Living fossils are evidence of long-term sustained ecological ***,whether living fossils have little molecular changes remains poorly known,particularly in ***,we have introduced a novel method that integrates phylogenomic,comparative genomic,and ecological niche modeling analyses to investigate the rate of molecular evolution of Eupteleaceae,a Cretaceous relict angiosperm family endemic to East *** assembled a high-quality chromosome-level nuclear genome,and the chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes of a member of Eupteleaceae(Euptelea pleiosperma).Our results show that Eupteleaceae is most basal in Ranunculales,the earliest-diverging order in eudicots,and shares an ancient whole-genome duplication event with the other *** document that Eupteleaceae has the slowest rate of molecular changes in the observed *** unusually low rate of molecular evolution of Eupteleaceae across all three independent inherited genomes and genes within each of the three genomes is in association with its conserved genome architecture,ancestral woody habit,and conserved niche *** findings reveal the evolution and adaptation of living fossil plants through large-scale environmental change and also provide new insights into early eudicot diversification.

农村内生式互助养老模式是推动互助养老实现可持续发展,积极应对农村人口老龄化的有效实践。基于实践经验,结合内生发展理论,对恩施X乡“内生式互助养老”模式进行解构,识别内生式互助养老的实践路径,明确迈向可持续发展的实现机制。研究发现,追求“老有所为”的老年精英具有触发互助养老行为的原始动力。“内生式互助养老”模式以内生老年精英为关键组织主体,以能体现老龄群体集体意志的组织架构为实践载体,以扎根于熟人社会的邻里道义为伦理保障,促使留守老龄群体达成自组织互助养老的集体行动。内生式互助养老能够在老龄群体内部形成可持续运行的实践机制,以差序化的分类动员机制激活内生主体源动力,以组织化的圈层互助机制培育稳定的互助能力,以公共规范的长期驱动机制建设支持性的社会环境,使养老从家庭私人领域转移到公共视野,获得村庄公共道德的监督和保障。农村内生式互助养老模式的长效实践,为低成本、高福利地解决农村养老问题提供了可行方向。

Prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with hepatitis B:A meta-analysis

BACKGROUND The prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)has increased in recent clinical practice;however,the relationship between CHB and hepatic steatosis(HS)remains *** To shed light on the potential association between NAFLD and hepatitis B virus(HBV)*** We conducted a systematic literature search using multiple databases,including PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and EMBASE,to identify relevant *** inclusion criteria were used to determine the eligibility of the studies for further *** Comprehensive meta-analysis software was used for statistical analysis,which covered 20 *** results indicated a lower NAFLD susceptibility in HBVinfected individuals(pooled OR=0.87;95%CI=0.69-1.08;I2=91.1%),with diabetes(P=0.015),body mass index(BMI;P=0.010),and possibly age(P=0.061)as heterogeneity *** note,in four studies(6197 HBV patients),HBV-infected individuals had a reduced NAFLD risk(OR=0.68,95%CI=0.51-0.89,P=0.006).A positive link between hyperlipidemia and metabolic syndrome emerged in hepatitis B patients,along with specific biochemical indicators,including BMI,creatinine,uric acid,fasting blood glucose,and homeostasis model assessment of insulin *** HBV infection may provide protection against HS;however,the occurrence of HS in patients with HBV infection is associated with metabolic syndrome and specific biochemical parameters.

网络零售商是否选择开设线下渠道是其面临的重要决策问题.本文考虑竞争环境下网络零售商是否开设线下渠道问题,重点关注其是否开设线下展厅及是否提供产品销售策略.为此,首先分别考虑两个零售商不提供展厅策略、同时提供展厅策略、同时提供展厅策略并销售产品三种情形,并进一步考虑仅有一个零售商开设展厅策略的情形,建立相应的决策模型.研究发现:(1)零售商是否提供展厅策略与市场中具有较高旅行成本的消费者比例、市场竞争程度及展厅建设成本具有显著的关联性;(2)当零售商提供展厅策略时,其是否进行产品销售与线下渠道的消费者比例具有显著的关联性;(3)产品退货率高低与消费者交叉展厅行为对零售商是否提供展厅策略具有一定的影响.本文的研究对电商企业及网络零售商的渠道选择决策提供了科学的决策依据.

Interlayer Magnetic Interaction in the CrI_(3)/CrSe_(2) Heterostructure

Based on first-principles calculations, we systematically study the stacking energy and interlayer magnetic interaction of the heterobilayer composed of CrI_(3) and CrSe_(2) monolayers. It is found that the stacking order plays a crucial role in the interlayer magnetic coupling. Among all possible stacking structures, the AA-stacking is the most stable heterostructure, exhibiting interlayer antiferromagnetic interactions. Interestingly, the interlayer magnetic interaction can be effectively tuned by biaxial strain. A 4.3% compressive strain would result in a ferromagnetic interlayer interaction in all stacking orders. These results reveal the magnetic properties of CrI_(3)/CrSe_(2) heterostructure, which is expected to be applied to spintronic devices.
