Spontaneous time-reversal symmetry breaking plays an important role in studying strongly correlated unconventional *** two superconducting gap functions with different symmetries compete,the relative phase channel(θ_(-)≡θ_(1)-θ_(2))exhibits an Ising-type Z_(2) symmetry due to the second order Josephson coupling,where θ_(1,2) are the phases of two gap *** contrast,the U(1) symmetry in the channel of θ_(+)≡(θ_(1)+θ_(2))/2 is *** phase locking,i.e.,ordering of θ_(-),can take place in the phase fluctuation regime before the onset of superconductivity,i.e.,when θ_(+) is *** θ_(-) is pinned at ±π/2,then timereversal symmetry is broken in the normal state,otherwise,if θ_(-)=0,or,π,rotational symmetry is broken,leading to a nematic normal *** both cases,the order parameters possess a 4-fermion structure beyond the scope of mean-field theory,which can be viewed as a high order symmetry *** employ an effective two-component XY-model assisted by a renormalization group analysis to address this *** a natural by-product,we also find the other interesting intermediate phase corresponds to ordering of θ_+ but with θ_(-)*** is the quartetting,or,charge-4e,superconductivity,which occurs above the low temperature Z_(2)-breaking charge-2e superconducting *** results provide useful guidance for studying novel symmetry breaking phases in strongly correlated superconductors.

Classifying Chinese Medicine Constitution Using Multimodal Deep-Learning Model

Objective:To develop a multimodal deep-learning model for classifying Chinese medicine constitution,i.e.,the balanced and unbalanced constitutions,based on inspection of tongue and face images,pulse waves from palpation,and health information from a total of 540 ***:This study data consisted of tongue and face images,pulse waves obtained by palpation,and health information,including personal information,life habits,medical history,and current symptoms,from 540 subjects(202 males and 338 females).Convolutional neural networks,recurrent neural networks,and fully connected neural networks were used to extract deep features from the *** fusion and decision fusion models were constructed for the multimodal ***:The optimal models for tongue and face images,pulse waves and health information were ResNet18,Gate Recurrent Unit,and entity embedding,*** fusion was superior to decision *** multimodal analysis revealed that multimodal data compensated for the loss of information from a single mode,resulting in improved classification ***:Multimodal data fusion can supplement single model information and improve classification *** research underscores the effectiveness of multimodal deep learning technology to identify body constitution for modernizing and improving the intelligent application of Chinese medicine.

A new coordination compound of cis-bis(1,10-phenanthroline)glycinecobalt(Ⅲ) chloridate tetrahydrate,cis-[Co(phen)_2gly]Cl_2.4H_2O,has been prepared by glycine reacted with cis-[Co(phen)_2Cl_2]Cl,then isolated by SP-Sephadex C-25 H^+ form column. The crystal and molecular structure of the new compound has been determined by RIGAKU AFC5R four circle diffractometer,5032 independent reflections were collected of which 3781 observable reflections were used for structure *** crystal is monoclinic,space group C2/c,with a=35.13(1),b=9.637(3)(,c=17.485(6),β= 115.08(Z)~,V=5362(3),Z=*** structure was refined by full matrix least-squares procedure to a final R=0.041 and R_=*** molecular formula was CoC_(28)H_(28)N_5O_8Cl_2. with molecular weight M_r=636.38,D_c=1.58g/cm^3,μ=8.88cm^(-1)and F_((000))=2624.

Objective Variations are present in common clinical practices regarding best practice in managing hyperkalaemia(HK),there is therefore a need to establish a multi-specialty approach to optimal renin angiotension-aldosterone system inhibitors(RAASi)usage and HK management in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)&heart failure(HF).This study aimed to establish a multi-speciality approach to the optimal use of RAASi and the management of HK in patients with CKD and *** A steering expert group of cardiology and nephrology experts across China were convened to discuss challenges to HK management through a nominal group *** group then created a list of 41 statements for a consensus questionnaire,which was distributed for a further survey in extended panel group of cardiologists and nephrologists across *** was assessed using a modified Delphi technique,with agreement defined as"strong"(≥75%and<90%)and"very strong"(≥90%).The steering group,data collection,and analysis were aided by an independent *** A total of 150 responses from 21 provinces across China were recruited in the *** were comprised of an even split(n=75,50%)between cardiologists and *** 41 statements achieved the 75%consensus agreement threshold,of which 27 statements attained very strong consensus(≥90%agreement)and 14 attained strong consensus(agreement between 75%and 90%).Conclusion Based on the agreement levels from respondents,the steering group agreed a set of recommendations intended to improve patient outcomes in the use of RAASi therapy and HK management in China.

Microplastic and Heavy Metals Distributions in Urban Rivers Sediments,China

This study investigated the distribution of microplastics and heavy metals,along with the interaction between the two in the sediments of urban rivers in *** showed that the abundance of microplastics ranged from 2412±187.5 to 7638±1312items kg^(-1)dry sediment across different survey stations,with an average abundance at(4388±713)items kg^(-1)dry *** further categorization,it was found that transparent fragments were the primary color and type of microplastics *** potential ecological risk index(RI)of heavy metals in sediments suggested a low level of ecological risk within a majority of the urban rivers *** was identified as the main potential ecological risk factor in the sediments of the studied *** was a relatively good significant linear relationship between the RI of heavy metals and the abundance of microplastics,bolstering the linkage between these two environmental ***,the concentrations of heavy metals in microplastics were not dependent on their corresponding contents in *** fact,the concentration of Cu,Cd,and As in microplastics were higher than those in the *** finding confirmed that microplastics could serve as carriers of heavy metals and introduce potential risks to aquatic wildlife and human through the food chain.

The increasing intensity of human activities has led to a critical environmental challenge:widespread metal ***(Mn)oxides have emerged as potentially natural scavengers that perform crucial functions in the biogeochemical cycling of metal *** reviews have focused on the synthesis,characterization,and adsorption kinetics of Mn oxides,along with the transformation pathways of specific layered Mn *** review conducts a meticulous investigation of the molecular-level adsorption and oxidation mechanisms of Mn oxides on hazardous metals,including adsorption patterns,coordination,adsorption sites,and redox *** also provide a comprehensive discussion of both internal factors(surface area,crystallinity,octahedral vacancy content in Mn oxides,and reactant concentration)and external factors(pH,presence of doped or preadsorbed metal ions)affecting the adsorption/oxidation of metals by Mn ***,we identify existing gaps in understanding these mechanisms and suggest avenues for future *** goal is to enhance knowledge of Mn oxides'regulatory roles in metal element translocation and transformation at the microstructure level,offering a framework for developing effective metal adsorbents and pollution control strategies.

Three-phase Enriched Environment Improves Post-stroke Gait Dysfunction via Facilitating Neuronal Plasticity in the Bilateral Sensorimotor Cortex:A Multimodal MRI/PET Analysis in Rats

The three-phase Enriched Environment(EE)paradigm has been shown to promote post-stroke functional improvement,but the neuronal mechanisms are still *** this study,we applied a multimodal neuroimaging protocol combining magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and positron emission tomography(PET)to examine the effects of post-ischemic EE treatment on structural and functional neuroplasticity in the bilateral sensorimotor *** were subjected to permanent middle cerebral artery *** motor function of the rats was examined using the DigiGait *** was applied to investigate the EE-induced structural modifications of the bilateral sensorimotor cortex.[^(18)F]-fluorodeoxyglucose PET was used to detect glucose *** oxygen level-dependent(BOLD)-functional MRI(fMRI)was used to identify the regional brain activity and functional connectivity(FC).In addition,the expression of neuroplasticity-related signaling pathways including neurotrophic factors(BDNF/CREB),axonal guidance proteins(Robo1/Slit2),and axonal growth-inhibitory proteins(NogoA/NgR)as well as downstream proteins(RhoA/ROCK)in the bilateral sensorimotor cortex were measured by Western *** results showed the three-phase EE improved the walking *** T2 mapping imaging and diffusion tensor imaging demonstrated that EE benefited structure integrity in the bilateral sensorimotor ***-MRI fused images showed improved glucose metabolism in the corresponding regions after EE ***,the BOLD-based amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations showed that EE increased spontaneous activity in the bilateral motor cortex and ipsilateral sensory *** addition,FC results showed increased sensorimotor connectivity in the ipsilateral hemisphere and increased interhemispheric motor cortical connectivity and motor cortical-thalamic connectivity following EE *** addition,a strong correlation was found between increased functional connectivity and improv

Flower organ identity in rice is mainly determined by the A-,B-,C-and E-class genes,with the majority encoding MADS-box transcription ***,few studies have investigated how the expression of these floral organ identity genes is regulated during flower *** this study,we identified a gene named SUPER WOMAN 2(SPW2),which is necessary for spikelet/floret development in rice by participating in the regulation of the expression of pistil identity genes such as OsMADS3,OsMADS13,OsMADS58 and *** the spw2 mutant,ectopic stigma/ovary-like tissues were observed in the non-pistil organs,including sterile lemma,lemma,palea,lodicule,and stamen,suggesting that the identities of these organs were severely affected by mutations in ***2 was shown to encode a plant-specific EMF1-like protein that is involved in H3K27me3 modification as an important component of the PRC2 *** analysis showed that the SPW2 mutation led to the ectopic expression of OsMADS3,OsMADS13,OsMADS58,and DL in non-pistil organs of the *** ChIP-qPCR results showed significant reductions in the levels of H3K27me3 modification on the chromatin of these ***,we demonstrated that SPW2 can mediate the process of H3K27me3 modification of pistil-related genes to regulate their expression in non-pistil organs of spikelets in *** results of this study expand our understanding of the molecular mechanism by which SPW2 regulates floral organ identity genes through epigenetic regulation.

The cluster compound[Mo_4S_4(μ-O_2CC_5H_5)_2(dtp)_4](dtp=S_2P(OEt)_2)was obtained by the ligand substitution reaction of tetranuclear molybdenum cluster [Mo_4S_4(μ-dtp)_2(dtp)_4]in the mixed solvent of acetone,ethanol and water in the presence of C_6H_5CO_*** is monoclinic and crystallizes in space group C2/c, Mr=1495.09,a=12.175(5),b=22.01(1),c=20.875(9),β=99.04(4)°;V=5575(5);Z=4; Dc=1.78g/cm^*** R factor is *** result reveals that the[Mo_4S_4]cluster core and t-(dtp)^(-1)ligands are retained and only μ-bridged(dtp)^(-1)ligands are substituted by(C_6H_5CO_2)^(-1)in the substitution reaction,thus producing the new title cluster compound,the structure of which contains two species of bidentate ligand.
