目的:辣木(Moringaoleifera)是非洲民间医学中一种常用的药用植物,近期已有临床研究揭示了其抗炎功效。本实验研究辣木叶及根的甲醇提取物对弗氏佐剂致关节炎模型大鼠的止痛作用。方法:使用健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠(体质量200~220g),皮下注射弗氏佐剂建立实验性关节炎模型。造模当天及造模后第3天和第6天,治疗组大鼠分别腹腔内注射辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(200、300或400mg/kg),使用消炎痛(5mg/kg)作为阳性对照药。每次用药后评估各组大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度。实验用同样方法检测了辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)的止痛作用。结果:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(300或400mg/kg)的止痛作用与消炎痛(5mg/kg)类似,与对照组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药都能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与对照组、辣木根提取物组及辣木叶提取物组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药,辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度(P<0.01)。结论:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物能够有效降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度。辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物与根或叶单独的提取物的作用比较显示出辣木根与叶在止痛效果上的协同作用。

In software-defined networking(SDN),controllers are sinks of information such as network topology collected from *** often like to protect their internal network topology and keep their network policies *** borrow techniques from secure multi-party computation(SMC)to preserve the privacy of policies of SDN controllers about status of *** the other hand,the number of controllers is one of the most important concerns in scalability of SMC application in *** address this issue,we formulate an optimization problem to minimize the number of SDN controllers while considering their reliability in SMC *** use Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II)to determine the optimal number of controllers,and simulate SMC for typical SDNs with this number of *** results show that applying the SMC technique to preserve the privacy of organization policies causes only a little delay in SDNs,which is completely justifiable by the privacy obtained.

This paper investiages the secondary Bjerknes force for two oscillating bubbles in various pressure amplitudes in a concentration of 95% sulfuric acid. The equilibrium radii of the bubbles are assumed to be smaller than 10 μm at a frequency of 37 kHz in various strong driving acoustical fields around 2.0 bars （1 bar=10^5 Pa）. The secondary Bjerknes force is investigated in uncoupled and coupled states between the bubbles, with regard to the quasi-adiabatic model for the bubble interior. It finds that the value of the secondary Bjerknes force depends on the driven pressure of sulfuric acid and its amount would be increased by liquid pressure amplitude enhancement. The results show that the repulsion area of the interaction force would be increased by increasing the driven pressure because of nonlinear oscillation of bubbles.

Based on a quasi-adiabatic model, the parameters of the bubble interior for a moving single bubble sonoluminescence （m-SBSL） in water are calculated. By using a complete form of the hydrodynamic force, a unique circular path for the m-SBSL in water is obtained. The effect of the ambient pressure variation on the bubble trajectory is also investigated. It is concluded that as the ambient pressure increases, the bubble moves along a circular path with a larger radius and all bubble parameters, such as gas pressure, interior temperature and light intensity, increase. A comparison is made between the parameters of the moving bubble in water and those in N-methylformamide. With fluid viscosity increasing, the circular path changes into an elliptic form and the light intensity increases.

The emerging field of City Digital Twins has advanced in recent years with the help of digital infrastructure and technologies connected to the Internet of Things(IoT).However,the evolution of this field has been so fast that a gap has opened in relation to systematic reviews of the relevant literature and the maturation of City Digital Twins on an urban *** work bridges this gap by highlighting maturity in the *** conducted a systematic literature review with bibliometric and content analysis of 41 selected papers published in Web of Science and Scopus data-bases,covering five areas:data types and sources,case studies,applied technologies and methods,maturity spectrum,and *** on maturity indicators,the majority of the reviewed studies(90%)were at initial to medium stages of maturity(up to element 3),most of them focused on 3D modelling,monitoring and ***,digital twins cannot be limited to 3D models,monitoring and visualisation,for they can be developed to include two-directional interactions between humans and *** a high level of maturity,which was not found in the reviewed studies,requires advanced technologies and methods such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence,BIM and *** also found that further studies are essential if the field is to handle the complex urban challenges of multidisciplinary digital *** City Digital Twins extend by definition beyond mere 3D city modelling,some studies involving 3D city models still refer to their subjects as City Digital *** the research gaps we identified,we’d like to highlight the need for near-real-time data analytics algorithms,which could furnish City Digital Twins with big data *** opportunities include public participation capabilities to increase social collaboration,integrating BIM and GIS technologies and improving storage and computation infrastructure.

This paper presents a stochastic framework for optimal scheduling of microgrids(MGs)considering unscheduled islanding events,initiated by disturbances in the main *** scheduling approach considers different uncertainties and determines the day-ahead schedule of the resources considering emergency *** proposed strategy attempts to effectively manage demand and supply side resources to mitigate the effects of uncertainties in both normal and emergency *** prevailing uncertainties associated with renewable power generations,demand and electricity prices as well as uncertainties of islanding duration are addressed in the presented *** objective is to maximize the expected profit of the operator over the scheduling horizon,while restricting the risk of mandatory load shedding imposed by uncertain parameters within an acceptable *** to the proposed strategy,an efficient probabilistic index is obtained from generation reserve margin(GRM)in islanded mode,and applied to create a proper offering price signal to coordinate responsive loads with renewable generations providing more reliable *** effectiveness of the proposed strategy in terms of economy and reliability is investigated via a comparison with other *** numerical results illustrate that the proposed offering price strategy can improve the MG’s operation from both reliability and economic aspects.

Hemorrhoidal disease is a prevalent anorectal condition which is generally not managed well with cur- rent pharmacologic interventions. However, in Iranian traditional medicine （ITM） there are numerous plants with hemorrhoid-healing properties. The present research assembled plants with hemorrhoid- healing properties in ITM; their related pharmacological effects, phytochemical constituents and mech- anisms of action in the modern medicine were also gathered. For this purpose, leading ITM textbooks were searched for plants with hemorrhoid-healing effects. Further, in vitro, in vivo and clinical studies on the most cited species were considered using scientific databases. Studying ITM textbooks revealed 37 medicinal plants with hemorrhoid-healing effects. Among the mentioned herbal medicines, six species, including Allium ampeloprasum, Phyllanthus emblica, Aloe vera, Terminalia chebula, Vitis vinifera and Comrniphora mukul, had the largest number of related pharmacological effects documented in scientific databases. These herbs from ITM should be considered as important resources for producing novel drugs for hemorrhoid treatment.

Preliminary report of hepatitis B virus genotype prevalence in Iran

AIM： To determine the prevalence of hepatitis B virus （HBV） genotypes in Iranian hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） carriers, chronic hepatitis B and cirrhotic patients. METHODS： A total of 109 HBsAg-positive patients were included in this study. HBV genotypes were determined by using INNO-LiPA methodology which is based on the reverse hybridization principle. RESULTS： The distribution of patients with different stages of liver disease was as follows： 95 （86.4%） chronic hepatitis, 11 （10%） liver cirrhosis, and 3 （2.7%） inactive carrier. Of the chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis patients, 26.4% were HBeAg-positive while 70% were HBeAg-negative. Genotype D was the only detected type found in all patients. CONCLUSION： Classifying HBV into genotypes has to be cost-effective and clinically relevant. Our study indicates that HBV genotype D prevails in the Mediterranean area, Near and Middle East, and South Asia. Continued efforts for understanding HBV genotype through international co-operation will reveal further virological differences of the genotypes and their clinical relevance.
