A 2D axisymmetric numerical model was established to investigate the variations of molten pool with different melt rates during the vacuum arc remelting of 8Cr4Mo4V high-strength steel,and the ingot growth was simulated by dynamic mesh *** results show that as the ingot grows,the molten pool profile changes from shallow and flat to V-shaped,and both the molten pool depth and the mushy width ***,the variation of both the molten pool shape and the mushy width melt rate is clarified by the thermal equilibrium *** melt rate increases,both the molten pool depth and the mushy width *** is caused by the increment in sensible heat stored in the ingot due to the limitation of the cooling capacity of the *** nonlinear increment in sensible heat leads to a nonlinear increase in the mushy *** addition,as melt rate increases,the local solidification time(LST)of ingot decreases obviously at first and then *** melt rate is controlled in a suitable range,LST is the lowest and the secondary dendrite arm spacing of the ingot is the smallest,which can effectively improve the compactness degree of 8Cr4Mo4V high-strength steel.

In this work,the spray behaviors of a rotary atomizer with round-shaped injection orifices are experimentally investigated to study the breakup mechanism and spray characteristics using RP-3 as the liquid *** breakup process of the liquid is visualized by the backlight shadow imaging method,which also provides the measurements of liquid breakup length and penetration *** injection mode of the liquid film is observed using the front-light illumination *** droplet size and distribution are measured using the laser particle size analyzer at various radial *** typical breakup modes are identified:the ligament breakup mode,bag breakup mode,and shear breakup *** Weber number(Wed)and momentum flux ratio(q)are used to elaborate the liquid breakup *** of droplet sizing indicate that the Sauter mean diameter decreases with a higher rotational speed and slightly varies with the volume flow rate.A correlation between liquid breakup modes and non-dimensional droplet size is established based on Wed and *** study presents some significance for understanding the impacts of the rotational speed and volume flow rates on the spray performance of actual aviation fuels in rotary atomizers.

BACKGROUND Studies with large size samples on the liver histological changes of indeterminate phase chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients were not previously *** To assess the liver histological changes in the indeterminate phase CHB patients using liver *** The clinical and laboratory data of 1532 untreated CHB patients were collected,and all patients had least once liver biopsy from January 2015 to December *** significant differences among different phases of CHB infection were compared with t-test,and the risk factors of significant liver histological changes were analyzed by the multivariate logistic regression *** Among 1532 untreated CHB patients,814(53.13%)patients were in the indeterminate *** liver histological changes(defined as biopsy score≥G2 and/or≥S2)were found in 488/814(59.95%)CHB patients in the indete-rminate *** liver histological changes were significant differences among different age,platelets(PLTs),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)subgroup in indeterminate *** logistic regression analysis indicated that age≥40 years old[adjust odd risk(aOR),1.44;95%confidence interval(CI):1.06-1.97;P=0.02],PLTs≤150×10^(9)/L(aOR,2.99;95%CI:1.85-4.83;P<0.0001),and ALT≥upper limits of normal(aOR,1.48;95%CI:1.08,2.05,P=0.0163)were independent risk factors for significant liver histological changes in CHB patients in the indeterminate *** Our results suggested that significant liver histological changes were not rare among the untreated CHB patients in indeterminate phase,and additional strategies are urgently required for the management of these patients.

Background:Early systemic anticoagulation(SAC)is a common practice in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP),and its impact on in-hospital clinical outcomes had been ***,whether it affects long-term outcomes is *** study aimed to evaluate the effect of SAC on 90-day readmission and other long-term outcomes in ANP ***:During January 2013 and December 2018,ANP patients admitted within 7 days from the onset of abdominal pain were *** primary outcome was 90-day readmission after *** proportional-hazards regression model and mediation analysis were used to define the relationship between early SAC and 90-day ***:A total of 241 ANP patients were enrolled,of whom 143 received early SAC during their hospitalization and 98 did *** who received early SAC experienced a lower incidence of splanchnic venous thrombosis(SVT)[risk ratio(RR)=0.40,95%CI:0.26-0.60,P<0.01]and lower 90-day readmission with an RR of 0.61(95%CI:0.41-0.91,P=0.02)than those who did *** the quality of life,patients who received early SAC had a significantly higher score in the subscale of vitality(P=0.03)while the other subscales were all comparable between the two *** Cox regression model showed that early SAC was an independent protective factor for 90-day readmission after adjusting for potential confounders with a hazard ratio of 0.57(95%CI:0.34-0.96,P=0.04).Mediation analysis showed that SVT mediated 37.0%of the early SAC-90-day readmission ***:The application of early SAC may reduce the risk of 90-day readmission in the survivors of ANP patients,and reduced SVT incidence might be the primary contributor.

Metastasis is the leading cause of cancer-related *** growth factor beta(TGF-β)signaling drives metastasis and is strongly enhanced during cancer ***,the use of on-target TGF-βsignaling inhibitors in the treatment of cancer patients remains unsuccessful,highlighting a gap in the understanding of TGF-βbiology that limits the establishment of efficient anti-metastatic ***,we show that TGF-βsignaling hyperactivation in breast cancer cells is required for metastasis and relies on increased small extracellular vesicle(sEV)*** sEV’s unique role,TGF-βsignaling levels induced by sEVs exceed the activity of matching concentrations of soluble ligand TGF-β.Further,genetic disruption of sEV secretion in highlymetastatic breast cancer cells impairs cancer cell aggressiveness by reducing TGF-βsignaling to nearly-normal ***,TGF-βsignaling activity in non-invasive breast cancer cells is inherently low,but can be amplified by sEVs,enabling invasion and metastasis of poorly-metastatic breast cancer *** the translational potential of inhibiting sEV trafficking in advanced breast cancers,treatment with dimethyl amiloride(DMA)decreases sEV secretion,TGF-βsignaling activity,and breast cancer progression in *** both the sEV trafficking and TGF-βsignaling by combining DMA and SB431542 at suboptimal doses potentiated this effect,normalizing the TGF-βsignaling in primary tumors to potently reduce circulating tumor cells,metastasis,and tumor ***,this study establishes sEVs as critical elements in TGF-βbiology,demonstrating the feasibility of inhibiting sEV trafficking as a new therapeutic approach to impair metastasis by normalizing TGF-βsignaling levels in breast cancer cells.

Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900–1880 nm)with less scattering background in biological tissues has been combined with the confocal microscopic system for achieving deep in vivo imaging with high spatial ***,the traditional NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscope with separate excitation focus and detection pinhole makes it possess low confocal e±ciency,as well as di±cultly to *** types of upgraded NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscopes,sharing the same pinhole by excitation and emission focus,leading to higher confocal e±ciency,are built in this *** type is-ber-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to CW laser *** is constructed forfluorescence intensity imaging with large depth,high stabilization and low cost,which could replace multiphotonfluorescence microscopy in some applications(e.g.,cerebrovascular and hepatocellular imaging).The other type is air-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to femtosecond(fs)laser *** can be employed not only for NIR-IIfluorescence intensity imaging,but also for multi-channelfluorescence lifetime imaging to recognize different structures with similarfluorescence ***,it can be facilely combined with multiphotonfluorescence microscopy.A single fs pulsed laser is utilized to achieve up-conversion(visible multiphotonfluorescence)and down-conversion(NIR-II one-photonfluorescence)excitation simultaneously,extending imaging spectral channels,and thus facilitates multi-structure and multi-functional observation.

The challenge of achieving sustainable economic development with a secure environmental system is a global challenge faced by both developed and developing *** Efficiency(EE)is crucial in achieving sustainable economic growth while reducing ecological *** research utilizes the Slack-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis(SBM-DEA)and the Malmquist-Luenberger Index(MLI)method to evaluate EE and productivity changes from 1995 to 2020 across G20 *** study uses four different input-output bundles to gauge the impact of renewable and non-renewable energy consumption and carbon emissions on EE and productivity *** study results show that including renewable energy consumption improves the average EE from 0.783 to 0.8578,but energy productivity declines from 1.0064 to *** bad output(carbon emissions)in the estimation process enhances renewable EE and productivity change,resulting in an average EE of 0.6678 and MLI of *** change is identified as the primary determinant of energy productivity growth in scenarios 1 and 2,while technical efficiency determines energy productivity change in scenarios 3 and *** Kruskal-Wallis test reveals a significant statistical difference between the mean EE and MLI scores of G20 countries.

永磁同步电机开路故障容错补偿控制

基于磁动势不变原则的故障容错补偿控制策略,在研究正常情况下船用永磁同步电机磁动势数学模型的基础上,建立了一相开路故障下磁动势数学模型。在电机发生一相开路故障时,通过改变其余无故障两相电流的大小和夹角,以保证故障前后电机的合成磁动势不变,进而使得空间电压矢量脉宽调制控制策略在电机控制中仍适用。结合船舶电力推进系统模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立船舶电力推进系统的整体仿真模型,并对转矩、转速、电流等参数进行分析。仿真结果表明:在无故障情况下,螺旋桨模型输出转矩脉动和电机的转矩、电流、转速脉动分别约为0.85%、5.90%、6.25%、2.01%,电机运行性能良好。在一相开路故障下,若未采用容错补偿控制策略,螺旋桨对故障响应较为强烈,输出转矩脉动达到22.2%,进而导致推进电机输出转矩、电流、转速均出现较大的波动,分别约为82%、50%、33%,且电机定子磁链轨迹为不稳定的椭圆;采用基于磁动势不变原则的矢量容错补偿控制策略后,螺旋桨输出转矩会恢复到稳定值,脉动约为1.02%,推进电机也会重新稳定运行,转矩、电流及转速脉动均明显下降,分别约为6.20%、6.78%、2.22%,与无故障时的脉动范围基本相同,电机定子磁链轨迹恢复为同故障前一致的圆形。可见,采用故障容错补偿控制策略,可以保证推进电机在正常情况和一相绕组开路情况下均能正常工作,且螺旋桨负载与推进电机性能匹配良好。
