Purpose: Diet and eating habits are major risk factors for the health and the development of disease, such as, for example, metabolic disorder leading to cardiovascular pathology and cancer, decreased immunity exposing to infections. This study of the physico-chemical and nutritional properties of a soumara-based food broth was carried out with the aim of promoting the consumption of organic broth made from nere seeds (soumara). That is to alleviate certain metabolic diseases, which is a matter of food safety, and also to limit the risk for the health about the consumption of some cooking stocks on the market. methods: Several natural ingredients such as nere seeds (soumara), ginger, black pepper, parsley and garlic were used to create a nere-based stock. All these ingredients were freeze-dried and the powder obtained was used to make the broth, regarding their physical and chemical properties. Results: The broth had a good protein content of 17.41 ± 0.367 g/100g, a lipid content of 16.80 ± 0.08 g/100g and a fiber content of 8.66 ± 0.04 g/100g. In terms of nutritional values, the broth showed good levels of calcium 184.21 ± 0.09 mg/100g, potassium 50.04 ± 1.45 mg/100g and iron and zinc. In terms of antioxidant activity, the broth also showed good antioxidant activity. Conclusion: Regarding the properties of our food broth, whose composition is based on natural ingredients, could be recommended for consumption and, its properties, could play an important role in preventing and combating certain metabolic diseases.

BACKGROUND Bariatric and metabolic surgery have been routinely performed following the rapid increase in obesity and metabolic diseases *** all evolving procedures,Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RYGB)is considered the gold standard for surgical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2Dm)and *** was introduced in China nearly 20 years ago,but the number of RYGB surgeries only accounts for 3.1%of the total number of weight loss and metabolic surgeries in China,it’s effect on Chinese people still needs further *** To investigate the effect and safety of a modified gastric bypass performed in Chinese patients with *** Patients with obesity and T2Dm who underwent modified gastric bypass,with>5-year follow-up data,were *** All 37 patients underwent uneventful laparoscopic surgery,no patient was switched to laparotomy during the surgery,and no severe complications were *** weight and body mass index of the patients reduced from 84.6±17.3(60.0–140.0)kg and 30.9±5.0(24.7–46.2)kg/m2 to 67.1±12.2(24.7–46.2)kg and 24.6±3.9(17.7–36.5)kg/m2,respectively,and fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin decreased from 7.4±3.4 mmol/L and 8.2%±1.7%preoperatively to 6.5±1.3 mmol/L and 6.5%±0.9%5-years postoperatively,*** 29.7%(11/37)of the patients used hypoglycemic drugs 5-years postoperatively,and the complete remission rate of T2Dm was 29.7%(11/37).Triglyceride level reduced significantly but high-density lipoprotein increased significantly(both Pmpared with those during the preoperative *** and renal function improved significantly postoperatively,and binary logistic regression analysis revealed that the patients’preoperative history of T2Dm and fasting C-peptide were significant prognostic factors influencing complete T2Dm remission after RYGB(P=0.006 and 0.012,respectively).CONCLUSION The modified gastric bypass is a safe and feasible procedure for Chinese patients with obesity an

To gain better insight into the influence of the anion size and symmetry on the transport properties and thermal stability of an electrolyte based on lithium(fluorosulfonyl)(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)-imide(FTFSI)salt,we performed the physical and electrochemical characterization of an electrolyte based on FTFSI incorporated in standard binary(3 EC/7 EmC)and ternary(EC/PC/3 DmC)alkylcarbonate *** applying the Jones-Dole-Kaminsky(JDK),Eyring and Arrhenius empirical models to the electrolyte viscosity we show that the activation enthalpy and entropy energy barriers(ΔH≠,ΔS≠)for viscous flow are between 12 and 15 kJ·mol^(-1).They are strongly dependent on the solvent nature and are significantly lower than their symmetric anions LiFSI and LiTFSI(19-20 kJ·mol^(-1))in the binary ***,the hydrodynamic radius,rs,calculated by JDK,and the ionicity behavior illustrated by the Walden role,showed that the FTFSI anion is outside the solvation sphere(rs>0.6 nm)which is smaller in the case of an EC/EmC solvent *** the 3 EC/7 EmC solvent mixture,LiFTFSI is less conductive than in the ternary mixture i.e.,σ_(max)=8.9 mS cm^(-1) at C_(max)=1.1 mol L^(-1) for 3 EC/7 EmC and,σ_(max)=10.5 mS cm^(-1) at max=0.7 mol L^(-1) for EC/PC/3 DmC,due to a strong solvation and a greater association of FTFSI ions in the binary solvent *** thermal stability of FTFSI based electrolytes was determined by the shift of the evaporation temperature of the volatile solvents(DmC,EmC)in the presence of salt,towards the higher *** feature is visible on the thermograms obtained by DSC both with the liquid electrolyte and with charged LmO cathodes in presence of *** consequences of these properties on the electrochemical behavior of a graphite(Gr)half-cell,a lithium metal(Li)anode and a manganese lithium oxide(LmO)cathode demonstrated on the one hand the formation of a thick solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on graphite that consumed a significant amou

目的分析协日嘎-4味散成分组成,并测定黄柏碱、绿原酸、栀子苷、小檗碱、芦丁、姜黄素的含量。方法高效液相色谱-四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(HPLC-Q-Exactive-mS)定性分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.35 mL/min;柱温35℃;电喷雾离子源;正负离子扫描。高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(HPLC-mS/mS)定量分析采用Shim-pack GIST-HP C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%甲酸;体积流量0.25 mL/min;柱温35℃;电喷雾离子源;正负离子扫描;多反应监测模式。结果共鉴定出65种成分,包括19种生物碱、13种有机酸、13种黄酮、7种姜黄素、6种环烯醚萜、4种脂肪酸、2种醛、1种氨基酸。6种成分在各自范围线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),平均加样回收率96.44%~102.37%,RSD 2.05%~3.74%。结论本研究可为协日嘎-4味散的质量控制提供参考。

接种西安市某污水处理厂缺氧池生物膜构建升流式厌氧固定床生物膜(UAFB)反应器从而富集培养厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)生物膜,通过测定生物膜Anammox活性和酶活性并进行高通量测序分析,探讨城市污水处理厂现有填料转型培养Anammox生物膜的可行性及生物膜内菌群演替规律.结果表明,经29d培养后的UAFB-Anammox反应器TN去除率高达76.22%,快速启动成功;负荷提升阶段,表面氮负荷(SNLR)由0.23g/(m^(2)·d)提升至2.59g/(m^(2)·d),最大Anammox活性维持2.15g/(m^(2)·d),TN去除率高达83.68%.Illumina miSeq测序结果发现,富集后的生物膜中优势菌属为***,相对丰度为33.38%,富集效果明显.同时缺氧生物膜上反硝化菌Denitratisoma以Anammox的产物NO_(3)^(-)-N为基质,逐渐与AnAOB形成共生存关系.这说明利用城市污水处理厂现有缺氧生物膜可以快速培养Anammox生物膜,对Anammox工艺在城市污水处理厂升级改造中的应用提供一定参考.

This prospective multicenter phase II study evaluated the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant nivolumab-exclusive(N)and nivolumab–chemotherapy(N/C)combinations based on PD-L1 *** patients exhibited resectable clinical stage IIA–IIIB(AJCC 8th edition)NSCLC without EGFR/ALK *** received either mono-nivolumab(N)or nivolumab+nabpaclitaxel+carboplatin(N/C)for three cycles based on PD-L1 *** primary endpoint was the major pathological response(mPR).Key secondary endpoints included the pathologic complete response(pCR),objective response rate(ORR),and event-free survival(EFS).Baseline PD-L1 expression and perioperative circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)status were correlated with pCR and ***-two patients were enrolled,with 46 undergoing *** mPR was 50.0%(26/52),with 25.0%(13/52)achieving pCR,and 16.7%and 66.7%for patients with PD-L1≥50%in N and N/C groups,***(25.0%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher immune-related adverse events during neoadjuvant *** with post-neoadjuvant ctDNA negativity was more likely to have pCR(39.1%)compared with those remained positive(6.7%,odds ratio=6.14,95%CI 0.84-Inf,p=0.077).With a median follow-up of 25.1 months,the 18-month EFS rate was 64.8%(95%CI 51.9–81.0%).For patients with ctDNA–***+,the 18m-EFS rate was 93.8%vs 47.3%(HR,0.15;95%CI 0.04,0.94;p=0.005).Immunochemotherapy may serve as an optimal neoadjuvant treatment even for patients with PD-L1 expression≥50%.ctDNA negativity following neoadjuvant treatment and surgery could help identify superior pathological and survival benefits,which requires further confirmation in a prospective clinical trial(NCT04015778).

为了探究变载条件下凹坑织构化轴承的摩擦磨损性能,以81107TN推力圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,通过在轴圈表面制备不同直径和不同深度的凹坑型织构,利用mmW-1A型万能摩擦磨损试验机,在阶梯渐进增长式载荷和贫油条件下进行试验。通过分析和对比试验后的摩擦系数、磨损量以及表面形貌,发现:直径250μm、深度20μm的凹坑织构化轴承表现出良好的摩擦磨损性能,其平均摩擦系数上升时间点比光滑无织构轴承滞后6000s,磨损量相比光滑无织构轴承降低7%;这里的条件下,变载荷条件下轴承的平均摩擦系数比恒定载荷低,最大差值为0.031,且后期变载荷轴承平均摩擦系数更稳定,变载荷轴承磨损量相比恒定载荷轴承也减少了7.3%。
