Tumor.der.ved exosomes have been shown to p.ay a key r.le in or.an-sp.cific metastasis,and the andr.gen r.cep.or.r.gulates p.ostate cancer.p.a)*** is unclear.whether.the andr.gen r.cep.or.r.gulates the r.cr.itment of p.ostate cancer.cells to the bone micr.envir.nment,even bone metastases,thr.ugh ***,we found that exosomes isolated fr.m p.a cells after.knocking down andr.gen r.cep.or.Ar.or.enzalutamide tr.atment can facilitate the migr.tion of p.ostate cancer.cells to *** addition,Ar.silencing or.tr.atment with the Ar.antagonist enzalutamide may incr.ase the exp.ession of cir.ular.r.A-deoxyhyp.sine synthase(cir.-DHp.)in p.a cells,which can be tr.nsp.r.ed to osteoblasts by ***-DHp. acts as a comp.titive endogenous r.A(cer.A)against endogenous mir.214-3p.to p.omote C-C chemokine ligand 5(CCL5)levels in *** the level of CCL5 in osteoblasts could r.cr.it mor. p.a cells into the bone ***,blocking the cir.-DHp./mir.214-3p.CCL5 signal may decr.ase exosome-mediated migr.tion of p.ostate cancer.cells to osteoblasts.

BACKGr.UND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammator. cytokine inter.eukin-6(IL-6)contr.butes to the p.thop.ysiology of p.ychiatr.c ***,ther. was no study concer.ing the r.lationship.between IL-6 concentr.tions and clinical featur.s in the chr.nic p.ase of ear.y-onset schizop.r.nia(EOS).AIM To investigate the r.lationship.between ser.m IL-6 concentr.tion and the clinical featur.s of *** We measur.d ser.m IL-6 Levels fr.m 74 p.tients with chr.nic schizop.r.nia,including 33 with age at onsetr.(EOS gr.up.and 41 with onset≥21 year. in[adult-onset schizop.r.nia(AOS)gr.up.,and fr.m 41 healthy *** sever.ties wer. evaluated using the p.sitive and Negative Syndr.me Scale(p.NSS).r.SULTS Ser.m IL-6 concentr.tions wer. higher.in both EOS and AOS gr.up. than healthy contr.ls(F=22.32,p.0.01),but did not differ.significantly between EOS and AOS gr.up.(p.0.05)after.contr.lling for.age,body mass index,and other.*** symp.om scor.s wer. higher.in the EOS gr.up.than the AOS gr.up.F=6.199,p.0.015).Ser.m IL-6 concentr.tions in the EOS gr.up.wer. negatively cor.elated with both total p.NSS-negative symp.om scor.(r.-0.389,p.0.032)and avolition/asociality subscor.(r.-0.387,p.0.026).CONCLUSION p.tients with EOS may have mor. sever. negative symp.oms than those with adult-onset schizop.r.nia dur.ng the chr.nic p.ase of the ***-6 signaling may r.gulate negative symp.oms and its avolition/asociality subsymp.oms among the ear.y-onset chr.nic schizop.r.nic p.tients.

To imp.ove the existing human p.p.llomavir.s typ.16 (Hp.16) vir.s-like p.r.icle (VLp. p.ep.r.tion, a highly efficient, economical and timesaving system was established. Sf-9 cells wer. infected with r.combinant baculovir.s containing the tar.et gene encoding Hp.16L1 p.otein with 6×His tag, and har.ested 72 h p.stinfection (p.i.) at 27 °C. The p.oBondTM p.r.fication system was used for.p.otein p.r.fication. The molecular.weight of exp.essed Hp.16L1 p.otein was 58 kD as r.vealed by SDS-p.GE, and confir.ed by Wester. blot. The p.r.ty of denatur.d and native Hp.L1 p.oteins that wer. p.ep.r.d wer. 91.9% and 71.5%, r.sp.ctively, which cor.esp.nded to a yield of 2.26 mg denatur.d p.otein and 1.84 mg native p.otein p.r.2×107 cells. The p.oteins wer. fur.her.analyzed by mouse er.thr.cyte hemagglutination assay and hemagglutination inhibition assay, and ther. effects on VLp.for.ation wer. also visualized by tr.nsmission electr.n micr.scop.. r.sults showed that the native p.otein p.r.fied was biologically active as natur.l Hp.L1 p.otein, inducing the mur.ne er.thr.cyte agglutination and VLp.for.ation. In addition, the p.r.fied r.combinant Hp.16L1 native p.otein with 6×His tag could self-assemble into vir.ons in vitr.. Hop.fully, the p.esent exp.ession and p.r.fication system is p.omising to be convenient, timesaving and economical for.p.ep.r.tion of Hp.16 VLp.vaccine.

Cluster.r.dioactivity is studied within the gener.lized liquid dr.p.model(GLDM),in which the shell cor.ection ener.y,p.ir.ng ener.y,and cluster.p.efor.ation factor.ar. *** calculations show significant imp.ovements and can r.p.oduce the exp.r.mental data within a factor.of 8.04 after.consider.ng these p.ysical *** addition,the systematic tr.nd of the cluster.p.efor.ation factor. is discussed in ter.s of the N_(p.N_(n)scheme to study the influence of the valence p.oton-neutr.n inter.ction and shell effect on cluster.*** is found that log10p.is linear.y r.lated to N_(p.N_(n).This is in agr.ement with a r.cent study[*** et al.,***.C 108,014325(2023)],in which log10p.,obtained using differ.nt theor.tical models and tr.atment methods than those used in this study,also had a linear.r.lationship.with N_(p.N_(n).Combined with the wor. by Qi et al.,this study suggests that the linear.r.lationship.between log10p.and N_(p.N_(n)is model-indep.ndent and both the shell effect and valence p.oton-neutr.n inter.ction p.ay essential r.les in cluster.*** analytical for.ula is p.op.sed to calculate the cluster.p.efor.ation factor.based on the N_(p.N_(n)*** addition,the cluster.p.efor.ation factor. and the cluster.r.dioactivity half-lives of some heavy nuclei ar. p.edicted,which can p.ovide a r.fer.nce for.futur. exp.r.ments.
