realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GeCAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CpU of the GeCAM electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

BACKGrOUND Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)is a prodrug of a nucleotide *** an antiviral drug,TDF has been proposed in the first-line treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Qingzhong,a brand name of TDF,commercialized by Jiangsu Chia-tai Tianqing pharmaceutical Co Ltd.,and Viread,another brand name of TDF,commercialized by GlaxoSmithKline,have both been approved by the State Food and Drug Administration,*** To investigate the efficacy and safety of the two TDF agents in the treatment of Chinese CHB *** This trial was registered at *** with the identifier number of NCT02287857.A total of 330 Chinese CHB patients,among which 232 were hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive,were included in this 5-year-long,multicenter,double-blinded,double-dummy,randomized-controlled,noninferiority phase III *** participants were initially randomized into two groups:Group A(n=161),in which the participants received 300 mg Qingzhong once a day for 48 wk;and Group B,in which the participants received 300 mg Viread once a day for 48 *** from week 49,all the participants in Groups A and B received 300 mg Qingzhong once a day until the 96th *** this study,the primary endpoint was the decrease in plasma level of hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA at the 96th week,while the secondary endpoints were suppression of HBV replication,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)normalization,HBeAg loss,and HBeAg seroconversion *** For the participants with HBeAg-positive CHB,the decrease in mean HBV DNA level relative to the baseline value was comparable between Groups A and B(5.77 vs 5.73 log10 IU/mL,p>0.05)at the 96th *** addition,similar percentages of HBeAg-positive participants in the two groups exhibited undetectable levels of HBV DNA,HBeAg loss,and HBeAg seroconversion(71.05%vs 77.97%,31.00%vs 27.27%,and 20.22%vs 15.79%,respectively,in Group A vs Group B;p>0.05).For the participants with HBeAg-negative CHB,the decrease in mean HBV DNA level r

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BeSIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the Cp-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

The number ofψ(3686)events collected by the BeSⅢdetector during the 2021 run period is determined to be(2259.3±11.1)×10~6 by counting inclusiveψ(3686)hadronic *** uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is ***,the numbers ofψ(3686)events collected during the 2009 and 2012run periods are updated to be(107.7±0.6)×10~6 and(345.4±2.6)×10~6,*** numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard *** total number ofψ(3686)events in the three data samples is(2712.4±14.3)×10~6.

BACKGrOUND No guideline recommends antiviral therapy for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with persistently normal alanine aminotransferase levels and a high hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA viral *** To evaluate the feasibility and safety of a Chinese herbal formula as a therapeutic option for chronic HBV *** In total,395 patients(30–65 years old)with confirmed HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B infection and persistently normal alanine aminotransferase were randomized to receive either Chinese herbal formula or placebo for 96 *** to evaluate therapeutic efficacy included:(1)HBV DNA levels decreased to less than 4 log10 IU/mL at weeks 48 and 96;and(2)HBeAg clearance and seroconversion rates at weeks 48 and *** HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 10.05%at week 48 and 18.59%at week 96 in the treatment *** HBeAg clearance and conversion rates were 8.54%and 8.04%at week 48 and 16.08%and 14.57%at week 96,***,HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 2.55%and 2.55%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,and the HBeAg clearance rates were 3.06%and 5.61%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,in the control *** quantitative hepatitis B surface antigen and HBeAg levels at baseline and changes during the treatment period as well as the alanine aminotransferase elevation at weeks 12 and 24 were strong predictors of HBeAg *** High rates of HBV DNA reduction,HBeAg clearance and seroconversion could be achieved with Chinese herbal formula treatments,and the treatments were relatively safe for HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B-infected patients with persistently normal alanine *** ability of the compound to modulate host immune function probably contributed to this effect.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using pubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACe),programmed death-(ligand)1(pD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACe combined with pD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACe plus pD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACe monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(pFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(Orr),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** pFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[Hr],0.70,p=0.002).OS and Orr were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted Hr,0.63,p=0.001;Orr,60.1%vs.32.0%;prade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACe plus pD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve pFS,OS,and Orr versus TACe monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.
