AIM：To investigate the effect of internal limiting membrane transplantation and autologous blood on treating refractory giant macular ***：Thirty-seven eyes with giant macular hole of the smallest hole diameter 〉700 μm,the maximum diameter of the substrate 〉1000 μm and hole formation factor 〈0.6 underwent surgical *** patients were randomly divided into two *** eyes with surgical flip of the internal limiting membrane in group A,18 eyes with internal limiting membrane transplantation in group B who underwent the tamponade of internal limiting membrane into the hole,autologous plasma was used to seal the *** patients were followed up for 3 mo,optical coherence tomography and best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） were recorded before and after operation,and the results were statistically ***：At 3 mo after operation,BCVA of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before operation（tA=4.192,tB=4.374,P〈0.05）.But there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups（χ^2=0.128,P〉0.05）.At 3 mo after operation,the closure rate of group A was 68.4%,and 100% in group B.（χ^2=5.628,P〈0.05）.The defect diameter of inner segment/outer segment at 3 mo after the operation was significantly lower than that before operation（tA=12.287,tB=15.481,P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.552,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Internal limiting membrane transplantation combined with autologous whole blood can improve the postoperative closure rate of the refractory large aperture,and can effectively improve the postoperative visual acuity.

The effects of Ca treatment on the particle, microstructure, and toughness of heat-affected zone (HAZ) of shipbuilding steel with Zr-Ti deoxidation after high-heat-input welding were investigated. The simulated welding at a high-heat-input welding of 200 kJ/cm was carried out using Gleeble-3800 welding simulation. Then, particle characteristics were characterized using an Aztec-Feature automatic particle analysis system. Additionally, an in-situ observation experiment was performed to study the relationships between particle and microstructure by high-temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy (HT-CLSM). The results indicated that the average HAZ toughness at -40 ℃ was increased from 183 to 290 J by adding 0.0026 wt.% Ca. Meanwhile, the formation of acicular ferrite ratio was increased from 49.34% to 60.28% due to the addition of Ca. The scanning electron microscopy results clearly showed that CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx-ZrO_(2)-MnS particles could act as effective nucleation sites for the formation of acicular ferrite, which has been verified by the observation of the particle-microstructure relationship under HT-CLSM. Furthermore, particle characterization results show that the cumulative frequency of particles with the size of 1-3 lm was 33.2% in HAZ of Zr-Ti shipbuilding steel but 66.2% in HAZ of Zr-Ti-Ca shipbuilding steel.

This paper addresses the problem of the design of controller for fuzzy semi-Markov jump systems with hidden modes against the incomplete information on probability density functions of sojourn time. Two ubiquitous circumstances in practice are taken into account, which are often ignored in other related work:(1) the phenomenon that system modes cannot be accessed entirely is considered proactively;(2) finitely accessible information on probability density functions is studied in this paper. By virtue of hidden semi-Markov chain, the underlying systems are modeled as hidden semi-Markov jump systems, which are more general than semi-Markov jump systems. Sufficient conditions on the existence of desired accessible-mode-dependent fuzzy controller are derived such that the fuzzy hidden semi-Markov jump systems is mean square stable. Based on the emission probability matrix, the presented control policy overcomes the possible mode-mismatch between the system mode and the accessible ***, an example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

Tumor metabolite regulation is intricately linked to cancer *** lactate is a characteristic metabolite of the tumor microenvironment(TME),it supports tumor progression and drives *** this study,we presented a strategy for antitumor therapy by developing a nanogold-engineered Rhodospirillum rubrum(R.r-Au)that consumed lactate and produced hydrogen for optical *** leveraged a cryogenic micromolding approach to construct a transdermal therapeutic cryomicroneedles(CryoMNs)patch integrated with R.r-Au to efficiently deliver living bacterial *** long-term storage studies revealed that the viability of R.r-Au in CryoMNs remained above 90%.We found that the CryoMNs patch was mechanically strong and could be inserted into mouse *** addition,it rapidly dissolved after administering bacterial drugs and did not produce *** laser irradiation,R.r-Au effectively enhanced electron transfer through Au NPs actuation into the photosynthetic system of *** and enlarged lactate consumption and hydrogen production,thus leading to an improved tumor immune *** study demonstrated the potential of CryoMNs-R.r-Au patch as a minimally invasive in situ delivery approach for living bacterial *** research opens up new avenues for nanoengineering bacteria to transform tumor metabolites into effective substances for tumor optical biotherapy.
