The modified simple equation method is employed to find the exact solutions of the nonlinear Kolmogorov-Petrovskii-Piskunov （KPP） equation. When certain parameters of the equations are chosen to be special values, the solitary wave solutions are derived from the exact solutions. It is shown that the modified simple equation method provides an effective and powerful mathematical tool for solving nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics.

Background:In Egypt,around 1 million children are on the *** children's health is an issue that is not well *** objective of the current study was to determine the health problems of a targeted group of street children seeking medical care and to generate.a hypothesis about the positive/negative role of street children care ***:A cross-sectional study was done on 2169 street children who sought medical care at El-Basma clinic at the Center for Social and Preventive Medicine in Cairo University Children Hospital from January 2011 to July ***:Respiratory illnesses and skin problems were the most prevalent conditions,affecting 485 (22.4%) and 359 (16.6%) of the patients,*** issues and trauma were significantly higher among the adolescent *** and gastrointestinal problems were significantly higher among children aged less than 2 *** and cardiac problems were significantly higher among those referred from organizations whereas trauma was significantly higher among those coming directly from the streets.A significant proportion of children at the extremes of the studied age spectrum were coming directly from the *** transmitted infections were rare ***:Respiratory and skin diseases were the major morbidity problems among street children,especially adolescent *** afforded opportunities for access to different health care services.

This study was conducted with the aim to record pathological conditions of the female genital tract of Red Sokoto (RS) and West African Dwarf (WAD) does with the objective of comparing the prevalence of genital tract pathology between the two breeds. Of the 211 (RS) and 221 (WAD) genital tract collected and examined, 104 (49.3%) of RS and 97 (43.3%) of WAD showed different types of pathological conditions. Highest occurrence of pathological conditions found in RS was in the uterus (38.4%), followed by those in the ovary (30.8%), cervix (6.6%), salpinx (6.2%) and vagina (1.4%) while in WAD, pathological conditions were highest in the uterus (28.1%), and followed by ovary (26.8%), salpinx (5.0%), cervix (2.2%) and vagina (0.5%). In RS and WAD does, respectively, endometritis (11.9% and 7.1%) was the most common pathology followed by ovaro-bursal adhesion (10.4% and 5.4%), inactive ovaries (4.3% and 4.9%), cystic Graffian follicles (4.2% and 2.2%), paraovarian cyst (3.3% and 3.1%), uterine haemorrhage (3.8% and 2.7%), and ovarian hypoplasia (2.4% and 4.5%). Other pathological conditions found in RS and WAD does include cervical lesions: cervicitis (2.8% and 1.8%), haemorrhage (3.2% and 0.5%);uterine lesions: hydrometra (1.9% and 1.3%), pyometra (2.8% and 1.8%), mucometra (2.8% and 3.6%), metritis (2.4% and 1.3%), post parturient metritis (2.8% and 1.8%), caruncular atrophy (1.4% and 0.5%), endometrial hyperplasia (1.0% and 1.8%), melanosis (1.9% and 1.8%), post parturient emphysematous metritis (1.4% and 2.2%), perimetritis (1.4% and 2.2%), uterine congestion (1.9% and 2.2%), oedema (1.0% and 0.5%) and Cysticercus tenuicolis cyst (0.5% and 0.5%);esophageal lesions: salpingitis (1.9% and 3.1%), hydrosalpinx (1.0% and 0.5%), tubo-bursal cyst (3.3% and 0.9%), ovarian lesions: cystic corpora lutea (2.8% and 1.8%), oophoritis (0.5% and 1.8%), and Cysticercus tenuicolis cyst (1.0% and 0.9%). Objective The present study was aimed to determine the effect of penile prosthesis implantation(PPI)surgery on penile sensation by evaluating the penile electromyography(EMG)*** The research was designed as a prospective *** patients who were diagnosed with organic erectile dysfunction and had underwent PPI surgery between January 2017 and January 2018 in the Urology Clinic of Antalya Training and Research Hospital were included in this *** sensory EMG was performed on each patient 1 day prior to the surgery by the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation ***,the control EMG study was also performed in the 3rd and 6th postoperative *** We included 27 patients in this study who attended regular follow-ups and had complete EMG *** of the 27 patients,23(85.2%)patients had received malleable(ProMedon)penile prosthesis,one(3.7%)patient had received a two-piece inflatable(Ambicor)penile prosthesis,and three(11.1%)patients had received a three-piece inflatable(AMS 700 CXR)penile *** mean nerve conduction value(NCV)of the patients was 29.85(standard derivation:22.54;range:0-78.4)m/s during the preoperative period,whereas it was 27.64(standard derivation:24.72;range:0-83.3)m/s in the 3rd postoperative month and 24.80(standard derivation:22.31;range:0-88.4)m/s in the 6th postoperative *** was no significant difference between preoperative NCV and 3rd postoperative month NCV(p=0.607).Similarly,no significant difference was observed between preoperative NCV and 6th postoperative month NCV(p=0.276).Additionally,the change between NCV values at postoperative 3rd and 6th months was not statistically significant(p=0.553).Conclusion Significant loss of penile sensation does not occur in patients who undergo PPI surgery.

AIM:To investigate.the potential benef it of Fujinon in-telligent chromo endoscopy(FICE)-assisted small bowel capsule endoscopy(SBCE)for detection and character-ization of small bowel lesions in patients with obscure gastroenterology bleeding(OGIB).METHODS:The SBCE examinations(Pillcam SB2,Giv-en Imaging Ltd)were retrospectively analyzed by two GI fellows(observers)with and without FICE *** was such that a fellow did not assess the same examination with and without FICE *** senior consultant described f indings as P0,P1 and P2 lesions(non-pathological,intermedi-ate.bleed potential,high bleed potential),which were considered as reference f *** outcome mea-surements:Inter-observer correlation was calculate. using kappa *** and specif icity for P2 lesions was calculate. for FICE and white light ***:In 60 patients,the intra-class kappa cor-relations between the observers and reference f indings were 0.88 and 0.92(P2),0.61 and 0.79(P1),for SBCE using FICE and white light,*** 157 le-sions were diagnosed using FICE as compared to 114 with white light SBCE(P = 0.15).For P2 lesions,the sensitivity was 94% vs 97% and specif icity was 95% vs 96% for FICE and white light,***(P2 le-sions)out of 55 arterio-venous malformations could be better characterized by FICE as compared to white light *** more P0 lesions were diagnosed when FICE was used as compared to white light(39 vs 8,P ate.y characterized with FICE as compared to white light SBCE.

Chemical and Biological Comparative <i>in Vitro</i>Studies of Cinnamon Bark and Lemon Peel Essential Oils

Cinnamon and lemon are the oldest plants which possess a rising popularity due to their therapeutic potential from centuries. Cinnamomum zeylanicum and lemon (Citrus lemon L.) have been subjected to extensive research. Their essential oils were extracted by steam distillation from selected plants and their chemical compositions were determined by the GC-MS system. Cinnamon and lemon essential oils were examined for antioxidant activity by ABTS method which showed the ability to inhibit lipid per-oxidation. On the other hand, in antimicrobial investigations, cinnamon and lemon essential oils have inhibitory effect against Gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram negative bacteria (Escherichia coli) using Muller Hinton agar medium. The essential oils of cinnamon and lemon showed antifungal effects which were tested against (Candida albicans). The volatile oil of cinnamon bark has been found to be highly effective against all the tested bacteria and fungi. However, lemon peel essential oil has shown medium inhibition for Gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus). On the other hand, the cytotoxic activities of the essential oils were tested on hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma. Essential oils have shown good activities on the cell lines. Essential oil of cinnamon showed more inhibition rate.than essential oil of lemon. This study reported the importance of both cinnamon and lemon volatile oils and recommends that cinnamon and lemon can be used as an active therapy for humans.
