The title compound C18H16N4O2S has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-amino-3-（4-ethoxyphenyl）-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with phenoxyacetic acid in phospho- rus oxychloride, and characterized by IR, NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 1.4903（3）, b = 1.5230（2）, c = 0.9615（16） nm, Z = 4, V = 1.7769（5） nm^3, Dc = 1.317 g/cm^3, μ = 0.201 mm^-1, F（000） = 736, R = 0.0795 and wR = 0.2233. In the title compound, all rings are essentially planar.

Calcite surface was modified with stearic acids,and the interaction between them was investigated both experimentally and ***-acid-modified calcite powders were investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,zeta potential analyser and contact angle ***,the density functional theory calculations were performed to explore the interaction at the atomic *** experi-mental results and simulation indicated that stearic acids interact with calcite surface via chelation between the double-bond O atom of-COOH and the Ca atom on calcite *** terminal methyl group of the stearic acids decreases the hydrophilicity of the calcite surface,and the interaction between different crystal faces of calcite is different.

The presence or absence of metastases in the axillary lymph nodes has remained the most powerful prognostic factor in breast carcinoma. Axillary lymph node dissection （ALND） is the standard procedure for obtaining this information. However, postoperative complications are common. Sentinel lymph node （SLN） biopsy has been proposed as a potential alternative to ALND for staging breast carcinoma. This technique has been shown to be sensitive and specific for predicting the status of the axillary lymph nodes. Furthermore, it has the potential advantage of decreasing the morbidity associated with ALND.

MXene,a new type of two-dimensional materials,have been demonstrated as one of the best photothermal materials owing to their strong light-matter interaction and high photothermal conversion efficiency in recent ***,we report the intriguing light-to-heat conversion property of vanadium carbide(V_(2)C)MXene under irradiation of millisecond laser *** the typical photothermal materials,the V_(2)C MXene not only converts the incident laser energy to heat by the physical photothermal effect,but also triggers the exothermic oxidation of the V_(2)C *** oxidation could be greatly promoted with addition of plasmonic Au nanorods(Au NRs)for light absorption *** to the unique light-to-heat conversion property,the Au NRs/V_(2)C MXene membrane could serve as high temperature pulse(HTP)generators that is proposed for numerous applications with high demand for *** a proof-of concept application,Au NRs/V_(2)C MXene membrane was applied for laser ignition of the high energy density materials,such as 2,4,6,8,10,12-(hexanitrohexaaza)cyclododecane(HNIW or CL-20).An improved ignition performance,in terms of lowered laser threshold,is achieved as compared to the state-of-the-art light-to-heat conversion materials.

The Genetic Diversity and Phylogenetic Status of Luxi Cattle

A total of 87 individuals of Luxi cattle from Juanchen and Liangshan counties, Shangdong Province, China, were sampled by simple random sampling in typical colony. Twenty-one blood proteins and enzymes loci were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE） and starch gel electrophoresis （SGE）. In the meantime, the data of 7 loci of 13 cattle populations in China and other countries were collected and phylogeny relationships were studied. The results indicated that 9 out of 21 loci showed polymorphism （42.86%）; the level of genetic variation in Luxi cattle population was relatively high, the mean heterozygosity was 0.1416. The Luxi cattle have a close phylogenetic relationship with the cattle populations of east and south of Asia, and this further confirmed the fact that Luxi cattle were the cross-breed between the Bos taurus and Bos indicus in China, but it is impossible that yellow cattle contained the blood of of Bali.

Background The pathophysiology of late-onset hemorrhagic cystitis （LOHC） is currently not well understood. The aim of this study was to analyze the alloimmune aetiology in the pathogenesis of LOHC post allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT）. Methods A retrospective study was performed on the medical records of 11 patients with immune-related LOHC post allogeneic HSCT. The clinical characteristics, therapy, and outcomes of these patients were analyzed. Results The median time of onset was 42 days after HSCT （range 16-150 days） and the median duration of HC was 43 days （range 29-47 days）. All patients presented with prolonged HC for more than 35 days. Nine patients with evidence of cytomegalovirus （CMV） reactivation did not respond to anti-viral therapy even with CMV clearance in the urine post-therapy. Eleven patients with refractory HC received a low dose of corticosteroids and all patients went into complete remission. Conclusion Our data suggest that alloimmune injury is involved in the pathogenesis of HC in at least some patients and that specific therapy might improve the clinical outcome of hemorrhagic cystitis.

The Boer goat is one of the top meat breeds in modern animal husbandry and has attracted widespread attention for its unique growth ***,the genetic basis of muscle development in the Boer goat remains *** this study,we identified specific structural variants in the Boer goat based on genome-wide selection signals and analyzed the basis of the molecular heredity of related candidate genes in muscle development.A total of9 959 autosomal copy number variations(CNVs) were identified through selection signal analysis in 127 goat ***,we confirmed that the highest signal CNV(HSV) was a chromosomal arrangement containing an approximately 1.11 Mb(CHIR17:60062304-61171840 bp) duplicated fragment inserted in reverse orientation and a 5 362 bp deleted region(CHIR17:60145940-60151302 bp) with overlapping genes(e.g.,ARHGAP10,NR3C2,EDNRA,PRMT9,and TMEM184C).The homozygous duplicated HSV genotype(+/+) was found in 96% of Boer goats but was not detected in Eurasian goats and was only detected in 4% of indigenous African *** expression network of three candidate genes(ARHGAP10,NR3C2,and EDNRA)regulating dose transcription was constructed by RNA *** indicated that these genes were involved in the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells(SMSCs) and their overexpression significantly increased the expression of *** HSV of the Boer goat contributed to superior skeletal muscle growth via the dose effects of overlapping genes.
