Improving the highly selective and sensitive binding of chemosensor to target guest is always very *** order to solve this issue,herein,the enrichment effect was introduced into the design of chemosensor molecule.A novel bi-fused-macrocyclic host molecule BPN1 was synthesized by bridging a pillar[5]arene and a naphthalene diimide(NDI)group through hydrogen-bond-rich *** the BPN1,the naphthalimide side ring is outside the cavity of the pillar[5]*** addition,Cr(VI)greatly threat human health and the environment due to its severe toxicity,and it is very important to develop effective chemosensor for sensitive and selective detection of Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)or its ion *** this paper,the novel bi-fused-macrocyclic host molecule BPN1 can recognize Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)with high selectivity and *** mechanism of BPN1 recognition of Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)was studied through experiments and density functional theory(DFT),the results show that BPN1 could supply enrichment effect to bind Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)through multiple weak interactions such as hydrogen bonds and anion-π,and achieve highly sensitive and selective detection of Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-).It is a significant and feasible strategy for improve high selectivity and sensitivity of host to specific objects by using the enrichment effect of fused bi-macrocyclic.

For sperm cryopreservation,the conventional method,which requires glycerol,has been used for a long *** addition,the permeable cryoprotectant-free vitrification method has been continuously *** the differences of cryopreservation effects between the two methods have being studied,differences in microRNA(miRNA)profiles between them remain *** this study,we investigated the differences in miRNA expression profiles among conventional freezing sperm,droplet vitrification freezing sperm and fresh human *** also analyzed the differences between these methods in terms of differentially expressed miRNAs(DEmiRs)related to early embryonic development and paternal *** results showed no significant differences between the cryopreservation methods in terms of sperm motility ratio,plasma membrane integrity,DNA integrity,mitochondrial membrane potential,acrosome integrity,and ultrastructural ***,sperm miRNA-sequencing showed differences between the two methods in terms of the numbers of DEmiRs(28 and 19 with vitrification using a nonpermeable cryoprotectant and the conventional method,respectively)in postthaw and fresh sperm *** related to early embryonic development and paternal epigenetics mainly included common DEmiRs between the *** results showed that the differences between conventional freezing and droplet vitrification were minimal in terms of miRNA expression related to embryonic development and *** in sperm miRNA expression due to freezing are not always detrimental to embryonic *** study compared differences in miRNA expression profiles before and after cryopreservation between cryopreservation by conventional and vitrification *** offers a new perspective to evaluate various methods of sperm cryopreservation.

对短文本所含信息量缺乏而导致分类准确度难以提升的问题进行研究,提出一种融合概率类别特征增强的短文本分类网络模型FT_BDCNN。将N-gram处理后产生的N元词典通过TF-IDF分离出具有概率类别区分度的特征信息(FT模块);将向量化表示后的文本信息输入到改进后的特征提取模块中;将两个模块的输出进行特征融合,完成文本分类。实验结果表明,所提模型在THUCNews数据集上的F1值达到91.91%。FT模块可以与现有分类模型进行融合,提升模型的分类性能。

Formic acid(fa),which is obtainable through CO_(2)hydrogenation with green hydrogen or biomass conversion,has been used as a prospective liquid organic hydrogen carrier(LOHC)because of the abundant advantages of renewability,wide availability,stability,and high volumetric capacity(53 g H_(2)/L).The development of highly efficient catalytic systems to achieve enhanced catalytic activity is attractive but still ***,ultrafine and highly dispersed PdAu nanoclusters(NCs)anchored on amino-modified reduced graphene oxide(ArGO)were successfully synthesized via a facile impregnation-reduction method and applied as a catalyst toward formic acid dehydrogenation(faD).Benefiting from the promoting effect of amino groups,the strain and ligand effect in the alloy,and the Mott–Schottky effect between PdAu NCs and ArGO,the resultant PdAu/ArGO affords an ultrahigh activity under visible light irradiation with an exceptional turnover frequency value of 10,699.5 h^(-1)at 298 K without any additives,more than 2.6times improvement than that under dark,which is the highest among all reported catalysts under the same *** study provides a green and convenient strategy for developing more efficient and sustainable faD catalysts and promotes the effective utilization of fa as a prospective renewable LOHC.

Quasi-2D Dion-Jacobson(DJ)tin halide perovskite has attracted much attention due to its elimination of Van der Waals gap and enhanced environmental ***,the bulky organic spacers usually form a natural quantum well structure,which brings a large quantum barrier and poor film quality,further limiting the carrier transport and device ***,we designed three organic spacers with different chain lengths(ethylenediamine(EDA),1,3-propanediamine(PDA),and 1,4-butanediamine(BDA))to investigate the quantum barrier *** and experimental characterizations indicate that EDA with short chain can reduce the lattice distortion and dielectric confinement effect,which is beneficial to the effective dissociation of excitons and the inhibition of trap-free non-radiative *** addition,EDA cation shows strong interaction with the inorganic octahedron,realizing large aggregates in precursor solution and high-quality films with improved structural ***,femtosecond transient absorption proves that EDA cations can also weaken the formation of small n-phases with large quantum barrier to achieve effective carrier transport between different ***,the quasi-2D DJ(EDA)fa_(9)Sn_(10)I_(31)solar cells achieves a 7.07%power conversion efficiency with good environment ***,this work sheds light on the regulation of the quantum barrier and carrier transport through the chain length of organic spacer for qua si-2D DJ lead-free perovskites.

Active control of terahertz(THz)waves is attracting tremendous attentions in terahertz communications and active photonic ***,due to its excellent photoelectric conversion performance and simple manufacturing process,has emerged as a promising candidate for optoelectronic ***,the exploration of perovskites in optically controlled THz modulators is still *** this work,the photoelectric properties and carrier dynamics of fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)perovskite films were investigated by optical pumped terahertz probe(OPTP)*** ultrafast carrier dynamics reveal that fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)thin film exhibits rapid switching and relaxation time within picosecond level,suggesting that fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)is an ideal candidate for active THz devices with ultrafast ***,as a proof of concept,a fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)-based metadevice with integrating plasma-induced transparency(PIT)effect was fabricated to achieve ultrafast modulation of THz *** experimental results demonstrated that the switching time of fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)-based THz modulator is near to 3.5 ps,and the threshold of optical pump is as low as 12.7μJ cm^(-2).The simulation results attribute the mechanism of ultrafast THz modulation to photo-induced free carriers in the fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)layer,which progressively shorten the capacitive gap of PIT *** study not only illuminates the potential of fa_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)in THz modulation,but also contributes to the field of ultrafast photonic devices.
