Breast can.er detection.heavily relies on.medical imagin., particularly ultrasoun., for early diagn.sis an. effectivetreatmen.. The primary challen.e is accurately distin.uishin. between.malign.n. an. ben.gn.umors, complicated by factors such as speckle n.ise, variable image quality, an. the n.ed for precise segmen.ation.n. classification. The main.objective of the research paper is to develop an.advan.ed methodology for breastultrasoun. image classification. focusin. on.speckle n.ise reduction. precise segmen.ation. feature extraction. an.machin. learn.n.-based classification. A un.que approach is in.roduced that combin.s En.an.ed Speckle ReducedAn.sotropic Diffusion.(SRAD) filters for speckle n.ise reduction. U-n.T-based segmen.ation. Gen.tic Algorithm(GA)-based feature selection. an. Ran.om Forest an. Baggin. Tree classifiers, resultin. in.a n.vel an. efficien.model. The laten. heat of con.en.ation.is lost to the atmosphere; hen.e it is n.t utilized to in.rease distillate output of sin.le basin.solar stills. This difficulty was overcome by attachin. an.addition.l basin.to the main.basin. The performan.e of the double basin.solar still was also in.reased by attachin. vacuum tubes to the lower basin. hen.e the lower basin.possessed a higher tempera- ture throughout the day. The laten. heat of con.en.ation.of the bottom basin.was also utilized to in.rease distillate. But the distillate output of the compared with that of the proposed a n.vel approach to of the double basin.solar still top basin.was even.lower bottom basin. This paper in.rease the distillate output attached with vacuum tubes by in.roducin. differen. sen.ible en.rgy storage materials like pebbles, black gran.te gravel an. calcium ston.s to in.rease the basin.area. Experimen.s were con.ucted in.climate con.ition. of Mehsan. （23.6000° n. 72.4000° E） Gujarat from April to September 2013 with a con.tan. water depth of 2 cm in.the top basin.with an. without the use of basin.materials. The results showed that the distillate output of basin.material with calcium ston.s is greater （74%） compared with that of black gran.te gravel an. pebbles. The in.egration.of vacuum tubes with solar still greatly in.reases the distillate output of the solar still by providin. hot water at the lower basin.

In.the presen. study, detailed in.estigation. have been.carried out in.Petroleum, Chemicals an. Petrochemical In.estmen. Region.(PCPIR) area in.Vygra an. Bharuch Talukas in.Bharuch district of Gujarat State. In.ian.Remote Sen.in. Satellite (IRS-P6) LISS-III, LISS-IV an. CARTOSAT digital data coverin. PCPIR area in.Bharuch district for the period of Jan.ary & February of 2011, 2012 an. 2013 was an.lyzed for lan. use/lan. cover mappin. an. mon.torin. the chan.es in.lan. use. Various thematic lan. use/lan. cover maps were prepared an. GIS database for various thematic layers have been.gen.rated usin. satellite an. groun. based in.ormation. The results in.icate that the major lan. use in.the PCPIR area is agriculture with crop lan.s ran.in. from 61 to 63 per cen. of the total area. Crop lan. has decreased from 64.7% durin. 2011 to 62.7% durin. 2013 in.the PCPIR region. Area un.er plan.ation. in.PCPIR area has also decreased from 5.5% durin. 2011 to 5.2% durin. 2012. The in.ustrial area has in.reased from 6.0% to 7.6% of the total area of the PCPIR region. The total built-up area (in.ustries & village area) has in.reased from 7.1% durin. 2011 to 8.7% durin. 2013. The iden.ification.of jets origin.tin. from quarks an. gluon.,often.referred to as quark/gluon.taggin.,plays an.importan. role in.various an.lyses performed at the Large Hadron.Collider,as Stan.ard Model measuremen.s an. searches for n.w particles decayin. to quarks often.rely on.suppressin. a large gluon.in.uced *** paper describes the measuremen. of the efficien.ies of quark/gluon.taggers developed within.the ATLAS Collaboration.usin. √s=13 TeV proton.proton.collision.data with an.in.egrated lumin.sity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performan.es in.rejectin. jets from gluon.over jets from quarks are studied:on. tagger is based on.requiremen.s on.the n.mber of in.er-detector tracks associated with the jet,an. the other combin.s several jet substructure observables usin. a boosted decision.tree.A method is established to determin. the quark/gluon.fraction.in.data,by usin. quark/gluon.en.iched subsamples defin.d by the jet *** in.taggin. efficien.y between.data an. simulation.are provided for jets with tran.verse momen.um between.500 GeV an. 2 TeV an. for multiple tagger workin. poin.s.

Seven.mon.hs after UFE, a patien. had a complete small bowel obstruction.develop that was caused by an.adhesive ban. between.the posterior fibroid an. cul-de-sac. She un.erwen. an.exploratory laparotomy, lysis of adhesion. an. myomectomy. n. bowel resection.was n.eded. In.lammation.after UFE may cause the developmen. of in.raperiton.al adhesion.. We report an.un.n.icipated case of a complete small bowel obstruction.caused by an.adhesion.observed after UFE.
