BACKGROUND The pedicle screw technique is widely employed for vertebral body fixation in the treatment of spinal ***,traditional screw placement methods require the dissection of paraspinal muscles and the insertion of pedicle screws at specific transverse section angles(TSA).Larger TSA angles require more force to pull the muscle tissue,which can increase the risk of surgical trauma and ischemic injury to the lumbar *** To study the feasibility of zero-degree TSA vertical pedicle screw technique in the lumbosacral *** Finite element models of vertebral bodies and pedicle screw-rod systems were established for the L4-S1 spinal segments.A standard axial load of 500 N and a rotational torque of 10 N/m were *** screw pull-out experiment was conducted to observe pedicle screw resistance to pull-out,maximum stress,load-displacement ratio,maximum stress in vertebral bodies,load-displacement ratio in vertebral bodies,and the stress distribution in pedicle screws and vertebral *** between the 0-degree and 17-degree TSA were *** At 0-degree TSA,the screw pull-out force decreased by 11.35%compared to that at 17-degree TSA(P<0.05).At 0-degree and 17-degree TSA,the stress range in the screw-rod system was 335.1-657.5 MPa and 242.8-648.5 MPa,separately,which were below the fracture threshold for the screw-rod system(924 MPa).At 0-degree and 17-degree TSA,the stress range in the vertebral bodies was 68.45-78.91 MPa and 39.08-72.73 MPa,separately,which were below the typical bone yield stress range for vertebral bodies(110-125 MPa).At 0-degree TSA,the load-displacement ratio for the vertebral bodies and pedicle screws was slightly lower compared to that at 17-degree TSA,indicating slightly lower stability(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The safety and stability of 0-degree TSA are slightly lower,but the risks of screw-rod system fracture,vertebral body fracture,and rupture are within acceptable limits.

目的分析盐城市响水县2017—2022年手足口病（HFMD）流行病学及病原学特征，为制订其防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学的方法对2017—2022年于“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”的“传染病报告信息管理系统”报告的盐城市响水县HFMD资料进行分析。结果 2017—2022年盐城市响水县累计报告HFMD 1024例，年平均发病率为27.54/10万。2018年发病率最高，2020—2022年呈下降趋势；不同乡镇之间HFMD发病率差异有统计学意义；>1～2岁组发病率最高，为977.19/10万。不同年份优势毒株亦有不同，但总体以柯萨奇病毒6型（CV-A6）为流行优势株。结论响水县手足口病流行具有明显的人群性以及地区性，流行优势毒株为CV-A6。

Acetylacetone(AcAc)is a typical class ofβ-diketones with broad industrial applications due to the property of the keto-enol isomers,but its isomerization and chemical reactions at the air-droplet interface are still ***,using combined molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry methods,the heterogeneous chemistry of AcAc at the air-droplet interface was investigated,including the attraction of AcAc isomers by the droplets,the distribution of isomers at the air-droplet interface,and the hydration reactions of isomers at the air-droplet *** results reveal that the preferential orientation of two AcAc isomers(keto-and enol-AcAc)to accumulate and accommodate at the acidic air-droplet *** isomerization of two AcAc isomers at the acidic air-droplet interface is more favorable than that at the neutral air-droplet interface because the“water bridge”structure is destroyed by H_(3)O^(+),especially for the isomerization from keto-Ac Ac to *** the acidic air-droplet interface,the carbonyl or hydroxyl O-atoms of two AcAc isomers display an energetical preference to ***-diol is the dominant products to accumulate at the air-droplet interface,and excessive keto-diol can enter the droplet interior to engage in the *** photooxidation reaction of AcAc will increase the acidity of the air-droplet interface,which indirectly facilitate the uptake and formation of more *** results provide an insight into the heterogeneous chemistry ofβ-diketones and their influence on the environment.

Abscisic acid(ABA)-based chemically induced proximity(CIP) is primarily mediated by the interaction of the ABA receptor pyrabactin resistance 1-like 1(PYL1) and the 2C-type protein phosphatase ABI1, which confers ABA-induced proximity to their fusion proteins, and offers precise temporal control of a wide array of biological processes. However, broad application of ABA-based CIP has been limited by ABA response intensity. In this study, we demonstrated that ABA-induced interaction between another ABA receptor pyrabactin resistance 1(PYR1) and ABI1 exhibited higher ABA response intensity than that between PYL1 and ABI1 in HEK293T cells. We engineered PYR1-ABI1and PYL1-ABI1 into ABA-induced transcriptional activation tools in mammalian cells by integration with CRISPR/dCas9 and found that the tool based on PYR1-ABI1 demonstrated better ABA response intensity than that based on PYL1-ABI1 for both exogenous and endogenous genes in mammalian cells. We further achieved ABA-induced RNA m6A modification installation and erasure by combining ABA-induced PYR1-ABI1 interaction with CRISPR/dCas13, successfully inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. We subsequently improved the interaction of PYR1-ABI1 through phage-assisted continuous evolution(PACE), successfully generating a PYR1 mutant(PYR1m) whose interaction with ABI1 exhibited a higher ABA response intensity than that of the wild-type. In addition, we tested the transcriptional activation tool based on PYRm-ABI1 and found that it also showed a higher ABA response intensity than that of the wild type. These results demonstrate that we have developed a novel ABA-based CIP and further improved upon it using PACE, providing a new approach for the modification of other CIP systems.

It is not uncommon for malicious sellers to collude with fake reviewers(also called spammers)to write fake reviews for multiple products to either demote competitors or promote their products'reputations,forming a gray industry *** detect spammer groups in a heterogeneous network with rich semantic information from both buyers and sellers,researchers have conducted extensive research using Frequent Item Mining-based and graph-based ***,these methods cannot detect spammer groups with cross-product attacks and do not jointly consider structural and attribute features,and structure-attribute correlation,resulting in poorer detection ***-fore,we propose a collaborative training-based spammer group detection algorithm by constructing a heterogene-ous induced sub-network based on the target product set to detect cross-product attack spammer *** jointly consider all available features,we use the collaborative training method to learn the feature representations of *** addition,we use the DBSCAN clustering method to generate candidate groups,exclude innocent ones,and rank them to obtain spammer *** experimental results on real-world datasets indicate that the overall detection performance of the proposed method is better than that of the baseline methods.
