提取,0.02molL-1SrCl2仅能提取到0～3.61mgkg-1的钾。氯化锶提取液中加入氯化锂后,土壤钾的测定结果与中性醋酸铵法的测定结果及土壤钾的有效性间的相关性得到改善。以上结果表明,(1)2:1型粘土矿物中的某些钾可被中性醋酸铵提取,而不能被氯化锶提取剂提取;(2)抑制离子化有助于改善0.02mol L-1SrCl2提取液中的钾的测定结果。

Heavy metal(loid)(HM)pollution in agricultural soils has become an environmental concern in antimony(Sb)mining ***,priority pollution sources identification and deep understanding of environmental risks of HMs face great challenges due to multiple and complex pollution sources ***,an integrated approach was conducted to distinguish pollution sources and assess human health risk(HHR)and ecological risk(ER)in a typical Sb mining watershed in Southern *** approach combines absolute principal component score-multiple linear regression(APCS-MLR)and positivematrix factorization(PMF)models with ER and HHR *** pollution sources were distinguished for both models,and APCS-MLR model was more accurate and *** HM concentration source was natural source(39.1%),followed by industrial and agricultural activities(23.0%),unknown sources(21.5%)and Sb mining and smelting activities(16.4%).Although natural source contributed the most to HM concentrations,it did not pose a significant *** and agricultural activities predominantly contributed to ER,and attention should be paid to Cd and *** mining and smelting activities were primary anthropogenic sources of HHR,particularly Sb and As *** ER and HHR assessments,Sb mining and smelting,and industrial and agricultural activities are critical sources,causing serious ecological and health *** study showed the advantages of multiple receptor model application in obtaining reliable source identification and providing better source-oriented risk *** pollution management,such as regulating mining and smelting and implementing soil remediation in polluted agricultural soils,is strongly recommended for protecting ecosystems and humans.
