The relationship between fracture calcite veins and shale gas enrichment in the deep Ordovician Wufeng Formation-Silurian Longmaxi Formation (Wufeng-Longmaxi) shales in southern Sichuan Basin was investigated through core and thin section observations, cathodoluminescence analysis, isotopic geochemistry analysis, fluid inclusion testing, and basin simulation. Tectonic fracture calcite veins mainly in the undulating part of the structure and non-tectonic fracture calcite veins are mainly formed in the gentle part of the structure. The latter, mainly induced by hydrocarbon generation, occurred at the stage of peak oil and gas generation, while the former turned up with the formation of Luzhou paleouplift during the Indosinian. Under the influence of hydrocarbon generation pressurization process, fractures were opened and closed frequently, and oil and gas episodic activities are recorded by veins. The formation pressure coefficient at the maximum paleodepth exceeds 2.0. The formation uplift stage after the Late yanshanian is the key period for shale gas migration. Shale gas migrates along the bedding to the high part of the structure. The greater the structural fluctuation is, the more intense the shale gas migration activity is, and the loss is more. The gentler the formation is, the weaker the shale gas migration activity is, and the loss is less. The shale gas enrichment in the core of gentle anticlines and gentle synclines is relatively higher.

Objective:For locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)patients,high incidences of distant metastases and severe treatment related toxicities are the main obstacles needed to be ***,a specific thymidylate synthase inhibitor with a convenient administration schedule,has an acceptable and manageable toxicity,and possesses radio-sensitizing *** investigate the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed and cisplatin induction chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy(IC+CCRT)in patients with LA-NPC,a phaseⅡclinical study was ***:Sixty eligible patients with LA-NPC were enrolled into this study.A raltitrexed-cisplatin combination was used as part of an IC+CCRT ***-cisplatin IC was given once every 3 weeks(q3 w)for two cycles,followed by raltitrexed-cisplatin based CCRT q3 w for two ***-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)was given for all enrolled ***:All patients were included in survival analysis according to the intent-to-treat *** objective response rate(ORR)3 months after treatment was 98%.The 2-year overall survival(OS)rate was 92%.The median relapse-free survival(RFS)time was 30.5[95%confidence interval(95%CI),28.4-32.3]*** 2-year RFS rate was 85%.The 2-year local failure-free survival(LFFS)rate was 97%and the 2-year distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)rate was 88%.Acute toxicities were mostly grade 2 and 3 reactions in bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal side effect and oropharyngeal *** two patients occurred grade 4 acute toxicities,one was bone marrow suppression and the other was dermatitis ***:The combination of raltitrexed and cisplatin has a comparable efficacy to those in standard firstline therapy.

中子辐射俘获反应在反应堆运行、核装置设计及核天体物理研究中起重要的作用.4πBaF_(2)探测装置有着高时间分辨能力、低中子灵敏度、高探测效率等优点,适合开展中子辐射俘获反应截面数据的测量.中国原子能科学研究院核数据重点实验室建立了伽马全吸收装置(Gamma total absorption facility,GTAF),该装置用28块六棱BaF_(2)晶体和12块五棱BaF_(2)晶体构成了外径25 cm,内径10 cm的球壳,覆盖了95.2%的立体角.利用GTAF在中国散裂中子源Back-n束线上,测量了197Au(n,γ)的反应截面数据.测量数据通过能量筛选、PSD方法、晶体多重性筛选进行了初步本底扣除,随后结合对^(nat)C及空样品的测量数据对本底进行了分析及扣除,获得了197Au俘获反应的产额,利用SAMMY程序拟合得到了^(197)Au在1—100 e V的共振能量、中子共振宽度和伽马共振宽度参数.实验测量结果与ENDF/B-VIII.0数据库符合良好,其共振参数存在一定差异,分析原因可能与GTAF能量分辨率、Back-n的中子能谱测量精度、以及实验本底扣除方法相关,这也是下一步工作的重点.

AIM： TO study the effect of SNC19/ST14gene overexpression on invasion in vitro of colorectal cancer cells. METHODS： The adhesion of SlVC19/ST14gene-transfected cells to ECM was measured by MTT assay. The cell movement was evaluated by wound healing assay. Cell invasion and migration were determined by invasion assay in vitro. RESULTS： SNC19/ST14 gene overexpression could enhance invasion of colorectal cancer cells in vitro significantly and influence early cell adherence to ECM, but could not change cell movement significantly. CONCLUSION： SNC19/ST14 gene overexpression increases the local invasion of colorectal cancer cells in vitro. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Investigating deuteron–deuteron(DD)fusion reactions in a plasma environment similar to the early stages of the Big Bang is an important topic in nuclear *** this study,we experimentally investigated such reactions,using eight laser beams with the third harmonic impacting on a deuterated polyethylene target at the Shenguang-II Upgrade laser *** work focused on the application of range-filter(RF)spectrometers,assembled from a 70 lm aluminum filter and two CR-39 nuclear track detectors,to measure the yields of primary *** on the track diameter calibration results of 3 MeV protons used to diagnose the tracks on the RF spectrometers,an approximate primary DD-proton yield of(8.5±1.7)×10^6 was obtained,consistent with the yields from similar laser facilities *** indicates that the RF spectrometer is an effective way to measure primary ***,due to the low yields of D^3He-protons and its small track diameter,CR-39 detectors were unable to distinguish it from the background *** other accurate detectors may help to measure these rare events.

Objective: To derive the Chinese medicine(CM) syndrome classification and subgroup syndrome characteristics of ischemic stroke patients. Methods: By extracting the CM clinical electronic medical records(EMRs) of 7,170 hospitalized patients with ischemic stroke from 2016 to 2018 at weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Province, China, a patient similarity network(PSN) was constructed based on the symptomatic phenotype of the patients. Thereafter the efficient community detection method BGLL was used to identify subgroups of patients. Finally, subgroups with a large number of cases were selected to analyze the specific manifestations of clinical symptoms and CM syndromes in each subgroup. Results: Seven main subgroups of patients with specific symptom characteristics were identified, including M3, M2, M1, M5, M0, M29and M4. M3 and M0 subgroups had prominent posterior circulatory symptoms, while M3 was associated with autonomic disorders, and M4 manifested as anxiety;M2 and M4 had motor and motor coordination disorders;M1 had sensory disorders;M5 had more obvious lung infections;M29 had a disorder of consciousness. The specificity of CM syndromes of each subgroup was as follows. M3, M2, M1, M0, M29 and M4 all had the same syndrome as wind phlegm pattern;M3 and M0 both showed hyperactivity of Gan(liver) yang pattern;M2 and M29 had similar syndromes, which corresponded to intertwined phlegm and blood stasis pattern and phlegm-stasis obstructing meridians pattern, respectively. The manifestations of CM syndromes often appeared in a combination of 2 or more syndrome elements. The most common combination of these 7 subgroups was wind-phlegm. The 7 subgroups of CM syndrome elements were specifically manifested as pathogenic wind, pathogenic phlegm,and deficiency pathogens. liCoO_2 is one of the most important cathode materials for high energy density lithium ion batteries. The compressed behavior of liCoO_2 under high pressure has been investigated using synchrotron radiation x-ray diffraction. It is found that liCoO_2 maintains hexagonal symmetry up to the maximum pressure of 30.1 GPa without phase transition. The elastic modulus at ambient pressure is 159.5(2.2) GPa and its first derivative is 3.92(0.23). In addition, the high-pressure compression behavior of liCoO_2 has been studied by first principles calculations. The derived bulk modulus of liCoO_2 is 141.6 GPa.

Background： The Food and Drug Administration recently announced that the use of morcellation may cause fibroids or pelvic dissemination and metastasis of uterine sarcoma; therefore, the use of morcellation is limited in the USA. A large sample study is necessary to assess the proportion of uterine malignant tumors found in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods： A national multicenter study was performed in China. From 2002 to 2014, 33,723 cases were retrospectively selected. We calculated the prevalence and recorded the clinical characteristics of the patients with malignancy after morcellation application. A total of 62 cases were finally pathologically confirmed as malignant postoperatively. Additionally, the medical records of the 62 patients were analyzed in details. Results： The proportion of postoperative malignancy after morcellation application was 0.18% （62/33,723） for patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy. Nearly 62.9% （39/62） of patients had demonstrated blood flow signals in the uterine fibroids before surgery. And, 23 （37.1%） patients showed rapid growth at the final preoperative ultrasound. With respect to the pathological types, 38 （61.3%） patients had detectable endometrial stromal sarcoma, 13 （21.0%） had detectable uterine leiomyosarcoma, only 3 （3.2%） had detectable carcinosarcoma, and 5 （8.1%） patients with leiomyoma had an undetermined malignant potential. Conclusions： The proportion of malignancy is low after using moreellation in patients who undergo laparoscopie myomectomy. Patients with fast-growing uterine fibroids and abnormal ultrasonic tumor blood flow should be considered for malignant potential, and morcellation should be avoided.
