目的探讨五行音乐结合择时穴位贴敷在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月于河南省中西医结合医院就诊的60例糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和常规组各30例。常规组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者在常规组护理基础上给予五行音乐结合择时穴位贴敷,两组均干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前、干预1个月后(干预后)的多伦多临床症状评分(TCSS)、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、知觉压力[知觉压力量表(PSS)]、多导睡眠图(PSG)参数[总睡眠时间(TST)、睡眠效率(SE)、睡眠潜伏期(SL)、觉醒时间(WT)及其占总睡眠时间的百分比(WT%)]和预后[糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)]的差异。结果干预后,研究组患者TCSS评分中症状、反射、感觉检测评分及TCSS总分分别为(1.78±0.54)分、(2.37±0.31)分、(2.31±0.35)分、(6.46±1.03)分,明显低于常规组的(2.39±0.67)分、(2.58±0.33)分、(2.74±0.38)分、(7.71±1.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的SAS、PSS、SDS评分分别为(41.33±3.06)分、(12.26±3.10)分、(39.73±4.13)分,明显低于常规组的(47.96±4.15)分、(19.88±3.49)分、(45.88±5.68)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的TST、SL分别为(467.25±46.87)min、(93.24±1.34)%,明显高于常规组的(427.63±44.32)min、(82.65±3.05)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的SL、WT、WT%分别为(7.15±1.17)min、(27.46±3.59)min、5.88±1.28,明显低于常规组的(13.52±2.58)min、(49.72±5.77)min、11.63±3.55,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者DSQL评分中的生理、心理/精神、社会评分及DSQL总分分别为(19.32±2.51)分、(15.23±2.15)分、(7.65±1.02)分、(42.20±3.26)分,明显低于常规组的(25.66±3.68)分、(20.06±2.18)分、(10.36±2.39)分、(56.08±3.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐结合择时穴位贴敷可有效减轻DPN患者负性情绪及知觉压力,缓解临床症状,提升睡眠质量,并进一步改善预后。

In this paper,we study compressed data separation(CDS)problem,i.e.,sparse data separation from a few linear random *** propose the nonconvex ℓ_(q)-split analysis with ℓ_(∞)-constraint and 0lit-analysis Dantzig selector(ℓ_(q)-split-analysis DS).We show that the two distinct subcomponents that are approximately sparse in terms of two different dictionaries could be stably approximated via the ℓ_(q)-split-analysis DS,provided that the measurement matrix satisfies either a classical D-RIP(Restricted Isometry Property with respect to Dictionaries and ℓ_(2) norm)or a relatively new(D,q)-RIP(RIP with respect to Dictionaries and ℓ_(q)-quasi norm)condition and the two different dictionaries satisfy a mutual coherence condition between *** the Gaussian random measurements,the measurement number needed for the(D,q)-RIP condition is far less than those needed for the D-RIP condition and the(D,1)-RIP condition when q is small enough.

The efficiency of proton exchange membrane water electrolysis(PEM-WE)for hydrogen production is heavily dependent on the noble metal iridium-based ***,the scarcity of iridium limits the large-scale application of *** address this issue,it is promising to select an appropriate support because it not only enhances the utilization efficiency of noble metals but also improves mass transport under high ***,we supported amorphous IrO_(x)nanosheets onto the hollow TiO_(2)sphere(denoted as IrO_(x)),which demonstrated excellent performance in acidic electrolytic water ***,the annealed IrO_(x)catalyst at 150℃in air exhibited a mass activity of 1347.5 A·gIr^(−1),which is much higher than that of commercial IrO_(2)of 12.33 A·gIr^(−1)at the overpotential of 300 mV for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Meanwhile,the annealed IrO_(x)exhibited good stability for 600 h operating at 10 mA·cm^(−2).Moreover,when using IrO_(x)and annealed IrO_(x)catalysts for water splitting,a cell voltage as low as 1.485 V can be achieved at 10 mA·cm^(−2).The cell can continuously operate for 200 h with negligible degradation of performance.
