When heavy-duty commercial vehicles(HDCVs)must engage in emergency braking,uncertain conditions such as the brake pressure and road profile variations will inevitably affect braking *** minimize these uncertainties,we propose a combined longitudinal and lateral controller method based on stochastic model predictive control(SMPC)that is achieved via Chebyshev–Cantelli *** our method,SMPC calculates braking control inputs based on a finite time prediction that is achieved by solving stochastic programming elements,including chance *** accomplish this,SMPC explicitly describes the probabilistic uncertainties to be used when designing a robust control *** main contribution of this paper is the proposal of a braking control formulation that is robust against probabilistic friction circle uncertainty *** specifically,the use of Chebyshev–Cantelli inequality suppresses road profile influences,which have characteristics that are different from the Gaussian distribution,thereby improving both braking robustness and control performance against statistical ***,since the Kalman filtering(KF)algorithm is used to obtain the expectation and covariance used for calculating deterministic transformed chance constraints,the SMPC is reformulated as a KF embedded deterministic ***,the effectiveness of our proposed method is verified via a MATLAB/Simulink and TruckSim co-simulation.

中国近世的通常观念中对于乐府体的认识很模糊,特别是唐代乐府诗有怎样的样式特征是一个难题。以日本松浦友久教授的乐府研究为中心,可以从叙事学的角度重新考察唐代乐府诗的三种艺术表现功能。分别为:对乐曲的联想;观察视点的第三人称化,场面的客体化;表现意图的未完结化。其中“观察视点的第三人称化”以西洋叙事学中“叙事视角”以及“人称”等角度为出发点,提出唐代乐府诗中存在的“客体化”以及“第三人称化”的特征。此观点不仅对唐代乐府诗的理解具有参考价值,对唐诗英译等方面的研究也具有启发意义。

Tyrosinase（TYR） was covalently immobilized onto amino-functionalized carbon felt surface via glutaraldehyde-coupling under ultrasonic treatment for 10 *** resulting TYR-immobilized carbon felt was used as a working electrode unit of bioelectrocatalytic flow-through detector for TYR substrates（catechol,p-chlorophenol（p-CP）,p-cresol,phenol etc.）.Cathodic peak currents based on the electroreduction of enzymatically produced o-quinones were detected at-50 mV ***/*** with previous work in which TYR was immobilized onto amino-functionalized carbon felt for 16 hr without the ultrasonic treatment,we succeeded in（1） shortening the enzyme immobilization time from 16 hr to 10 min,（2） enhancing the sensitivity of p-CP,and（3） improving the operational stability of *** ultrasonic treatment during the TYR immobilization step would lead to certain changes in the structure of the immobilized TYR and the morphology of the immobilized TYR-layer on the carbon felt surface.

A hemin [iron-Fe（III） protoporphyrin IX chloride] was adsorbed onto a carbon-felt （CF）, which is a microelectrode ensemble of micro carbon fiber （ca. 7 ~tm diameter）. The resulting hemin-adsorbed-CF （hemin-CF） showed a well-defined redox wave based on the hemin- Fe（III）/Fe（II） redox process with the formal potential of -0.225 V vs. Ag/AgC1 in deoxygenated phosphate]citrate buffer solution （0.1 mol/L, pH 5.0）. The apparent heterogenous electron transfer rate constant was estimated to be 8.6 sec-1. In air-saturated electrolyte solution, the hemin-CF exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of dioxygen （O2）. This activity was reversibly inhibited by respiratory toxins such as cyanide and azide, which bind sixth coordination position of iron active center of hemin. The electrocatalytic Oz reduction current at the hemin-CF was modulated by the toxins in a concentration-depending manner. Based on the relationship between the %inhibition and the toxin concentration, apparent inhibition constants of cyanide and azide were evaluated to be 4.52 and 1.98 Ixmol/L, respectively. When the hemin-CF was used as a working electrode unit of the CF-based electrochemical flow-through detector with air-saturated carrier, the injection of the azide induced peak-shape current responses, which allowed rapid and continuous flow-amperometric determination of azide with high sensitivity.

Poly（pheniothiazine） films were prepared on a porous carbon felt（CF） electrode surface by an electrooxidative polymerization of three phenothiazine derivatives（i.e.,Tthionine（TN）,Toluidine Blue（TB） and Methylene Blue（MB）） from 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution（pH 7.0）.Among the three phenothiazies,the poly（TB） film-modified CF exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide reduced form（NADH） at ＋0.2 V ***/*** poly（TB） film-modified CF was successfully used as working electrode unit of highly sensitive amperometric flow-through detector for *** peak currents（peak heights） were almost unchanged,irrespective of a carrier flow rate ranging from 2.0 to 4.1 mL/min,resulting in the measurement of NADH（ca.30 samples/hr） at 4.1 mL/*** peak current responses of NADH showed linear relationship over the concentration range from 1 to 30 μmol/L（sensitivity：0.318 μA/（μmol/L）;correlation coefficient：0.997）.The lower detection limit was found to be 0.3 μmol/L（S/N = 3）.

To approach basic scientific questions on the origin and evolution of plan- etary bodies such as planets, their satellites and asteroids, one needs data on their chemical composition. The measurements of gamma-rays, X-rays and neutrons emit- ted from their surface materials provide information on abundances of major elements and naturally radioactive gamma-ray emitters. Neutron spectroscopy can provide sen- sitive maps of hydrogen- and carbon-containing compounds, even if buried, and can uniquely identify layers of carbon-dioxide frost. Nuclear spectroscopy, as a means of compositional analysis, has been applied via orbital and lander spacecraft to extrater- restrial planetary bodies： the Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury and asteroids. The knowl- edge of their chemical abundances, especially concerning the Moon and Mars, has greatly increased in recent years. This paper describes the principle of nuclear spec- troscopy, nuclear planetary instruments carried on planetary missions so far, and the nature of observational results and findings of the Moon and Mars, recently obtained by nuclear spectroscopy.

A new microscopic approach was proposed, which bridges the order gap between the dislocation theory and the crystalline plasticity based on the quantum field theory of dislocations. The Ginzburg-Landau equation was derived rigorously from the quantized Hamiltonian for a crystal body containing a large number of dislocations, which gives the reaction-diffusion (RD) type differential equations. The RD equation describes periodic patterning shown in PSBs, etc.. relationship between the proposed theory and the concepts appeared in the non-Riemannian plasticity was extensively discussed by introducing the gauge field of dislocations. A microtubule nucleates from a γ-tubuUn complex, which consists of γ-tubulin, proteins from the SPC971SPC98 family, and the WD40 motif protein GCP-WD. We analyzed the phylogenetic relationships of the genes encoding these proteins and found that the components of this complex are widely conserved among land plants and other eukaryotes. By contrast, the interphase and mitotic arrays of microtubules in land plants differ from those in other eukaryotes. In the interphase cortical array, the majority of microtubules nucleate on existing microtubules in the absence of conspicuous microtubule organizing centers （MTOCs）, such as a centrosome. During mitosis, the spindle also forms in the absence of conspicuous MTOCs. Both poles of the spindle are broad, and branched structures of microtubules called microtubule converging centers form at the poles. In this review, we hypothesize that the microtubule converging centers form via microtubule-dependent microtubule nucleation, as in the case of the interphase arrays. The evolutionary insights arising from the molecular basis of the diversity in microtubule organization are discussed.

An oblique edge crack problem in a semi-infinite plane is discussed. Re concentrated forces are applied on the edge crack face, or on the line boundary of the cracked semi-infinite plane. The rational mapping function approach is suggested to solve the boundary value problem and a solution in a closed form is obtained. Finally, several numerical examples with the calculated results are given.

An increase in oxidative stress plays a key role in neurotoxicity induction and cell death, which leads to neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. Cyanidin-3-glucoside (C3G) is a common anthocyanin and shows antioxidant activity in neuronal cells. Silent information regulator 2-related protein 1 (Sirt1) regulates antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. However, the effects of C3G on Sirt1 in neuronal cells remain unclear. This study evaluated the effect of C3G on Sirt1 expression and activity in human neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) cells. In the study, C3G increased the expression of Sirt1 and Sirt1 activity in SH-SY5Y cells. Additionally, C3G increased the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2, a vital transcription factor for regulating the expression of antioxidant genes, as well as antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase and catalase. Moreover, C3G protected SH-SY5Y cells from oxidative stress. These results suggest that C3G decreased oxidative stress-induced cell injury by increasing the expression of Sirt1 and other antioxidant factors. Therefore, C3G might merit further investigation for use in attenuating the progress of neurodegenerative diseases.
