Single-cell transcriptomic profiling reveals ZEB1-mediated regulation in microglial subtypes and the impact of exercise on neuroinflammatory responses

Di（2-amino-5-methyl-1,8-naphthyridin-1-ium-7-carboxylato）dichlorocuprate（Ⅱ） di- hydrate has been prepared from 5,7-dimethyl-1,8-naphthyridine-2-amine, CuCl2·2H2O and concentrated hydrochloride acid, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction at 298 K. The compound （C20H22Cl2CuN6O6, Mr = 576.88） crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.102（9）, b = 12.150（12）, c = 10.619（10） A,β = 91.20°, V= 1174.1（19） A^3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.632 g/cm^3, F（000） = 590,μ = 1.208 mm^-1, R = 0.0392 and wR = 0.0984. The Cu^2＋ ion is six-coordinated by two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from two different naphthyridine ligands at the equatorial positions together with two chloride ions located at the axial positions.

Case report of primary splenic angiosarcoma with hepatic metastases

Primary splenic angiosarcoma(PSA) is the most unusual type of malignancy with early multifocal metastasis through hematogenous spread. PSA is generally believed to originate from splenic sinusoidal vascular endothelium with a high rate of metastasis and to have a poor prognosis. Its etiology and pathogenetic mechanisms have not yet been clearly described. Thus far, only approximately 200 cases have been reported. PSA has variable symptomatology with the potential to present with life-threatening complications. The diagnosis of PSA is challenging; and often late. PSA should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients with splenomegaly and anemia of unknown etiology. Surgical treatment with splenectomy is considered the only curative intervention for potential long-term disease-free survival. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important. It is important that clinical doctors improve the understanding of PSA. Herein, we report one rare case of PSA with hepatic metastases, along with a review of the current literature.

Layered-stacking of titania films for solar energy conversion:Toward tailored optical,electronic and photovoltaic performance

Nanostructured TiO2 with differentiate morphologies has attracted tremendous attention due to its wide band-gap nature as well as outstanding optical and electric properties for solar-driven light-toelectricity conversion application. Layered-stacking TiO2 film such as double-layer, tri-layer, quadrupleor quintuplicate-layer, is highly desirable to the design of high-performance semiconductor material photoanodes and the development of advanced photovoltaic devices. In this minireview, we will summarize the recent progress and achievements on proof-of-concept of layered-stacking TiO2 films（LTFs） for solar cells with emphasis on the tailored properties and synergistic functionalization of LTFs, such as optimized sensitizer adsorption, broadened light confinement as well as facilitated electron transport *** demonstrations of LTFs photovoltaic systems provide lots of possibilities and flexibilities for more efficient solar energy utilization that a wide variety of TiO2 with distinguished morphologies can be integrated into differently structured photoanodes with synergistic and complementary advantages. This key structure engineering technology will also pave the way for the development of next generation state-ofthe-art electronics and optoelectronics. Finally, from our point of view, we conclude the future research interest and efforts for constructing more efficient LTFs as photoelectrode, which will be highly warranted to advance the solar energy conversion process.

In this work,the(1-x)CaWO_(4)-xNa_(2)WO_(4)(x=0.1,0.2,denoted as 0.9CW-0.1NW and 0.8CW-0.2NW,respectively)ultralow-loss microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared via solid-state reaction *** low melting-point Na_(2)WO_(4) as sintering aid to prepare CaW_(O4)eNa_(2)WO_(4) composite ceramics,the sintering temperature of CaWO_(4) was successfully reduced while maintaining excellent microwave *** optimal microwave dielectric properties have been achieved at 900C for 0.9CW-0.1NW ceramic:εr=9.0,Q×f=105660 GHz,tandδ=1.1×10^(-4)and tf=35.4 ppm/℃ at a frequency of 12.0 *** the 0.8CW-0.2NW ceramic,the optimal microwave dielectric properties have been obtained at 740C,withεr=8.5,Q×f=97014 GHz,tandδ=1.2×10^(-4)and tf=37.4 ppm/℃ at a frequency of 11.8 *** summary,both composite ceramics exhibit low sintering temperatures,excellent dielectric properties and chemical compatibility with the Ag *** findings of this study provide an effective approach to prepare novel composite ceramics as promising candidates for LTCC applications.

Dry ball milling and wet ball milling for fabricating copper-yttria composites

Yttria-reinforced copper matrix composites were prepared by dry ball milling （DBM） and wet ball milling （WBM）, respectively, followed by spark plasma sintering （SPS）. It is to determine which milling process is better for fabricating Cu-Y2O3 composites. It is found that Cu-Y2O3 composites synthesized by DBM exhibit better densification, mechanical and electrical properties than those by WBM. Less agglomeration of reinforcements in the bulk composites by DBM is responsible for the better perfor- mances. To further understand the reason of less agglomeration of Y2O3 in the bulks by DBM, morphologies of prepared powders were investigated and analyzed. Higher ball＇s impact energy and the formation of copper oxide on the matrix surface during DBM process contribute to small matrix particles, which is beneficial for less agglomeration.

Fabrication, annealing, and electrocatalytic properties of platinum nanoparticles supported on self-organized TiO_2 nanotubes

The platinum nanoparticles supported on self-organized TiO2 nanotubes （Pt-TiO2/Ti） were prepared using electrochemical anodic oxidation followed by cathodic reduction. The structure and chemical nature of the Pt-TiO2/Ti electrocatalyst were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. Both XRD and SEM results indicate the presence of platinum on nanotubular TiO2. The stability of the Pt deposits was also investigated in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution by cyclic voltammetry. The electrocatalytic activity of the Pt-TiO2/Ti catalyst exhibits enhancement effect during electro-oxidation of methanol when annealed to anatase. Successive cyclic voltam- mograms of methanol oxidation on the Pt-TiO2/Ti electrocatalyst shows unique electrocatalytic characteristics when compared to methanol oxidation on the bulk Pt catalyst. This is because of further quick oxidation of adsorbed CO by Pt （111） facets of Pt particles on self-organized TiO2 nanotubes when the formation of an electroactive film onto the working catalyst surface occurs.
