Flexible electronics are transforming our lives by making daily activities more *** to this innovation are field-effect transistors(FETs),valued for their efficient signal processing,nanoscale fabrication,low-power consumption,fast response times,and ***,known for its exceptional mechanical properties,high electron mobility,and biocompatibility,is an ideal material for FET channels and *** combination of graphene and FETs has given rise to flexible graphene field-effect transistors(FGFETs),driving significant advances in flexible electronics and sparked a strong interest in flexible biomedical ***,we first provide a brief overview of the basic structure,operating mechanism,and evaluation parameters of FGFETs,and delve into their material selection and patterning *** ability of FGFETs to sense strains and biomolecular charges opens up diverse application *** specifically analyze the latest strategies for integrating FGFETs into wearable and implantable flexible biomedical sensors,focusing on the key aspects of constructing high-quality flexible biomedical ***,we discuss the current challenges and prospects of FGFETs and their applications in biomedical *** review will provide valuable insights and inspiration for ongoing research to improve the quality of FGFETs and broaden their application prospects in flexible biomedical sensing.

BACKGROUND Autologous fat injection in facial reconstruction is a common cosmetic *** cerebral fat embolism(CFE)as a complication is rare,it carries serious health *** SUMMARY We present a case of a 29-year-old female patient who developed acute CFE following facial fat filling *** the surgery,the patient experienced symptoms including headache,nausea,vomiting,and difficulty breathing,which was followed by neurological symptoms such as slurred speech and left-sided *** physical examination and auxiliary investigations,including blood tests,head and neck computed tomography angiography,and cranial magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging,were performed upon *** clinical diagnosis was acute cerebral embolism following facial fat filling *** included measures to improve cerebral circulation,dehydration for intracranial pressure reduction,nutritional support,and rehabilitation therapy for left limb *** patient showed a significant improvement in symptoms after 2 weeks of *** recovered left limb muscle strength to grade 5,had clear speech,and experienced complete relief of *** Our case highlights the potential occurrence of severe complications in patients undergoing fat injection in facial *** prevent these complications,plastic surgeons should enhance their professional knowledge and skills.

The microstructural evolution of a cold-rolled and intercritical annealed medium-Mn steel(Fe-0.10C-5Mn)was investigated during uniaxial tensile ***-situ observations under scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction analysis were conducted to characterize the progressive transformation-induced plasticity process and associated fracture initiation *** findings were discussed with the local strain measurements via digital image *** results indicated that Lüders band formation in the steel was limited to 1.5%strain,which was mainly due to the early-stage martensitic phase transformation of a very small amount of the less stable large-sized retained austenite(RA),which led to localized stress concentrations and strain hardening and further retardation of *** small-sized RA exhibited high stability and progressively transformed into martensite and contributed to a stably extended Portevin-Le Chatelier *** volume fraction of RA gradually decreased from 26.8%to 8.2%prior to *** the late deformation stage,fracture initiation primarily occurred at the austenite/martensite and ferrite/martensite interfaces and the ferrite phase.

Cytochrome P450 2E1 RsaI/PstI and DraI Polymorphisms Are Risk Factors for Lung Cancer in Mongolian and han Population in Inner Mongolia

Objective： To explore the relationship between cytochrome P450 2E1 （CYP2E1） RsaI/PstI and DraI polymorphism and lung cancer susceptibility in Mongolian and han population in Inner Mongolia of China. Methods： CYP2E1 RsaI/PstI and DraI polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism in 64 lung cancer patients, 150 healthy Mongolian and 150 healthy han individuals. The distribution of genotype and allele frequencies of CYP2E1 RsaI/PstI and DraI polymorphisms were studied. Results： The risk of lung cancer was increased in individuals with CYP2E1 （cl/cl） and CYP2E1 （DD） with OR values of 2.431 （95%CI=1.082-5.460） and 2.778 （95%CI=1.358-5.683） respectively （P0.05）. When CYP2E1 RsaI/PstI and DraI polymorphisms were combined, the risk of lung cancer was reduced in individuals with CYP2E1 （cl/c2＋c2/c2 and DD＋CC） with OR values of 0.233 （95%CI=0.088-0.615, P0.05）. In smokers, the susceptibility to lung cancer was higher in the individuals with CYP2E1 （c1/c1） and CYP2E1 （DD） than in the individuals with c2 and C allele （P0.05, OR=2.643 and 4.308 respectively）. There was no significant difference in distribution of CYP2E1 genotype frequency between healthy Mongolian, han population and lung cancer patients, healthy controls in Inner Mongolia. Conclusion： CYP2E1 （c1/c1） and CYP2E1 （DD） are predisposing factors of lung cancer in population in Inner Mongolia. CYP2E1 （c2﹢C） co-mutation may decrease the risk of lung cancer. Smoking exerts synergetic effect with CYP2E1 （c1/c1） and CYP2E1 （DD） on the occurrence of lung cancer.

Performance analysis and optimization for chunked network coding based wireless cooperative downloading systems

Dense network coding(NC) is widely used in wireless cooperative downloading systems. Wireless devices have limited computing resources. Researchers have recently found that dense NC is not suitable because of its high coding complexity, and it is necessary to use chunked NC in wireless environments. However, chunked NC can cause more communications, and the amount of communications is affected by the chunk size. Therefore, setting a suitable chunk size to improve the overall performance of chunked NC is a prerequisite for applying it in wireless cooperative downloading systems. Most of the existing studies on chunked NC focus on centralized wireless broadcasting systems, which are different from wireless cooperative downloading systems with distributed features. Accordingly, we study the performance of chunked NC based wireless cooperative downloading systems. First, an analysis model is established using a Markov process taking the distributed features into consideration, and then the block collection completion time of encoded blocks for cooperative downloading is optimized based on the analysis model. Furthermore, queuing theory is used to model the decoding process of the chunked NC. Combining queuing theory with the analysis model, the decoding completion time for cooperative downloading is optimized, and the optimal chunk size is derived. Numerical simulation shows that the block collection completion time and the decode completion time can be largely reduced after optimization.
