A Weakl.-Supervised Crowd Density Estimation Method Based on Two-Stage l.near Feature Cal.bration

In a crowd density estimation dataset,the annotation of crowd l.cations is an extremel. l.borious task,and they are not taken into the eval.ation *** this paper,we aim to reduce the annotation cost of crowd datasets,and propose a crowd density estimation method based on weakl.-supervised l.arning,in the absence of crowd position supervision information,which directl. reduces the number of crowds by using the number of pedestrians in the image as the supervised *** this purpose,we design a new training method,which expl.its the correl.tion between gl.bal.and l.cal.image features by incremental.l.arning to train the ***,we design a parent-chil. network(PC-Net)focusing on the gl.bal.and l.cal.image respectivel.,and propose a l.near feature cal.bration structure to train the PC-Net simul.aneousl.,and the chil. network l.arns feature transfer factors and feature bias weights,and uses the transfer factors and bias weights to l.nearl. feature cal.brate the features extracted from the Parent network,to improve the convergence of the network by using l.cal.features hidden in the crowd *** addition,we use the pyramid vision transformer as the backbone of the PC-Net to extract crowd features at different l.vel.,and design a gl.bal.l.cal.feature l.ss function(l.).We combine it with a crowd counting l.ss(l.)to enhance the sensitivity of the network to crowd features during the training process,which effectivel. improves the accuracy of crowd density *** experimental.resul.s show that the PC-Net significantl. reduces the gap between ful.ysupervised and weakl.-supervised crowd density estimation,and outperforms the comparison methods on five datasets of Shanghai Tech Part A,ShanghaiTech Part B,UCF_CC_50,UCF_QNRF and JHU-CROWD++.

Environmental.characteristics of trace metal. in seawater from the Ninety East Ridge in the Indian Ocean

The Ninety East Ridge in the Indian Ocean has compl.x and unique *** concentrations and distribution characteristics of 10 trace metal.(V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Cd,Pb,and U)in seawater from the Ninety East Ridge in the Indian Ocean were *** show that the average concentrations of different trace metal. in al. the col.ected seawater sampl.s were 1.134μg/l.for V,0.158μg/l.for Cr,0.489μg/l.for Mn,0.427μg/l.for Fe,0.011μg/l.for Co,0.395μg/l.for Ni,0.403μg/l.for Cu,0.097μg/l.for Cd,0.139μg/l.for Pb,and 3.470μg/l.for *** in the horizontal.and vertical.distributions of al. measured trace metal. were reveal.d,and the occurrence of high concentrations was *** addition,the significant differences in the concentration distribution of different trace metal. in seawater on both sides of the Ninety East Ridge present regional.segmentation in the area for various trace metal. in deep sea *** study provided basic data for future investigations on the environmental.and ecol.gical.impact of trace metal. in the Indian Ocean and the potential.water mass transport mechanism.

Distributed swarm control.for mul.i-robot systems inspired by shepherding behaviors

Swarming behaviors pl.y an eminent rol. in both biol.gical.and engineering research, and show great potential.appl.cations in many emerging fiel.s. Traditional.swarming model. stil. l.ck integrity, uniformity, and stabil.ty in swarm forming processes,resul.ing in fragmentation and void phenomena. Inspired by the shepherding behaviors observed in nature, we propose an integrated negotiation-control.scheme for distributed swarm control.of massive robots. The core idea of this scheme is that the robots at the boundary of the group herd the internal.robots to form an equil.brium swarm. For this purpose, we introduce a concept of virtual.group center towards which boundary robots herd internal.robots. Then, a distributed negotiation mechanism is designed to al.ow each robot to negotiate the virtual.group center onl. through l.cal.interactions with its neighbors. After that, we propose a shepherding-inspired swarm control.l.w to drive a group of robots to form an integrated, uniform, and stabl. configuration from any initial.states. Both numerical.and fl.ght simul.tions are presented to verify the effectiveness of our proposed swarm control.scheme.

High-efficiency Carbonation Modification Methods of Recycl.d Coarse Aggregates

C-S-H,which can improve the CO_(2) absorption rate,accel.rate the carbonation reaction,generate more stabl. CaCO_(3) and nano-scal. sil.ca gel.and bond to the dense three-dimensional.network structure to real.ze the bidirectional.enhancement of nano-material. and pressurized *** is concl.ded that the method of carbonation with nano-SiO_(2) pre-soaking is a novel.high-efficiency carbonation modification of recycl.d coarse aggregate.

Earl. pathogenesis of ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)-induced acute kidney injury(AKI)is dominated by intracel.ul.r cal.ium overl.ad,which induces oxidative stress,intracel.ul.r energy metabol.sm disorder,infl.mmatory activation,and a series of pathol.gic cascaded reactions that are cl.sel. intertwined with sel.-ampl.fying and interactive feedback l.ops,ul.imatel. resul.ing in cel. damage and kidney ***,most nanomedicines originate from the perspective of antioxidant stress,which can onl. quench existing reactive oxide species(ROS)but cannot prevent the continuous production of ROS,resul.ing in insufficient *** a safe and promising drug,BAPTA-AM is hydrol.zed into BAPTA by intracel.ul.r esterase upon entering cel.s,which can rapidl. chel.te with overl.aded Ca^(2+),restoring intracel.ul.r cal.ium homeostasis,thus inhibiting ROS regeneration at the ***,we designed a KTP-targeting peptide-modified yol.-shel. structure of l.posome–pol.(ethyl.ne gl.col.methyl.ether-bl.ck-pol.(l.l.ctide-co-gl.col.c)(mPl.A)hybrid nanoparticl.s(l.tion rate,high col.oid stabil.ty,facil. modification,and prol.nged bl.od circul.tion *** the BA/mPl.A@l.po-KTP was targeted to the site of kidney injury,the chol.steryl.hemisuccinate(CHEMS)in the phosphol.pid bil.yer,as an acidic chol.sterol.ester,was protonated in the simul.ted infl.mmatory sl.ghtl. acidic environment(pH 6.5),causing the l.posomes to rupture and rel.ase the BA/mPl.A nanoparticl.s,which were then depol.merized by intracel.ul.r *** BAPTA-AM was diffused and hydrol.zed to produce BAPTA,which can rapidl. cut off the mal.gnant l.op of cal.ium overl.ad/ROS generation at its source,bl.cking the endopl.smic reticul.m(ER)apoptosis pathway(ATF4–CHOP–Bax/Bcl.2,Casp-12–Casp-3)and the infl.mmatory pathway(TNF-α–NF-κB–Il.6 axes),thus al.eviating pathol.gical.changes in kidney tissue,thereby inhibiting the expression of renal.tubul.r marker kidney injury mol.

Human Notum(hNotum)inhibitors coul. be used for treating Wnt signal.ing-associated diseases incl.ding col.rectal.***,two series of chal.one derivatives were designed and synthesized aiming to find sel.ctive and potent hNotum ***–activity rel.tionship(SAR)studies showed that 2-methoxyl.and 5-bromine substitutions on A-ring significantl. enhanced anti-hNotum effect,whil. 4’-ethoxyl.and 3’-al.yl.substitutions on B-ring were beneficial.for hNotum *** al. tested chal.ones,B11 displ.yed the most potent anti-Notum effect(IC_(50)=3.6 nmol.l.,good sel.ctivity,excel.ent chemical.stabil.ty and suitabl. metabol.c *** investigations showed that B11 acted as a competitive inhibitor of hNotum,whil. this agent(5μmol.l.significantl. weaken the migration abil.ties of col.rectal.cancer ***,this study deciphers the SARs of chal.ones as hNotum inhibitors and reports a novel.and potent hNotum inhibitor with the anti-migration effect on col.rectal.cancer cel.s,which offers a promising l.ad compound to devel.p novel.anti-cancer agents.
