Tumor-derived exosomes have been shown to play a key role in organ-specific metastasis,and the androgen receptor regulates prostate cancer(PCa)*** is unclear whether the androgen receptor regulates the recruitment of prostate cancer cells to the bone microenvironment,even bone metastases,through ***,we found that exosomes isolated from PCa cells after knocking down androgen receptor(AR)or enzalutamide treatment can facilitate the migration of prostate cancer cells to *** addition,AR silencing or treatment with the AR antagonist enzalutamide may increase the expression of circular RNA-deoxyhypusine synthase(circ-DHPS)in PCa cells,which can be transported to osteoblasts by ***-DHPS acts as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)against endogenous miR-214-3p to promote C-C chemokine ligand 5(CCL5)levels in *** the level of CCL5 in osteoblasts could recruit more PCa cells into the bone ***,blocking the circ-DHPS/miR-214-3p/CCL5 signal may decrease exosome-mediated migration of prostate cancer cells to osteoblasts.

We propose a scheme to realize antibunched multiple-photon bundles based on phonon blockade in a quadratically coupled optomechanical *** adjusting the detunings to match the conditions of phonon blockade in the photon sidebands,we establish super-Rabi oscillation between zero-photon state and multiple-photon states with adjustable super-Rabi frequencies under appropriate single-phonon resonant *** the system dissipation into account,we numerically calculate the standard and generalized second-order functions of the cavity mode as well as the quantum trajectories of the state populations with Monte Carlo simulation to confirm that the emitted photons form antibunched multiple-photon ***,the desirable n-photon states are reconstructed after a direct phonon emission based on phonon blockade,and thus the single-phonon emission heralds the cascade emission of n-photon *** proposal shows that the optomechanical system can simultaneously behave as antibunched multiple-photon emitter and single-phonon *** a nonclassical source could have potential applications in quantum information science.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the most common primary liver cancer with a dismal prognosis, especially when diagnosed at advanced stages. Annexin A2(ANXA2), is found to promote cancer progression and therapeutic ***, the underlining mechanisms of ANXA2 in immune escape of HCC remain poorly understood up to now. Herein, we summarized the molecular function of ANXA2 in HCC and its relationship with prognosis. Furthermore, we tentatively elucidated the underlying mechanism of ANXA2 immune escape of HCC by upregulating the proportion of regulatory T cells and the expression of several inhibitory molecules, and by downregulating the proportion of natural killer cells and dendritic cells and the expression of several inhibitory molecules or effector molecules. We expect a lot of in-depth studies to further reveal the underlying mechanism of ANXA2 in immune escape of HCC in the future.

The metallurgical quality control of magnesium(Mg)and Mg alloys in melting process is required to ensure a satisfied mechanical and corrosion performance,while the typical used steel crucible introduces impurities and interfacial interaction during melting ***,a systematic study about impurities diffusion and interfacial interaction between molten Mg and steel is *** the present study,the interfacial reaction between molten AZ91D Mg alloy and mild steel during melting process was investigated with the melting temperatures of 700℃,750℃ and 800℃.The results show that Al(Fe,Mn)intermetallic layer is the intermetallic primarily formed at the interfaces of AZ91D melt and mild ***,Al_(8)(Mn,Fe)5is indexed between Al(Fe,Mn)and ***_(3)C appears between the mild steel and Al(Fe,Mn)at 700℃ and 750℃,but absent at 800℃ due to the increased solubility of carbon in Mg *** is found that the growth of the intermetallic layer is controlled by diffusion mechanism,and Al and Mn are the dominant diffusing species in the whole interfacial reaction *** measuring the thickness of different layers,the growth constant was *** increases from 1.89(±0.03)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 700℃ to 3.05(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 750℃,and 5.18(±0.05)×10^(-12)m^(2)·s^(-1)at 800℃.Meanwhile,the content of Fe is linearly increased in AZ91D with the increase of holding time at 700℃ and 750℃,while it shows a significantly increment after holding for 8 h at 800℃,indicating holding temperature is more crucial to determine the Fe content of AZ91D than holding time.

The vortex generator(VG)and its well-known effect in flow optimization are widely studied and employed across different engineering ***,while the same working principles of VG may be well suited for the applications on surface-cleaning technologies,such promising potential is hardly,if any,explored in the published ***,in the present study,the influence on flow-induced particle resuspension brought by a rectangular vG in a channel flow is investigated with the help of highfidelity computational fluid dynamics *** increases of particle removal forces and resuspension rates are discovered in long,strip-like regions with reduced boundary-layer thickness resulted from the vG-induced vortices,and the enhancement effect is especially significant for configurations with the VG installed at a greater angle of *** is also shown that while the resuspension enhancements on the lower and the upper surfaces of the channel exhibit distinct statistical characteristics,having a VG in the channel improves the overall particle-removing capability of the channel flow by introducing higher surface-averaged removal forces and particle resuspension *** but not least,the increase of resuspension rate is especially significant for the smaller,micron-scale particles which are otherwise hardly disturbed by a VG-less channel flow,and such resuspension-enhancement effectgenerally subsides with increasing particle size.

Fibre-reinforced polymer(FRP)/rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF)interface is susceptible to moisture intrusion in addition to natural ageing during *** study investigated the influence of moisture intrusion on the FRP/RPUF interface under natural ageing using experiments and molecular dynamics(MD)*** absorption,shear strength,and leakage current tests were used to clarify the changes in the interface *** degradation mechanism of moisture intrusion at the interface under natural ageing was revealed by MD simulation and *** results show that the natural ageing of interfacial materials will slightly reduce the quality of the interface but will reduce the water resistance of the material and promote the process of water intrusion into the *** addition,water mainly invades the interface through *** water penetration,the interfacial bonding strength and insulation performance significantly *** and hydrolysis of interfacial materials are the main reasons for decreased interfacial *** can cause irreversible damage to the interface,increasing interface defects and water *** vicious cycle of material hydrolysis is the ultimate cause of interfacial *** polar molecules produced by this process and the water absorbed by the interface caused the degradation of the interface insulation performance.

This paper focuses on the finite-time control(FTC) of the composite formation consensus(CFC)problems for multi-robot systems(MRSs). The CFC problems are firstly proposed for MRSs under the complex network topology of cooperative or cooperative-competitive networks. Regarding the problems of FTC and CFC on multiple Lagrange systems(MLSs), coupled sliding variables are introduced to deal with the robustness and consistent convergence. Then, the adaptive finite-time protocols are given based on the displacement approaches. With the premised FTC, tender-tracking methods are further developed for the problems of tracking information disparity. Stability analyses of those MLSs mentioned above are clarified with Lyapunov candidates considering the coupled sliding vectors, which provide new verification for tender-tracking systems. Under the given coupled-sliding-variable-based finite-time protocols, MLSs distributively adjust the local formation error to achieve global CFC and perform uniform convergence in time-varying tracking. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted while providing practical solutions for the theoretical results.

This study aimed to investigate the correlations among androgen receptor （AR） CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length in healthy Chinese young adult men. Two hundred and fifty-three healthy men （aged 22.8 ± 3.1years） were enrolled. The individuals were grouped as CAG short （CAGs） if they harbored repeat length of 〈20 or as CAG long （CAGL） if their CAG repeat length was 〉20. Body height/weight, penile length and other parameters were examined and recorded by the specified physicians; CAG repeat polymorphism was determined by the polymerase chain reaction （PCR） method; and the serum levels of the sex hormones were detected by radioimmunoassay. Student＇s t-test or linear regression analysis was used to assess the associations among AR CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length. This investigation showed that the serum total testosterone （T） level was positively associated with the AR CAG repeat length （P = 0.01）; whereas, no significant correlation of T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism with the penile length was found （P = 0.593）. Interestingly, an inverse association was observed between serum prolactin （PRL） levels and penile length by linear regression analyses （β = -0.024, P = 0.039, 95% confidence interval （CI）： -0.047, 0）. Collectively, this study provides the first evidence that serum PRL, but not T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism, is correlated with penile length in the Han adult population from northwestern China.

Partial differential equations(PDEs) characterize transport phenomena and fluid flow, and common cases include heat exchangers and road traffic [1]. Recently, scholars have become enthusiastic about event-triggered control(ETC) of hyperbolic PDEs, primarily because it can help conserve computing and communication resources. For example,Ref. [2] presented an output feedback ETC scheme for 2 × 2hyperbolic PDEs.

In this paper,we study the partial multi-label(PML)image classification problem,where each image is annotated with a candidate label set consisting of multiple relevant labels and other noisy *** PML methods typically design a disambiguation strategy to filter out noisy labels by utilizing prior knowledge with extra assumptions,which unfortunately is unavailable in many real ***,because the objective function for disambiguation is usually elaborately designed on the whole training set,it can hardly be optimized in a deep model with stochastic gradient descent(SGD)on *** this paper,for the first time,we propose a deep model for PML to enhance the representation and discrimination *** the one hand,we propose a novel curriculum-based disambiguation strategy to progressively identify ground-truth labels by incorporating the varied difficulties of different *** the other hand,consistency regularization is introduced for model training to balance fitting identified easy labels and exploiting potential relevant *** experimental results on the commonly used benchmark datasets show that the proposed method significantlyoutperforms the SOTA methods.
