Nona.coholic fa.ty liver disea.e (Na.LD) is a.pa.hologica. condition seen a. histologica. cha.ge ra.ging from simple stea.osis to stea.ohepa.itis, a.va.ced fibrosis a.d liver disea.e a.ong pa.ients without significa.t a.cohol consumption. Microa.buminuria.which is defined a. the urina.y a.bumin excretion of 30 - 300 mg/24h ha. been reported to be a.risk fa.tor for rena. a.d ca.diova.cula. disorders. It a.so ha. independent correla.ion to high morta.ity in dia.etic a.d hypertensive pa.ients. Na.LD is a.fecting non obese non dia.etic individua.s;Microa.buminuria.is correla.ed to viscera. a.ipose tissue even in non dia.etic non obese pa.ients with limited studies in this a.pect. Microa.buminuria.is considered a. a.risk fa.tor for ca.diova.cula. a.d chronic kidney disea.e. a.m of the work: To a.sess urina.y a.bumin crea.inine ra.io in non-obese non-dia.etic pa.ients with nona.coholic fa.ty liver disea.e. Pa.ients a.d methods: Tota. number of 80 pa.ients with Na.LD tha. were non dia.etic non obese pa.ients. a.domina. ultra.onogra.hy a.d la.ora.ory investiga.ions were done. Results: Eighty non-obese, non-dia.etic subjects (32 women, 48 men) with the mea. a.e of 50.9 were included in this study. The popula.ion of the study wa. cla.sified into four groups a.cording to ultra.onogra.hic degrees of stea.osis. Control Group (a., (No. 25) 31.25% of tota. ca.es a.e reported a. no fa. a.cumula.ion in liver. Group B;No. 21 26.25% of tota. ca.es a.e reported a. ha. mild stea.osis (Na.LD 1). Group C;No. 18 (22.5%) of tota. ca.es a.d reported a. ha. modera.e fa. a.cumula.ion (modera.e stea.osis). Group D;No. 16 (20%) of tota. ca.es reported ha. severe fa. a.cumula.ion (severe stea.osis). Urina.y a.bumin crea.inine ra.io a.so shows increa.e in its va.ues with increa.ing in the degree of stea.osis a.ong different groups which is highly sta.istica.ly significa.t. Triglycerides, tota. cholesterol a.d LDL show a.so significa.t cha.ges between groups a. they a.e significa.tly increa.ed in v
