Power transfer efficiency in an air-breathing radio frequency ion thruster

Due to a series of challenges such as low-orbit maintenance of satellites, the air-breathing electric propulsion has got widespread attention. Commonly, the radio frequency ion thruster is favored by low-orbit missions due to its high specific impulse and efficiency. In this paper, the power transfer efficiency of the radio frequency ion thruster with different gas compositions is studied experimentally, which is obtained by measuring the radio frequency power and current of the antenna coil with and without discharge operation. The results show that increasing the turns of antenna coils can effectively improve the radio frequency power transfer efficiency, which is due to the improvement of Q factor. In pure N_2 discharge,with the increase of radio frequency power, the radio frequency power transfer efficiency first rises rapidly and then exhibits a less steep increasing trend. The radio frequency power transfer efficiency increases with the increase of gas pressure at relatively high power, while declines rapidly at relatively low power. In N_(2)/O_(2) discharge, increasing the N_(2) content at high power can improve the radio frequency power transfer efficiency, but the opposite was observed at low power. In order to give a better understanding of these trends, an analytic solution in limit cases is utilized, and a Langmuir probe was employed to measure the electron density. It is found that the evolution of radio frequency power transfer efficiency can be well explained by the variation of plasma resistance, which is related to the electron density and the effective electron collision frequency.

Controllable Synthesis of Au NRs and Its Flexible SERS Optical Fiber Probe with High Sensitivity

The surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) optical fiber probes were successfully prepared by self-assembling on polyelectrolyte multilayers. Gold nanorods(Au NRs) were used as SERS enhancement material to give excellent biological affinity and stability to the SERS optical fiber probes. Au NRs were synthesized by seed growth method. The synergistic effect between AgNO_(3) and surfactant was investigated, and the highest yield was found when AgNO_(3) was 500 uL. Meanwhile, different SERS optical fiber probes were obtained by selecting silane coupling agent, polyelectrolyte multilayer and graphene oxide(GO) to treat quartz fiber. It was found that the SERS optical fiber probes obtained by the self-assembled on polyelectrolyte multilayers method performed better than those by other methods. In addition, Mapping was combined with finite element simulation to analyze the electromagnetic field distribution at the fiber end *** electromagnetic field distribution of Au NRs was investigated, the difference of electromagnetic field intensity around the Au NRs with different arrangements was compared, the strongest signal was obtained when the Au NRs were head-to-head. Finally, sensitivity of the optimized SERS optical fiber probes could reach 10^(-9)mol/L, with excellent stability and repeatability.

Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse *** selection affects the impact of auricular ***,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint *** study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related ***:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining *** and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,***:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 *** most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney *** applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific *** effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear *** network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with ***:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese *** treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints.

我国学界对犯罪参与体系上区分制与单一制的对立有夸大之嫌。在共同正犯、间接正犯、共谋共同正犯等概念以及作为正犯判断标准的犯罪支配说出现之后,作为区分制基础的正犯概念逐渐实质化,正犯与共犯的形式界限几近于无。特别是在共犯从属性的问题上,一旦采用与共同犯罪本质论中的行为共同说具有亲和性的实行行为从属性说,就会在犯罪参与体系上必然走向单一制。当今的单一制,在法益侵害说的洗礼下,已不是“行为人刑法”或者“意思刑法”的产物,而是在各犯罪参与人的行为必须直接或者间接与具体犯罪构成要件结果相关的前提下,基于共同犯罪的本质是行为共同的理念,将正犯理解为为构成要件的实现作出因果贡献的人。这表明,当今的区分制与单一制正相向而行,渐趋融合。从我国的相关刑事立法和司法实践看,我国的犯罪参与体系接近于单一制。这一理解,不仅能合理解释我国刑法有关共同犯罪的规定,也能妥当说明帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪的相关司法解释规定。

建构中国特色刑法解释学话语体系,就是用人民群众所熟悉的语言、概念、理论、思维方式解释中国刑法,讲好中国刑法故事,既能让老百姓从相关刑法解释中了解自己的行为性质、预测自己的行为后果,也为司法工作人员妥当地处理现实案件提供指引。建构具有中国特色的刑法解释学话语体系,必须进一步坚定四个自信,处理好自主性与世界性的有机统一,以我国现行的刑法规定为基本依据,挖掘我国刑法的传统特色,以理论界和实务界已广泛接受并约定俗成的话语体系为基础,适当借鉴域外刑法学中的有益概念,并将其融入到我国现有的刑法话语体系之中。

《刑法修正案(十二)》的重点之一,就是扩大背信犯罪的适用范围,将其扩展到包括民营企业在内的负有管理职责的人员,实现了在背信犯罪的适用上民营企业家们呼吁已久的公私平等保护的宗旨。我国刑法中并没有像国外刑法一样规定普通背信罪。背信犯罪就是受托人违背信任,给委托人造成财产损害的行为。从背信犯罪的内部结构来看,其既不同于敲诈勒索罪和诈骗罪,也不同于侵占罪,其兼具侵占罪与毁坏财物罪的共同特征。我国刑法中的背信犯罪集中在破坏公司管理秩序罪和破坏金融秩序罪之中,具有国外刑法中特殊背信罪的特征。主体是身份犯即基于法律规定或者合同约定而代为他人(包括自然人和单位)处理财产事务的人。行为是实施了违背职责(任务)的行为,造成本人即委托人的财产损害。主观上只要有故意即可,但应当考虑行为人有无为委托人图利、加害的目的。
