A novel method for the determination of cationic surfactant by laser thermal lens spectrometry was developed. It was based on the reaction between 1-hydroxy-2-(5-nitro-2-Pyri- dylazo)-8-aminonaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid (5-NO2-PAH) and cationic surfactant to form 1:2 ionic association complex in a weakly basic medium (pH 9.44). The determination conditions and the mechanism were discussed. The method has been applied to the analysis of wastewater and moat water samples.

Objective:To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible iaclor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VECF)in diabelic retinopathy(DR)rats and its effect on the DR occurrence and ***:A total of 120 SD rats were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 60 in *** used in the trial group to establish the DM model,citrate buffer salt of same amount was used *** the control group.1,3 and 6 months after injection,respective 20 rats were sacrificed in each group to observe expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in the rat retina tissue at different lime ***:Expression of HIF-1αand VEGF were negative in the control group;expression of HIF-1αand VKGF protein in retinal tissue were weak after 1 month of DR mold *** showed progressive enhancement along with the progression in different organizations,differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Expressions of HIF-1αand *** were;correlated with disease progression in early diabelic *** oxygen can induce over-expression of HIF-1αand *** shows that HIF-1αand VEGF play an important role in the pathogenesis of DR.

A new method for the determination of utratrace silver(I) by near field thermal lens spectrometry has been developed. This method is based on the silver(I) catalyzed discoloring reaction of bromocresol green oxidized by sodium persulphate in the presence of a, a-bipy as activator and Triton X-100 as sensitizer. The linear range of this method is 0~1.6 ng穖L-1 of silver. The detection limit is 2?0-2 ng穖L-1. The method has been applied to the determination of silver in lead power and photographic paper with satisfactory results.

A new analytical method for the determination of urea-urease system based on biochemical reaction heat induced laser beam deflection is presented in this paper. With the method, the Michaelis constant (K-m) of urease and apparent inhibition constant (K-i) of some metal ion inhibitors were measured respectively. This method was also used for the quantitative determination of metal ions with satisfactory result.

In this work,poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)ultrathin films(P3HT-T)were prepared by spin-coating a dilute P3HT solution(in a toluene:o-dichlorobenzene(Tol:ODCB)blend with a volume ratio of 80:20)with ultrasonication and the addition of the nucleating agent bicycle[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid disodium salt(HPN-68L)on glass,Si wafers and indium tin oxide(ITO)*** electrical and mechanical properties of the P3HT-T ultrathin films were investigated,and it was found that the conductivity and crack onset strain(COS)were simultaneously improved in comparison with those of the corresponding pristine P3HT film(P3HT-0,without ultrasonication and nucleating agent)on the same substrate,regardless of what substrate was ***,the conductivity of P3HT-T ultrathin films on different substrates was similar(varying from 3.7 S·cm^(-1)to 4.4 S·cm^(-1)),yet the COS increased from 97%to 138%by varying the substrate from a Si wafer to *** grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray diffraction(GIXRD),UV-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM),we found that the solid order and crystallinity of the P3HT-T ultrathin film on the Si wafer are highest,followed by those on glass,and much lower on ***,the surface energy and roughness of three substrates were investigated,and it was found that the polar component of the surface energyγp plays a critical role in determining the crystalline microstructures of P3HT ultrathin films on different *** work indicates that the P3HT ultrathin film can obviously improve the stretchability and simultaneously retain similar electrical performance when a suitable substrate is *** findings offer a new direction for research on stretchable CP ultrathin films to facilitate future practical applications.

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a pregnancy-related complication characterized by abnormal glucose metabolism in pregnant women and has an important impact on fetal *** a bridge between the mother and the fetus,the placenta has nutrient transport functions,endocrine functions,etc.,and can regulate placental nutrient transport and fetal growth and development according to maternal metabolic *** by means of placental transmission can changes in maternal hyperglycemia affect the *** are many reports on the placental pathophysiological changes associated with GDM,the impacts of GDM on the growth and development of offspring,and the prevalence of GDM in offspring after *** epigenetic changes in GDM are involved in the programming of fetal development and are involved in the pathogenesis of later chronic *** paper summarizes the effects of changes in placental nutrient transport function and hormone secretion levels due to maternal hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia on the development of offspring as well as the participation of changes in placental epigenetic modifications due to maternal hyperglycemia in intrauterine fetal programming to promote a comprehensive understanding of the impacts of placental epigenetic modifications on the development of offspring from patients with GDM.
