This study aimed to report the outcomes of active surveillance(AS)in the management of low-risk prostate cancer(PCa).It recruited87 men who were prospectively followed up according to the Prostate Cancer Research International Active Surveillance(PRIAS)protocol with local adaptation at SH Ho Urology Centre,Prince of Wales Hospital,hong Kong,*** investigated the predictorsof disease progression and found that baseline prostate-specific antigen density(PSAD)and the presence of the highest ProstateImaging-Reporting and Data System(PI-RADS)score 5 lesion on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are significantly correlatedwith disease ***,men with PSAD>0.2 ng ml^(−2)or PI-RADS 4 or 5 lesions had significantly worse upgradingfree survival compared to those with PSAD≤0.2 ng ml−2 and PI-RADS 2 or 3 *** study concludes that AS is a safe andeffective management strategy for selected patients to defer radical treatment and that most disease progression can be detectedafter the first repeated *** combination of PSAD>0.2 ng ml^(−2)and PI-RADS 4 or 5 lesions may serve as a useful predictorof early disease progression and provide a guide to optimize follow-up protocols for men in different risk groups.

Angiosperms(flowering plants) are by far the most diverse land plant group with over 300,000 species. The sudden appearance of diverse angiosperms in the fossil record was referred to by Darwin as the “abominable mystery,”hence contributing to the heightened interest in angiosperm evolution. Angiosperms display wide ranges of morphological, physiological,and ecological characters, some of which have probably influenced their species richness. The evolutionary analyses of these characteristics help to address questions of angiosperm diversification and require well resolved phylogeny. Following the great successes of phylogenetic analyses using plastid sequences,dozens to thousands of nuclear genes from next-generation sequencing have been used in angiosperm phylogenomic analyses, providing well resolved phylogenies and new insights into the evolution of angiosperms. In this review we focus on recent nuclear phylogenomic analyses of large angiosperm clades, orders, families,and subdivisions of some families and provide a summarized Nuclear Phylogenetic Tree of Angiosperm Families. The newly established nuclear phylogenetic relationships are highlighted and compared with previous phylogenetic results. The sequenced genomes of Amborella,Nymphaea, Chloranthus, Ceratophyllum, and species of monocots, Magnoliids, and basal eudicots, have facilitated the phylogenomics of relationships among five major angiosperms clades. All but one of the 64 angiosperm orders were included in nuclear phylogenomics with well resolved relationships except the placements of several orders. Most families have been included with robust and highly supported placements, especially for relationships within several large and important orders and ***, we examine the divergence time estimation and biogeographic analyses of angiosperm on the basis of the nuclear phylogenomic frameworks and discuss the differences compared with previous analyses. With the development of intelligent technology,the problem of Li DAR-based localization has played an increasingly important role in the localization of robots in unmanned *** the dense point clouds from the environment requires a large amount of memory,specific and stable structural features,such as pole-like objects in the environment,can serve as the ideal landmarks for localization in unmanned systems,which can effectively reduce the memory usage and mitigate the effects of dynamic environment *** this paper,the authors propose a pole-like objects extraction approach and then,it is applied into the localization system of mobile *** the same experimental conditions,the proposed method can extract more pole-like objects and achieve better long-term localization accuracy than some existing methods in different urban environmental datasets.

旨在探究G6PD在牦牛不同繁殖周期主要生殖器官中的表达情况,为进一步了解G6PD在牦牛生殖过程中发挥的作用提供理论依据.以卵泡期、黄体期和妊娠期的牦牛卵巢、输卵管和子宫为研究目标,使用PCR和实时荧光定量PCR(Quantitative real-time PCR,qRT-PCR)法检测G6PD基因在雌性牦牛主要生殖器官中的表达情况;通过蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blotting,WB)检测G6PD蛋白在牦牛主要生殖器官中的表达情况.结果显示,G6PD在牦牛各主要生殖器官中均有表达,在卵巢中黄体期的表达显著高于卵泡期(P<0.05);输卵管妊娠期的表达显著高于黄体期和卵泡期(P<0.05);子宫妊娠期表达高于卵泡期和黄体期.结果表明,G6PD在不同繁殖周期牦牛的主要生殖器官中起着重要作用,为未来研究G6PD在哺乳动物繁育过程中的作用机制提供了线索.

This paper is devoted to event-triggered synchronization of delayed memristive neural networks with H∞and passivity *** aim is to guarantee the exponential synchronization and mixed H∞and passivity control for memristive neural networks by using event-triggered ***,a switching system is constructed under the event-triggered control ***,by adopting a piece-wise Lyapunov functional,a sufficient condition is established for the exponential synchronization and mixed H_(∞)and passivity ***,an event-triggered controller design scheme is proposed using matrix decoupling ***,the effectiveness of the designed controller is exemplified by a numerical example.

Nutrient levels in the artificial channel constructed for the Middle Route Project are significant indicators of water quality safety and aquatic ecological integrity for this large,interbasin ***,the distribution and transport of nutrients along the channel were poorly *** on a time-series dataset as well as mass balance and material flow analysis methods,the water and nutrient transport fluxes in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project were identified in this *** results indicate that the nutrient concentrations varied considerably with time,but there was no significant difference among the 30 stations of the main *** temperature difference was the major factor in the large fluctuations of water quality indicators over *** nutrient loadings varied with the water volume outputs from the main channel to the waterreceiving *** deposition was an important source of nutrients in the main channel,accounting for 9.13%,20.6%,and 0.635%of the nitrogen,phosphorus,and sulfur input from the Danjiangkou Reservoir,*** 2021,a net accumulation of 988 tons of N,29 tons of P,and 2,540 tons of S,respectively,were present in the main *** increase of these external and internal nutrient loadings would cause water quality fluctuation and deterioration in some local sections of the main *** study quantified the spatial and temporal patterns of nutrient transport in the Middle Route and revealed the ecological effects on the aquatic environment,assisting authorities on the project to develop effective water conservation strategies.

Polarization holography has been extensively applied in many fields, such as optical science, metrology, and biochemistry, due to its property of polarization modulation. However, the modulated polarization state of diffracted light corresponds strictly to that of incident light one by one. Here, a kind of tunable polarization holographic grating has been designed in terms of Jones matrices, and intensity-based polarization manipulation has been realized experimentally. The proposed tunable polarization holographic grating is recorded on an azobenzene liquid-crystalline film by a pair of coherent light beams with orthogonal polarization states and asymmetrically controlled intensities. It is found that the diffracted light can be actively manipulated from linearly to circularly polarized based on the light intensity of the recording holographic field when the polarization state of incident light keeps constant. Our work could enrich the field of light manipulation and holography.

Designing multicomponent integration catalysts(MICs)has been a promising strategy for improving electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)due to the highly active interfaces as well as electronic ***,many fundamental questions such as their actual active species and the influence on long-term stability remain to be ***,we present the structural evolution from a pseudotri-component electrocatalyst of nitrogen-doped carbon supported nickel/vanadium nitride/vanadium oxide(Ni-VN-V_(2)O_(3)/NC)nanorods to the heterostructural nickel/vanadium nitride(Ni-VN/NC)nanosheets during chemical or electrochemical *** self-reconstructed Ni-VN/NC exhibits a robust stability under alkaline conditions,while maintaining initial efficient HER activity with a low overpotential of 76 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).Theoretical calculations and quasi-in-situ spectroscopic technology unveil the redistribution of electrons on the synergistic active interface,which synchronously optimizes the affinities for hydrogen,hydroxide,and water molecules,thereby remarkably accelerating the HER kinetics by reducing the barrier of Volmer step.
