Background: One.of the.main goals of corre.tive.surge.y of conge.ital he.rt de.e.ts in childre. is the.improve.e.t of quality of life. which in young childre. is pre.ominantly de.e.mine. by e.e.cise.capacity. It is not known whe.he. this goal can be.achie.e. in school-age. childre. who have.unde.gone.cardiac surge.y in infancy. Obje.tive.: To de.e.mine.if primary schoolage. childre. who unde.we.t surge.y to corre.t conge.ital he.rt de.e.ts in infancy are.physically as fit as the.r pe.rs. Me.hods: We.e.amine. 84 childre. with conge.ital he.rt de.e.ts, age. 4 to 11 ye.rs, afte. surgical re.air. Fifty-two childre. had simple.de.e.ts (ie. atrial or ve.tricular se.tal de.e.t, coarctation of the.aorta). Thirty two childre. had comple. de.e.ts (ie. te.ralogy of Fallot, pulmonary atre.ia with ve.tricular se.tal de.e.t). All patie.ts unde.we.t e.e.cise.te.ting pe.forme. on a spe.ially modifie. bicycle.e.gome.e.. Nine.y-e.ght se.- and age.matche. he.lthy childre. se.ve. as the.control group. Re.ults: The.e.was no ge.de. diffe.e.ce. e.the. in he.lthy childre. or in the.group with conge.ital he.rt de.e.ts, re.arding e.e.cise.te.ting and that the.he.lthy childre. re.che. a me.n ± SD normalize. maximal pe.formance.of 2.8 ± 0.3 W/kg. The.same.range.was found for the.childre. who had unde.gone.surge.y to corre.t simple.he.rt de.e.ts. The.childre. ope.ate. on to corre.t comple. he.rt de.e.ts showe. significantly impaire. me.n normalize. maximal pe.formance. although this te.de. to be.lowe. in the.group that had pulmonary atre.ia with a ve.tricular se.tal de.e.t than in the.group with te.ralogy of Fallot (me.n normalize. maximal pe.formance. 1.9 W/kg vs 2.3 W/kg). Conclusions: The.goal of normal e.e.cise.capacity in childhood afte. he.rt surge.y is achie.e. in those.with simple.he.rt de.e.ts only. In childre. with comple. he.rt de.e.ts impaire. e.e.cise.pe.formance.pe.sists, de.e.ding on the.se.e.ity of the.he.rt de.e.t and probably on chronotropic incompe.e.ce.

针对介电弹性体驱动器(Die.e.tric e.astome. actuator,De.)建模与控制的挑战性问题,提出基于神经网络常微分方程(Ordinary diffe.e.tial e.uation,ODe.和非线性模型预测控制(Mode. pre.ictive.control,MPC)的De.动力学建模与跟踪控制方法.首先,基于神经网络ODe.立De.的动力学模型以描述其复杂的动态行为.然后,基于所建立的De.动力学模型,设计非线性模型预测控制器实现其跟踪控制目标.最后,在所搭建的实验平台上进行一系列跟踪控制实验.在所有实验结果中,De.的运动均能很好地跟踪目标轨迹,且相对均方根误差均不超过3.30%,说明了所提动力学建模与跟踪控制方法的有效性.
