Raman spectroscopy has tremendous potential for material analysis with its molecular fingerprinting capability in many branches of science and *** is also an emerging omics technique for metabolic profiling to shape precision ***,precisely attributing vibration peaks coupled with specific environmental,instrumental,and specimen noise is *** Raman spectral preprocessing to remove statistical bias noise and sample-related errors should provide a powerful tool for valuable information ***,we propose a novel Raman spectral preprocessing scheme based on self-supervised learning(RSPSSL)with high capacity and spectral *** can preprocess arbitrary Raman spectra without further training at a speed of~1900 spectra per second without human *** experimental data preprocessing trial demonstrated its excellent capacity and signal fidelity with an 88%reduction in root mean square error and a 60%reduction in infinite norm(L__(∞))compared to established *** this advantage,it remarkably enhanced various biomedical applications with a 400%accuracy elevation(ΔAUC)in cancer diagnosis,an average 38%(few-shot)and 242%accuracy improvement in paraquat concentration prediction,and unsealed the chemical resolution of biomedical hyperspectral images,especially in the spectral fingerprint *** precisely preprocessed various Raman spectra from different spectroscopy devices,laboratories,and diverse *** scheme will enable biomedical mechanism screening with the label-free volumetric molecular imaging tool on organism and disease metabolomics profiling with a scenario of high throughput,cross-device,various analyte complexity,and diverse applications.

In recent years, the nanostructure for solar cells have attracted considerable attention from scientists as a result of a promising candidate for low cost devices. In this work, quantum dots sensitized solar cells with effective performance based on a co-sensitized Cd S∕Cd Se：Mn2＋（or Cu2＋） nanocrystal, which was made by successive ionic layer absorption and reaction, are discussed. The optical, physical, chemical, and photovoltaic properties of quantum dots sensitized solar cells were sensitized to Mn2＋and Cu2＋dopants. Therefore, the short current（JSC）of the quantum dot sensitized solar cells is boosted dramatically from 12.351 mA∕cm2 for pure Cd Se nanoparticles to 18.990 mA∕cm2 for Mn2＋ions and 19.915 mA∕cm2 for Cu2＋ions. Actually, metal dopant extended the band gap of pure Cd Se nanoparticles, reduced recombination, enhanced the efficiency of devices, and improved the charge transfer and collection. In addition, Mn2＋and Cu2＋dopants rose to the level of the conduction band of pure Cd Se nanoparticles, which leads to the reduction of the charge recombination, enhances the lightharvesting efficiency, and improves the charge diffusion and collection. The results also were confirmed by the obtained experimental data of photoluminescence decay and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.

BACKGROUND Sessile serrated lesions(SSLs)are considered precancerous colorectal lesions that should be detected and removed to prevent colorectal *** studies in Vietnam mainly investigated the adenoma pathway,with limited data on the serrated *** To evaluate the prevalence,risk factors,and BRAF mutations of SSLs in the Vietnamese *** This is a cross-sectional study conducted on patients with lower gastrointestinal symptoms who underwent colonoscopy at a tertiary hospital in *** were diagnosed on histopathology according to the 2019 World Health Organi-zation *** mutation analysis was performed using the Sanger DNA sequencing *** multivariate logistic regression model was used to determine SSL-associated *** There were 2489 patients,with a mean age of 52.1±13.1 and a female-to-male ratio of 1:*** prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.5-5.1].In the multivariate analysis,factors significantly associated with SSLs were age≥40[odds ratio(OR):3.303;95%CI:1.607-6.790],male sex(OR:2.032;95%CI:1.204-3.429),diabetes mellitus(OR:2.721;95%CI:1.551-4.772),and hypertension(OR:1.650,95%CI:1.045-2.605).The rate of BRAF mutations in SSLs was 35.5%.CONCLUSION The prevalence of SSLs was 4.2%.BRAF mutations were present in one-third of *** risk factors for SSLs included age≥40,male sex,diabetes mellitus,and hypertension.

Metal organic framework(MOF)has been paid great attention as a potential candidate for various applications in the field of energy and environment,particularly in air *** various MOFs,MIL-101(Fe) represents an interesting material possessing many advantages,including the ease of fabrication,high porosity,high specific surface area with open metal sites,making it a promising material in the field of harmful gas *** these advantages,MIL-101(Fe) was synthesized by facile microwave-solvothermal method and applied as a photocatalyst for the degradation of *** de-NOxefficiency of the synthesized powder was evaluated with respect to various operating parameters including substrates,sample doses,light spectrum and light intensity,initial NO concentration,and relative *** results have shown that the efficiency of NOxphotocatalytic degradation reaches to 77%under solar irradiation via 0.1 g of MIL-101(Fe) with optimum condition of reaction,(alumina substrate,350 ppb of initial NO concentration,40–50%of relative humidity).Then this work provides the optimum condition for the efficient photocatalytic degradation of NOx.

目的解决用于乏燃料贮运的球墨铸铁筒体容器因内壁腐蚀导致服役寿命短的问题,提高球墨铸铁表面的硬度及耐腐蚀性能。方法利用送粉式激光熔覆技术在球墨铸铁表面制备4种不同组分的316L不锈钢、Ni625合金、410L不锈钢及NJ30合金熔覆层。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪表征熔覆层的微观组织、物相组成、元素分布及腐蚀形貌。借助显微硬度计、电化学工作站测试熔覆层的显微硬度及耐腐蚀性能。结果4种合金熔覆层均成形质量良好,无裂纹及明显的气孔缺陷,并与基体形成了良好的冶金结合。熔覆层底部至顶部出现相似的组织形态,但晶粒尺寸存在较大的差异。316L、Ni625、410L及NJ30显微硬度显著高于基体,分别为基体的1.74、1.92、2.35及2.4倍,熔覆层内部固溶体及硬质相的生成是提高硬度的显著因素。在3.5%的NaCl溶液中,4种熔覆层的耐腐蚀性由好到差为316L、Ni625、410L、NJ30。腐蚀形貌显示,316L及Ni625熔覆层在电化学测试环境下具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。结论316L及Ni625合金熔覆层具有良好的综合性能,适用于提高大型球墨铸铁容器的表面改性。

Glypican-3 is a protein encoded by the Glypican-3 gene located on human X chromosome (Xq26), composed of two subunits, a 40 kDa N-terminal subunit, and a 30 kDa C-terminal subunit. Glypican-3 is a currently potential target molecule for liver cancer treatments because of its over-expression and growth effects on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study examined the expression and purification of a C-terminal subunit of Glypican-3 protein (GPC3-Csub) due to its application in both diagnosis and therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. The gene encoding for GPC3-Csub was successfully cloned into plasmid pET28a fused with an affinity tag composed of six consecutive histidine residues (His-tag). Recombinant protein GPC3-Csub was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) in the condition of adding 3% ethanol with IPTG induction. GPC3-Csub was extracted using repeated freeze-thaw cycles with lysozyme, and inclusion bodies were solubilized by 8M Urea, SDS 10% in pH 12. His-tag fused GPC3-Csub proteins allowed it to be purified by affinity chromatography method using the Nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) column. High expression of GPC3-Csub was confirmed by Coomassie staining and western-blot. GPC3-Csub could be isolated with a Ni-NTA column and have a purity of about 90%.

The control synthesis of the high-speed underwater vehicle faces many technical challenges due to its inherent structure and surrounding operational *** this paper,the dynamical behavior is firstly described through a bifurcation analysis to give some insights for robust control *** a novel adaptive fractional-order sliding mode controller(AFOSMC)is realized to effectively manipulate the supercavitating vehicle against payload changes,nonlinear planing force,and external *** fractional order(FO)calculus can offer more flexibility and more freedom for tuning active control synthesis than the integer-order *** addition,the adaptation law has been presented to directly handle the payload change *** stability of the controlled vehicle system is proven via Lyapunov stability ***,the dynamic performance of the proposed controller is verified through extensive simulation results,which demonstrate the control accuracy with faster responses compared with existing integer-order ***,the proposed fractional order controllers can provide higher performance than their integer order counterparts with control algorithms.

As the Smart city trend especially artificial intelligence,data science,and the internet of things has attracted lots of attention,many researchers have created various smart applications for improving people’s life *** it is very essential to automatically collect and exploit information in the era of industry 4.0,a variety of models have been proposed for storage problem solving and efficient data *** this paper,we present our proposed system,Trendy Keyword Extraction System(TKES),which is designed for extracting trendy keywords from text *** system also supports storing,analyzing,and visualizing documents coming from text *** system first automatically collects daily articles,then it ranks the importance of keywords by calculating keywords’frequency of existence in order to find trendy keywords by using the Burst Detection Algorithm which is proposed in this paper based on the idea of *** method is used for detecting bursts.A burst is defined as a period of time when a keyword is continuously and unusually popular over the text stream and the identification of bursts is known as burst detection *** results from user requests could be displayed ***,we create a method in order to find a trendy keyword set which is defined as a set of keywords that belong to the same *** work also describes the datasets used for our experiments,processing speed tests of our two proposed algorithms.
