空中颠簸是民航飞行过程中的重大安全风险之一,其空间分布模式的探索与分析对有效规避颠簸区域、提升飞行安全水平有重要意义。利用中国民航行业快速存取记录器(quick access recorder,QAR)大数据提取了2017—2019年中国范围内发生的空中颠簸事件,通过核密度估计和时空可视化对其时空分布特征进行了初步的探索性分析,采用空间自相关分析、热点分析、地理加权主成分分析等时空统计分析技术从不同层次和视角对民航空中颠簸风险进行空间分布模式与规律探索。结果表明,中国民航飞机2017—2019年空中颠簸事件较多出现于西藏地区、中部地区和东南部地区,其中第一阶梯和第二阶梯地区空中颠簸事件发生密度明显高于第三阶梯,且多位于第一阶梯和第二阶梯分界线附近。空中颠簸程度具有较为显著的空间自相关性,表现为高-高值聚集特征。在精细尺度视角下,地理加权主成分分析结果表明,空中颠簸风险与相关属性参数间关系存在典型的空间异质性特征。该研究为切实提升民航行业风险管理与安全水平,从时空视角提供了理论算法与实践应用支撑。

Antimony-based materials with high capacities and moderate potentials are promising anodes for lithium-/-sodium-ion ***,their tremendous volume expansion and inferior conductivity lead to poor structural stability and sluggish reaction ***,a doubleconfined nanoheterostructure Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@C has been fabricated through a solvothermal method followed by low-temperature heat *** dual protection of“MXene”and“carbon”can better accommodate the volume expansion of Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3).The strong covalent bond(Ti-S,Ti-O-Sb,C-O-Sb)can firmly integrate Sb-based material with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)and carbon,which significantly improves the structure *** addition,the carbon layer can restrain the oxidation of MXenes,and the nano-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)can facilitate electron/ion transport and suppress the restacking of *** heterogeneous interface between Sb and Sb_(2)S_(3)can further promote interfacial charge *** MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@C-1 with the optimal Sb content shows high specific capacities,comparable rate properties and ultra-stable cycling performances(250 m Ah·g^(-1)after 2500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1)for sodium-ion batteries).Ex situ X-ray diffractometer(XRD)test reveals the storage mechanism including the conversion and alloying process of MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@*** voltammetry(CV)test results demonstrate that the pseudocapacitance behavior is dominant in MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@C-1,especially at large *** design paves the way for exploring high-performance alloy-based/conversion-type anode for energy storage devices.

Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)into fuels provides a prospective tactic for regulating the global carbon balance utilizing renewable solar ***,CO_(2)molecules are difficult to activate and reduce due to the thermodynamic stability and chemical *** this work,we develop a novel strategy to promote the adsorption and activation of CO_(2)molecules via the rapid energy exchange between the photoinduced Br vacancies and CO_(2)*** in situ continuous wave-electron paramagnetic resonance(cw-EPR)and pulsed EPR technologies,we observe that the spin-spin relaxation time(T_(2))of BiOBr is decreased by 198 ns during the CO_(2)photoreduction reaction,which is further confirmed by the broadened EPR *** result reveals that there is an energy exchange interaction between in situ formed Br vacancies and CO_(2)molecules,which promotes the formation of high-energy CO_(2)molecules to facilitate the subsequent reduction *** addition,theoretical calculations indicate that the bended CO_(2)adsorption configuration on the surface of BiOBr with Br vacancies caused the decrease of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the CO_(2)molecule,which makes it easier for CO_(2)molecules to acquire electrons and get *** situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy further shows that the activated CO_(2)molecules are favorably converted to key intermediates of COOH*,resulting in a CO generation rate of 9.1μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and a selectivity of 100%.This study elucidates the underlying mechanism of CO_(2)activation at active sites and deepens the understanding of CO_(2)photoreduction reaction.

Predictive modeling of photocatalytic NO removal is highly desirable for efficient air pollution ***,great challenges remain in precisely predicting photocatalytic performance and understanding interactions of diverse features in the catalytic ***,a dataset of g-C_(3) N_(4)-based catalysts with 255 data points was collected from peer-reviewed publications and machine learning(ML)model was proposed to predict the NO removal *** result shows that the Gradient Boosting Decision Tree(GBDT)demonstrated the greatest prediction accuracy with R 2 of 0.999 and 0.907 on the training and test data,*** SHAP value and feature importance analysis revealed that the empirical categories for NO removal rate,in the order of importance,were catalyst characteristics>reaction process>preparation ***,the partial dependence plots broke the ML black box to further quantify the marginal contributions of the input features(e.g.,doping ratio,flow rate,and pore volume)to the model output *** ML approach presents a pure data-driven,interpretable framework,which provides new insights into the influence of catalyst characteristics,reaction process,and preparation conditions on NO removal.

Light field tomography,an optical combustion diagnostic technology,has recently attracted extensive attention due to its easy implementation and ***,the conventional iterative methods are high data throughput,low efficiency and time-consuming,and the existing machine learning models use the radiation spectrum information of the flame to realize the parameter field measurement at the current *** is still an offline measurement and cannot realize the online prediction of the instantaneous structure of the actual turbulent combustion *** this work,a novel online prediction model of flame temperature instantaneous structure based on deep convolutional neural network and long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)is *** method uses the characteristics of local perception,shared weight,and pooling of CNN to extract the threedimensional(3D)features of flame temperature and outgoing radiation ***,the LSTM is used to comprehensively utilize the ten historical time series information of high dynamic combustion flame to accurately predict 3D temperature at three future moments.A chaotic time-series dataset based on the flame radiation forward model is built to train and validate the performance of the proposed CNN-LSTM *** is proven that the CNN-LSTM prediction model can successfully learn the evolution pattern of combustion flame and make accurate predictions.

tAstrocytes are the largest glial population in the mammalian ***,we have a minimal understanding of astrocyte development,especially fate specification in different regions of the *** lineage tracing of the progenitors of the third ventricle(3V)wall via in-utero electroporation in the embryonic mouse brain,we show the fate specification and migration pattern of astrocytes derived from radial glia along the 3V ***,radial glia located in different regions along the 3V wall of the diencephalon produce distinct cell types:radial glia in the upper region produce astrocytes and those in the lower region produce neurons in the *** genetic fate mapping analysis,we reveal that the first population of astrocytes appears along the zona incerta in the *** occurs at an early time point in the dorsal region relative to that in the ventral region of the developing *** transcriptomic analysis of the region-specific 3V wall and lateral ventricle(LV)wall,we identified cohorts of differentially-expressed genes in the dorsal 3V wall compared to the ventral 3V wall and LV wall that may regulate astrogenesis in the dorsal ***,these results demonstrate that the generation of astrocytes shows a spatiotemporal pattern in the developing mouse diencephalon.

Prognosis and outcome of intrauterine treatment of fetuses with critical congenital heart disease

Background:Intrauterine valvuloplasty is an innovative therapy,which promotes ventricular growth and function in some congenital heart diseases(CHDs).The technique remains challenging and can only be performed in a few *** study aimed to assess the feasibility and mid-term outcomes of fetal cardiac intervention(FCI)in fetuses with critical CHD in an experienced tertiary ***:Five fetal aortic valvuloplasty(FAV)or fetal pulmonary valvuloplasty(FPV)procedures were performed in our fetal heart center between August 2018 and May *** success was defined as crossing the aortic or pulmonary valve and balloon inflation,followed by evidence of increased blood flow across the valve and/or new ***-up clinical records and echocardiography were obtained during the prenatal and postnatal ***:Five fetuses received FAV or FPV,including critical aortic stenosis(n=2)and pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum(n=3).The mean maternal age was 33.0±2.6 *** median gestational age(GA)at diagnosis was 24 weeks(range,22-26 weeks).The median GA at intervention was 29 weeks(range,28-32 weeks).All five cases underwent successful or partially successful *** patient had pulmonary valve perforation without balloon *** procedure-related deaths or significant complications ***,one neonatal death occurred due to heart and renal *** median follow-up period was 29.5 months(range,8.0-48.0 months).The four surviving patients had achieved biventricular circulation,exhibited improved valve,and ventricular development at the last follow-up ***:Intrauterine FCI could be performed safely with good prognosis in critical CHD.

Self-cleaning effect and secondary swirling clean gas for suppressing particle deposition on vortex finder of gas cyclones

In order to suppressing the particle deposition on vortex finder,a series of gas cyclones with the secondary swirling clean gas were developed inspired by the gas purge *** of the width and extension length of the flow channel as well as the secondary inlet velocity and running time on the particle deposition pattern,the deposited particle mass and the cyclones'performance were experimentally investigated,*** results show that the ultrafine particles(Stokes number Stk<0.0358)are mainly loose deposited on the walls under the secondary *** to the conventional cyclone with single tangential inlet,the total deposited particle mass of the improved cyclone has a maximum reduction more than 60%,and the collecting efficiency is increased up to 97.5%under the basically same pressure *** corresponding no-deposition area is increased by about 13%,and remains constant in spite of extending the running ***,an interesting phenomenon named"self-cleaning effect"of the vortex finder was captured for the gas cyclones,and mechanism of the secondary clean gas on the particle deposition is preliminarily *** results can deepen the understanding of the particle deposition on the vortex finder and guide the design of the anti-coking gas cyclones.
