Targeted Blue Nanoparticles as Photoacoustic Contrast Agent for Brain Tumor Delineation

Distinguishing a tumor from non-neoplastic tissue is a challenging task during cancer surgery. Several attempts have been made to use visible or fluorescent agents to aid in the visualization of a tumor during surgery. We describe a novel method to delineate brain tumors, using a highly sensitive photoacoustic imaging technique that is enhanced by tumor-targeting blue nanoparticles serving as a contrast agent. Experiments on phantoms and on rat brains, ex vivo, demonstrate the high sensitivity of photoacoustic imaging in delineating tumors containing contrast agent at a concentration much lower than needed for visualization by the naked eye. The limit of detection of the system for the nanoparticles is about 0.77 μg/mL in water （equivalent to 0.84 μmol/L Coomassie Blue dye）. The present exploratory study suggests that photoacoustic imaging, when used with strongly optical absorbing contrast agents, could facilitate cancer surgery intraoperatively by revealing the distribution and extent of the tumor.

Obietive purpose:To study and discuss that during the process to use the laser acupuncture and knife to treat the pain of neck,shoulders,waist and legs hoe to get the best treating effects Methods:Using San jing Etetromc Limited Company’s Laser acupuncture and knife treating roachine,on the base of acupuncture and knile loosing,to treat the part which has pathological changes with the inside irradiating treating,and after 6 months’treating,we in all have treated 7800 patients,we have followed the patients,investigated the effects and made a ***:Treating pain of neck,shoulders,waist and legs *** acupuncture and knife has the long curanve difiect,bigher cure rate,and lower *** the 10 hospitals of sprovices clinical use,among the 7800 paticnrts We have cured 6630 patieats, and this cure rate is 85%,we have made 1170 patients improved,is 15% so,the general effective rate is 100%.Condu- sion:using this treating method is treat the pain of neck,shoulder,waist and legs is one of the methods which have a high cure rate,lower relapse,no side effects and very sale among the non-sargical *** dedication:pain of neck,shoulders,waist and legs.
