Bio-ins.ired helicoidal compos.te laminates. ins.ired by the intricate helical s.ructures.found in nature, pres.nt a promis.ng frontier for enhancing the mechanical properties.of s.ructural des.gns. Hence, this.s.udy provides.a comprehens.ve inves.igation into the nonlinear free vibration and nonlinear bending behavior of bio-ins.ired compos.te plates. The invers. hyperbolic s.ear deformation theory(IHs.T) of plates.is.employed to characterize the dis.lacement field, with the incorporation of Green-Lagrange nonlinearity. The problem is.modeled us.ng the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-hous. code is.developed in the MATLAB environment to s.lve it numerically. Various.helicoidal layup configurations.including helicoidal recurs.ve(HR), helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal s.mi-circular(Hs., linear helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with different layup s.quences.and quas.-is.tropic configurations.are s.udied. The model is.validated, and parametric s.udies.are conducted. Thes. s.udies.inves.igate the effects.of layup configurations. s.de-to-thicknes. ratio, modulus.ratios. boundary conditions. and loading conditions.at different load amplitudes.on the nonlinear vibration and nonlinear bending behaviors.of bio-ins.ired compos.te plates. The res.lts.s.ow that the laminate s.quence exerts.a s.bs.antial impact on both nonlinear natural frequencies.and nonlinear bending behaviors. Moreover, this.influence varies.acros. different s.de-to-thicknes. ratios.and boundary conditions.of the bio-ins.ired compos.te plate.

Background: Intraperitoneal ins.illation (IPI) of local anes.hes.a was.reported to reduce pos.operative pain after laparos.opic s.rgeries. We aim to evaluate the effectivenes. of IPI of bupivacaine + dexmedetomidine vers.s.bupivacaine + dexamethas.ne on pos.operative pain in patients.undergoing laparos.opic cholecys.ectomy (LC). Methods. This.randomized clinical trial was.carried out on one hundred patients.who underwent LC under general anes.hes.a. Patients.were randomly divided into: Group (Dexa): IPI of bupivacaine with dexamethas.ne and Group (Dexmed): IPI of bupivacaine with dexmedetomidine. Res.lts. The firs. time to reques. analges.a was.s.gnificantly delayed in the dexmed group (P value Conclus.ons. Intraperitoneal Bupivacaine + Dexmedetomidine provided longer pain-free pos.operative duration lower pain s.ore over time, and les.er analges.c cons.mption.

The pres.nt paper contributes.in s.udying the phas. velocities.of P- and s.waves.in a half s.ace s.bjected to a compres.ive initial s.res. and gravity field. The dens.ty and acceleration due to gravity vary quadratically along the depth. The dis.ers.on equation is.derived in a clos.d form. It is.s.own that the phas. velocities.depend not only on the initial s.res., gravity, and direction of propagation but als. on the inhomogeneity parameter as.ociated with the dens.ty and acceleration due to gravity. Various.particular cas.s.are obtained, and the res.lts.match with the clas.ical res.lts. Numerical inves.igations.on the phas. velocities.of P- and s.waves.agains. the wave number are made for various.s.ts.of values.of the material parameters. and the res.lts.are illus.rated graphically. The graphical us.r interface model is.developed to generalize the effect.

Moreover, through the implementation of multi-component decompos.tions.within the potential BKP hierarchy,s.cces.ful endeavors.have been undertaken to formulate linear s.perpos.tion s.lutions.and novel coupled Kd V-type s.s.ems.that res.s. decoupling via alterations.in dependent variables.

Background: Left ventricular s.ze is.a factor independently as.ociated with increas.d mortality in mitral s.rgery, particularly, in the s.tting of is.hemic mitral regurgitation (IMR). In s.me patients.with dilated ventricles. revers. remodelling does.not occur, with a high ris. of res.dual or recurrent mitral regurgitation and therefore as.ociated with wors. outcome. We conducted multi-centers.retros.ective obs.rvational s.udy on a cohort of patients.who had combined CABG and mitral s.rgery for moderately s.vere IMR to correlate a relations.ip between perioperative left ventricular dimens.ons.to pos.operative mortality rates.in both genders. Res.lts. 287 patients.had combined CABG and mitral valve s.rgery. The exclus.on criteria were patients.with very low function Conclus.on: Failure of early ventricular remodeling with pers.s.ently elevated end s.s.olic dimens.ons.is.a ris. factor for pos.operative death in both genders. Females.gender will have an additional higher ris. if the end dias.olic dimens.ons.remain elevated.
