4-1BB(CD137)is a strong enhancer of the proliferation of CD8^(+)T *** these cells require increased production of energy and biomass to support their proliferation,we hypothesized that 4-1BB signaling activated glucose and fatty acid *** found that treatment with agonistic anti-4-1BB mAb promoted the proliferation of CD8^(+)T cells in vitro,increasing their size and *** with a glycolysis inhibitor and a fatty acid oxidation inhibitor revealed that CD8^(+)T cell proliferation required both glucose and fatty acid ***-4-1BB treatment increased glucose transporter 1 expression and activated the liver kinase B1(LKB1)-AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)-acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC)signaling pathway,which may be responsible for activating the metabolism of glucose and fatty *** also examined whether blocking glucose or fatty acid metabolism affected cell cycle progression and the anti-apoptotic effect of 4-1BB *** increase of anti-apoptotic factors and cyclins in response to anti-4-1BB treatment was completely prevented by treating CD8^(+)T cells with the fatty acid oxidation inhibitor,etomoxir,but not with the glycolysis inhibitor,*** conclude that anti-4-1BB treatment activates glucose and fatty acid metabolism thus supporting the increased demand for energy and biomass,and that fatty acid metabolism plays a crucial role in enhancing the cell cycle progression of anti-CD3-activated CD8^(+)T cells in vitro and the anti-apoptotic effects of 4-1BB signaling on these cells.

Several studies have shown that fibroblast growth factor-2 （FgF2） can directly affect axon regeneration after peripheral nerve damage. In this study, we performed sensory tests and histological analyses to study the effect of recombinant human FgF-2 （rhFgF2） treatment on damaged mental nerves. The mental nerves of 6-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were crush-injured for 1 minute and then treated with 10 or 50 μg/mL rhFgF2 or PBS in crush injury area with a mini Osmotic pump. Sensory test using von Frey filaments at 1 week revealed the presence of sensory degeneration based on decreased gap score and increased difference score. however, at 2 weeks, the gap score and difference score were significantly rebounded in the mental nerve crush group treated with 10 μg/mL rhFgF2. Interestingly, treatment with 10 μg/mL rhFgF had a more obviously positive effect on the gap score than treatment with 50 μg/mL rhFgF2. In addition, retrograde neuronal tracing with Dil revealed a significant increase in nerve regeneration in the trigeminal ganglion at 2 and 4 weeks in the rhFgF2 groups （10 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL） than in the PBS group. The 10 μg/mL rhFgF2 group also showed an obviously robust regeneration in axon density in the mental nerve at 4 weeks. Our results demonstrate that 10 μg/mL rhFgF induces mental nerve regeneration and sensory recovery after mental nerve crush injury.

Treatment of RuCl2(PPh3)3 with 6-dimethylaminopentafulvene in THF in the presence of water produced(η5-C5H4Cho) RuCl(PPh3)2, which was reduced by NaBH4 to give the Ru–H···ho dihydrogen bonded complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH) RuH(PPh3)2. The dihydrogen bonded complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH)RuH(PPh3)2 could also be synthesized by the reduction of complex(η5-C5H4Cho)RuH(PPh3)2, which was obtained by the reaction of RuHCl(PPh3)3 with 6-dimethylaminopentafulvene in the presence of water. The analogous dihydrogen bonded osmium complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH)OsH(PPh3)2 was similarly prepared. Single crystal structures and DFT calculations support the presence of intra-molecular H···H interaction, with separations of around 1.9 to 2.0 .

The wear rate between the rotors of a hypotrochoidal gear pump is *** the knowledge of shape design on the rotors,the contact stresses without hydrodynamic effect between the rotor teeth were evaluated through the calculation of the hertzian contact *** on the above results and the sliding velocity between the rotors,a genetic algorithm (gA) was used as an optimization technique forminimizing the wear rate proportional factor (WRPF).The result shows that the wear rate or the WRPF can be reduced considerably,*** 12.8%,throughout the optimization using gA.

Metal organic framework(MOF)has been paid great attention as a potential candidate for various applications in the field of energy and environment,particularly in air *** various MOFs,MIL-101(Fe) represents an interesting material possessing many advantages,including the ease of fabrication,high porosity,high specific surface area with open metal sites,making it a promising material in the field of harmful gas *** these advantages,MIL-101(Fe) was synthesized by facile microwave-solvothermal method and applied as a photocatalyst for the degradation of *** de-NOxefficiency of the synthesized powder was evaluated with respect to various operating parameters including substrates,sample doses,light spectrum and light intensity,initial NO concentration,and relative *** results have shown that the efficiency of NOxphotocatalytic degradation reaches to 77%under solar irradiation via 0.1 g of MIL-101(Fe) with optimum condition of reaction,(alumina substrate,350 ppb of initial NO concentration,40–50%of relative humidity).Then this work provides the optimum condition for the efficient photocatalytic degradation of NOx.

We conceptualize bioresource upgrade for sustainable energy,environment,and biomedicine with a focus on circular economy,sustainability,and carbon neutrality using high availability and low utilization biomass(HALUB).We acme energy-efficient technologies for sustainable energy and material recovery and *** technologies of thermochemical conversion(TC),biochemical conversion(BC),electrochemical conversion(EC),and photochemical conversion(PTC)are summarized for *** biomass could contribute to a biofuel HHV of 35.72 MJ Kg^(-1)and total benefit of 749$/ton biomass via *** surface area of biochar reached 3000 m^(2)g^(-1)via pyrolytic carbonization of waste bean *** biomass can be effectively converted into bio-stimulants and biofertilizers via BC with a high conversion efficiency of more than 90%.Besides,lignocellulosic biomass can contribute to a current density of 672 mA m^(-2)via *** can be 100%selectively synthesized via electrocatalysis through EC and *** learning,techno-economic analysis,and life cycle analysis are essential to various upgrading approaches of *** biomaterials,sustainable living materials and technologies for biomedical and multifunctional applications like nano-catalysis,microfluidic and micro/nanomotors beyond are also *** techniques and systems for the complete conversion and utilization of HALUB for new energy and materials are further discussed.

Despite the safety,low cost,and high theoretical capacity(820 mA h g^(-1))of Zn metal anodes,the practical application of aqueous Zn metal batteries remains a critical challenge due to the Zn dendrite growth,corrosion,and hydrogen evolution ***,we demonstrate the MXene ink hosting Zn metal anodes(MX@Zn)for high-performance and patternable Zn metal full *** as-designed MX@Zn electrode is more facile and reversible than bare Zn and CC@Zn,as verified by better cyclic stability and lower overpotentials of symmetric cells with the plating capacity of 0.05 mA h cm^(-2)at 0.1 m A cm^(-2)and of 1 m A h cm^(-2)at 1 m A cm^(-2).The MX@Zn|MnO_(2)full cells deliver a high specific capacity of 281.9 m A h g^(-1),91.5%of the theoretical capacity,achieving 50%capacity retention from 60 mA g^(-1)to 300 mA g^(-1)and 79.7%of initial capacity after 200 ***,the patterned devices based on the MX@Zn electrode achieve high energy and power densities of 348.57 Wh kg^(-1)and 1556 W kg^(-1),respectively,along with a capacity retention of 64%and Coulombic efficiency of 99%over 500 *** high performance of MX@Zn is attributed to the high electrical conductivity and hydrophilicity of MXene and rapid ion diffusion through the 3D interconnected porous channels.
