A new inorganic-organic hybrid compound based on polyoxometalate and organic ligand formulated as （H2bpp）3[SiWlIO39Co]-2H20（1）[bpp=l,3-bis（4-pyridyl）propane] was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, TG, and cyclic voltammetry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 consists of interesting cobalt-monosubstituted POMs one dimensional chain together with protonated bpp ligands. Additionally, the polyoxoanions combined with the discrete organic substrates by hydrogen bond interactions to afford a supramolecular 3D network structure. The hybrid compound 1 was used as a bulk modifier to fabricate a three-dimensional chemically modified carbon paste electrode（1-CPE） by direct mixing. The electrochemical behavior and electrocatalysis of 1-CPE were studied in detail. The results indicate that 1-CPE has good electrocatalytic activities toward the reduction of nitrite or bromate in 1 mol/L 1-12SO4 aqueous solution. 1-CPE shows remarkable stability that can be ascribed to the insolubility of compound 1 and the supramolecular interactions existed between 1D POM anion chains and organic ligand bpp, which is very important for practical applications in electrode modification.

Trajectories of pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))within the first few days after birth are important to inform the strategy for identifying asymptomatic hypoxemic disease but remain poorly substantiated at higher *** We performed a longitudinal cohort study with consecutive neonates at a local hospital in Luchun County,China,at an altitude of 1650 m between January and July *** repeatedly measured the pre-and post-ductal SpO_(2)values at 6,12,18,24,36,48,and 72 hours after birth for neonates without oxygen *** neonates underwent echocardiography and were followed up to 42 days after *** included neonates without hypoxemic diseases to characterize the trajectories of SpO_(2)over time using a linear mixed *** considered the 2.5th percentile as the reference value to define hypoxemic *** A total of 1061 neonates were ***-five had non-cardiac hypoxemic diseases,with 84%(21/25)presenting with abnormal SpO_(2)within 24 *** had tetralogy of Fallot identified by *** the 1035 asymptomatic neonates,SpO_(2)values declined from 6 hours after birth,reached a nadir at 48 hours,and tended to level off thereafter,with identical patterns for both pre-and post-ductal SpO_(2).The reference percentile was 92%for both pre-and post-ductal SpO_(2)and was time *** A decline within 48 hours features SpO_(2)trajectories within the first 72 hours at moderate *** findings suggest that earlier screening may favorably achieve a benefit–risk balance in identifying asymptomatic hypoxemic diseases in this population.

The low-cycle fatigue behavior of solutionized(T4)and aged(T6)WE43 magnesium alloys was studied at room *** total strain amplitudes(△ε_(t)/2)were 0.4%,0.5%,0.6%,0.7%and 1.0%.Detailed microstructure evolution was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that plastic strain amplitude decreased with the increasing cycle number in T4 alloy,which is due to the dense persistent slip bands(PSBs)and dynamic precipitates hinderingdislocation *** contrast,the plastic strain amplitude increases gradually in T6 alloy,which is attributed to the enhanced activation of pyramidal *** low-cycle fatigue life of T6 alloy with larger fatigue ductility coefficient is longer than that of T4 *** Coffin-Manson model can accurately predict the fatigue life of T4 and T6 alloys compared to Jahed-Varvani(JV)energy *** T4 alloy,the fatigue damage mechanism was dominated by basal *** T6 alloy,the enhanced pyramidal slip plays an important role to accommodate plastic deformation.

3%Y_(2)O_(3)p/ZGK200 composites were subjected to unidirectional rolling(UR)and cross rolling(CR)at 400℃and 350℃followed by annealing at 300℃for 1 *** microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of rolled and annealed composites were systematically *** rolled composites exhibited a heterogeneous microstructure,consisting of deformed grains elongated along rolling direction(RD)and Y_(2)O_(3)particles bands distributed along *** annealing,static recrystallization(SRX)occurred and most deformed grains transformed into equiaxed grains.A non-basal texture with two strong T-texture components was obtained after UR while a non-basal elliptical/circle texture with circle multi-peaks was obtained after CR,indicating that rolling path had great influences on texture of the *** annealing process,R-texture component disappeared or weakened,as results,a non-basal texture with double peaks tilting from normal direction(ND)to transverse direction(TD)and a more random non-basal texture with circle multi-peaks were obtained for UR and CR composites,*** yield strength of rolled composites after UR showed obvious anisotropy along RD and TD while a low anisotropic yield strength was obtained after *** Y_(2)O_(3)particles broke during *** fracture of the composites was attributed to the existence of Y_(2)O_(3)clusters and interfacial debonding between particles and matrix during tension,as a result,the ductility was not as superior as matrix alloy.

Electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is a highly potential strategy to massively produce green hydrogen ***,the employment of costly Pt-based electrocatalyst in the cathode of electrolyzer greatly hampers the development of hydrogen *** phosphide catalysts have recently drawn wide attention due to the Pt-like activity but relatively lower ***,a facile strategy was proposed for the controlled preparation of the ultrasmall RuP_(2) nanoparticles on N,P-codoped carbon from common precursors of Ru(Ⅱ)complex and phytic *** taking advantage of simple mixing and pyrolysis,the as-synthesized RuP_(2) nanoparticles were uniformly embedded onto the N,P-codoped carbon *** composite catalyst shows better activity than Pt/C for alkaline HER and comparable activity for acidic and neutral *** superior activity can be ascribed to the ultrasmall-size and efficient RuP_(2) together with good mass and charge transfer ability assured by N,P-codoped carbon *** advantages including low-cost and simple synthesis in this work present an encouraging substitute to replace commercial Pt/C for hydrogen-related practical applications.

Objective To predict neural tube birth defect （NTD） using support vector machine （SVM）. Method The dataset in the pilot area was divided into non overlaid training set and testing set. SVM was trained using the training set and the trained SVM was then used to predict the classification of NTD. Result NTD rate was predicted at village level in the pilot area. The accuracy of the prediction was 71.50% for the training dataset and 68.57% for the test dataset respectively. Conclusion Results from this study have shown that SVM is applicable to the prediction of NTD.

The optoelectronic performance of CsPbBr_3 nanocrystal(NC) has been dramatically limited by the severe charge carrier recombination and its narrow light absorption range,which are anticipated to be resolved via coupling with plasmonic Au nanoparticle(NP).In view of this,CsPbBr_3-Au nanocomposite is fabricated and further employed as a concept model to study the electronic interaction between perovskite NC and Au NP for the first *** has been found that the excitation-wavelength dependent carrier transfer behavior exists in CsPbBr_3-Au *** illumination with visible light(λ>420 nm),photo-generated electrons in CsPbBr_3 can inject into Au with an electron injection rate and efficiency of 2.84×10~9 s^(-1) and 78%,*** boosted charge separation is further translated into a 3.2-fold enhancement in CO_2 photocatalytic reduction activity compared with pristine CsPbBr_*** the other hand,when solely exciting Au NP with longer wavelength light(λ>580 nm),the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) induced hot electrons in Au NPs can transfer to CsPbBr_3 NC and further participate in photocatalytic reaction towards CO_2 *** present study provides new insights into preparing plasmonic nanostructure to enhance the performance of perovskite based optoelectronic devices.
