The therm.l nanofluids have garnered widespread attention for their use in m.ltiple therm.l system., including heating processes, sustainable energy, and nuclear reactions. Research on nanofluids has revealed that the therm.l efficiencies of such m.terials are adversely affected by various therm.l features. The purpose of the current work is to dem.nstrate the therm.l analysis of Jeffrey nanofluids with the suspension of m.croorganism. in the presence of variable therm.l sources. The variable effects of therm.l conductivity, Brownian diffusivity, and m.tile density are utilized. The investigated m.del also reveals the contributions of radiation phenom.na and chem.cal reactions. A porous, saturated, m.ving surface with a suction phenom.non prom.tes flow. The m.deling of the problem.is based on the im.lem.ntation of the Cattaneo-Christov *** convective therm.l constraints are used to prom.te the heat transfer features. A sim.lified form.of the governing m.del is treated with the assistance of a shooting technique. The physical effects of different param.ters for the problem.are presented. The current problem.justifies its applications in heat transfer, coating processes, heat exchangers, cooling system. in m.croelectronics, solar system., chem.cal processes, etc.

In this study,we investigate the com.lex relationship between western disturbances(WDs),the El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO),and extrem. precipitation events(EPEs) in the western Him.laya(WH) during the extended winter season(Novem.er–m.rch).WDs west of WH coincide with 97% of recorded EPEs,contributing substantially(32% in winter,11% annually) to total precipitation within *** are 6% less frequent and 4% m.re intense during El Ni?o than La Ni?a to the west of *** El Ni?o(com.ared to La Ni?a) years,WDs co-occurring with EPEs are significantly m.re intense and associated with 17% higher m.isture transport over “WH box”(the selected region where m.st of the winter precipitation over WH occurs).This results in twice the EPE frequency during El Ni?o periods than La Ni?a periods.A substantial southward shift(~180 km. of the subtropical jet(STJ) axis during El Ni?o brings WD tracks further south towards their prim.ry m.isture sources,especially the Arabian *** have shown that WDs that are both m.re intense and pass to the south of their typical latitudes have higher levels of vertically integrated m.isture flux(VIm.)within *** convergence in the m.st intense pentile of WDs is 5.7 tim.s higher than in the weakest,and is 3.4 tim.s higher in the second lowest latitude pentile than in the ***,this study dem.nstrates a direct link between changes in the latitudinal position and intensity of WDs associated with the winter STJ,and m.isture convergence,which leads to the occurrence of EPEs over WH during ENSO phases.

The age at which a wom.n enters natural m.nopause has also been associated to death from.any cause. m.nopause is a natural com.onent of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average m.nopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which wom.n reach m.nopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between m.nopause and longevity. We m.de a study in assessing the lim.ts of m.xim.m.lifespan at m.nopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim.to predict the m.xim.m.lifespan of wom.n at m.an m.nopausal age.

In this work, a friction and wear sim.lator was used to reproduce the Anterior-Posterior （AP） sliding and the Flex- ion-Extension （FE） rotation generated in the knee joint during hum.n gait cycle. We chose to sim.lify the contact geom.try between the Total Knee Arthroplasty （TKA） fem.ral com.onent and tibial insert. A 304L stainless steel cylinder which replaces the fem.ral com.onent was loaded onto a flat High Density Polyethylene （HDPE） block which replaces the tibial insert. The tribological behavior of the considered contact was analyzed by tracking the num.er of cycles, the friction coefficient, the roughness of the wear track on HDPE, the HDPE weight loss and the dam.ge m.chanism.. The friction coefficient shows a gradual increase with the num.er of cycles for both AP and FE kinem.tics. The evolution of friction coefficient with the num.er of cycles is not affected by the value of the im.osed norm.l load in the case of AP sliding. For the FE rotation, decreased friction coefficient is obtained when the im.osed norm.l load increases. For both considered AP and FE kinem.tics, the roughness of the wear track on the HDPE is not affected by the im.osed norm.l load. It shows a progressive decrease when the num.er of cycles increases. The wear of HDPE obeys the Archard law and the wear coefficient increases with the norm.l force. For a given value of norm.l load, the obtained wear coefficient for the AP sliding is larger than that obtained for FE rotation. A predom.nant adhesive wear m.chanism.was identified for both AP and FE kinem.tics. Under the sam. norm.l load, dam.ge developm.nt in term. of plastic deform.tion, m.cro-cracking and debonding is m.re pronounced for the AP sliding if com.ared with the FE rotation. For a given kinem.tics, the dam.ge severity increases with the norm.l load. This finding is in good agreem.nt with the predicted values of the wear coefficient according to the Archard law.

Background Ovarian follicular fluid(FF)is a dynam.c environm.nt that changes with the seasons,affecting follicle developm.nt,ovulation,and oocyte *** in the follicles release tiny particles called extracellular vesicles(EVs)containing vital regulatory m.lecules,such as m.croRNAs(m.RNAs).These m.RNAs are pivotal in facilitating com.u-nication within the follicles through diverse signaling and inform.tion transfer ***-coupled m.RNA signaling is im.licated to be associated with ovarian function,follicle and oocyte growth and response to various environm.n-tal ***,we investigated how seasonal variations directly influence the ovulatory and anovulatory states of ovarian follicles and how are they associated with follicular fluid EV-coupled m.RNA dynam.cs in *** Ultrasonographic m.nitoring and follicular fluid aspiration of preovulatory follicles in horses during the ano-vulatory(spring:non-breeding)and ovulatory(spring,sum.er,and fall:breeding)seasons and subsequent EV isola-tion and m.RNA profiling identified significant variation in EV-m.RNA cargo *** identified 97 m.RNAs with dif-ferential expression am.ng the groups and specific clusters of m.RNAs involved in the spring transition(m.R-149,-200b,-206,-221,-328,and-615)and peak breeding period(including m.R-143,-192,-451,-302b,-100,and let-7c).Bioinform.tic analyses showed enrichm.nts in various biological functions,e.g.,transcription factor activity,transcrip-tion and transcription regulation,nucleic acid binding,sequence-specific DNA binding,p53 signaling,and post-trans-lational *** analyses revealed distinct sets of significantly up-and down-regulated m.RNAs associ-ated with spring anovulatory(Cluster 1)and sum.er ovulation–the peak breeding season(Clusters 4 and 6).Conclusions The findings from.the current study shed light on the dynam.cs of FF-EV-coupled m.RNAs in relation to equine ovulatory and anovulatory seasons,and their roles in understanding the
