Viruses are obligate intracellular entities that require a living host and its machinery for *** replication,viral components known as pathogen-associated molecular patterns(pAMps)are sensed by a family of innate immune sensors or pattern recognition receptors(pRRs)and promote an antiviral *** nucleic acids are one of the key pAMps sensed by cytosolic RIG-I-like receptors(RLRs),Cyclic GMp-AMp Synthase(cGAS),Absent In Melanoma 2(AIM2),Interferon Gamma Inducible protein 16(IFI16),and Z-DNA Binding protein 1(ZBp1 or DAI)and endosome-localized Toll-like receptors(TLR3,7,8,and 9).1 Recognition of viral RNA by Retinoic acid-inducible gene I(RIG-I),Melanoma differentiation associated gene 5(MDA5),and TLR3,7,and 8 or viral DNA by TLR9,cGAS,AIM2,IFI16,and DAI triggers a cascade of signaling events to recruit transcription factors,interferon regulatory factors and NF-κ*** IRF3/7 and NF-κB translocate to the nucleus and induce expression of type I and III interferons and proinflammatory cytokines,respectively.1 The production of these interferons is further enhanced in an autocrine and paracrine manner through the JAK-STAT signaling *** I and III interferons further induce interferoninducible genes,and together with proinflammatory cytokines,they develop an antiviral *** antiviral state is characterized by by apoptosis of virally infected cells and inhibition of the cellular protein synthesis machinery,making the uninfected cells resistant to viral infection and initiates virus-specific adaptive immune responses(Fig.1a).

In this paper we define higher order (F,α,β,ρ,d,E)-convex function with respect to E-differentiable function K and obtain optimality conditions for nonlinear programming problem (Np) from the concept of higher order (F,α,β,ρ,d)-convexity. Here, we establish Mond-Weir and Wolfe duality for (Np) and utilize these duality in nonlinear fractional programming problem.

A high-capacity viologen-based anolyte for high energy density neutral pH aqueous redox-flow batteries

Redox-ﬂow batteries(RFBs)are a promising energy storage technology with remarkable scalability and safety for storing vast amounts of renewable energy and mitigating outputﬂuctuations of renewable power *** demonstrate a neutral pH aqueous RFB using a custom-designed 1’,1’’’,1’’’’’-(benzene-1,3,5-triyltris(methylene))tris(1-(3-(trimethyl ammonio)propyl)-[4’’,4’’’-bipyridine]-1,1’-diium)nonachloride(BTTMpB)as a 3 e-storage *** custom design with the high polarization in charge density has led to the excellent water solubility of 4.0 M in H_(2)O(321.6 A h L^(-1))and 2.4 M in 2.0 M NaCl(192.9 A h L^(-1)).The density functional theory(DFT)calculations and electrochemical experiments have shown 3 e-storage response of BTTMpB with a diffusion coefﬁcient of 3.1×10^(-6)cm^(2) s^(-1)and rate con-stant of 1.6×10^(-2)cm s^(-1) for theﬁrst reduction *** synthesized anolyte was paired with(Ferrocenylmethyl)trimethylammonium chloride(FcNCl)as catholyte enabling a 0.92 V aqueous RFB with 125.9 W h L^(-1)theoretical energy *** aqueous RFB has an excellent cycling performance from 10-30 m A cm^(-2),energy efﬁciency up to 80%,capacity retention of 99.96%per cycle at 20 m A cm^(-2),and a high demonstrated energy density of 29.1 W h L^(-1).

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)or drones introduced for military applications are gaining popularity in several other fields as well such as security and surveillance,due to their ability to perform repetitive and tedious tasks in hazardous *** increased demand created the requirement for enabling the UAVs to traverse independently through the Three Dimensional(3D)flight environment consisting of various obstacles which have been efficiently addressed by metaheuristics in past ***,not a single optimization algorithms can solve all kind of optimization problem ***,there is dire need to integrate metaheuristic for general *** address this issue,in this paper,a novel reinforcement learning controlled Grey Wolf Optimisation-Archimedes Optimisation Algorithm(QGA)has been exhaustively introduced and exhaustively validated firstly on 22 benchmark functions and then,utilized to obtain the optimum flyable path without collision for UAVs in three dimensional *** performance of the developed QGA has been compared against the various *** simulation experimental results reveal that the QGA algorithm acquire a feasible and effective flyable path more efficiently in complicated environment.

High velocity ballistic impact deformation behaviour of Titanium/GFRp Fiber Metal Laminates(FML)has been *** single and multiple projectiles impact conditions were ***/GFRp FML targets were fabricated with addition of 5%and 10%weight percentage of boron carbide(B_(4)C)*** properties of Ti/GFRp FML targets were determined as per ASTM *** velocity ballistic experiments were conducted using Armour piercing projectile(App)of diameter 7.62 mm and velocity ranging between 350 and 450 m/*** of penetration of the projectile into the target was *** deformation behaviour of Ti/GFRp targets with and without the presence of ceramic powder(B_(4)C)was investigated.“Ductile hole growth”failure mode was observed for pure GFRp target when subjected to single projectile impact whereas“plugging”failure mode was noted for Ti/GFRp *** presence of B_(4)C(5%by weight)particles has significantly improved the ballistic resistance of the Ti/GFRp FML target by offering frictional resistance to the projectile *** addition(10%by weight)of B_(4)C has reduced the ballistic performance due to *** of the targets showed‘brittle cracking’or‘fragmentation’*** compared to the published results of Aluminium(Al 1100/GFRp and Al 6061/GFRp)FMLs,Ti/GFRp FML showed lesser Dop which increases its potential application to aerospace industry.

Multi and single carrier waveforms are utilized in cellular systems for high-speed data *** The Fifth Generation(5G)system,several waveform techniques based on multi carrier waveforms are ***,the peak to Average power Ratio(pApR)is seen as one of the significant concerns in advanced waveforms as it degrades the efficiency of the *** proposed article documents the study,progress,and implementation of pApR reduction algorithms for the 5G radio *** compare the pApR algorithm performance for advanced and conventional *** simulation results reveal that the advanced partial Transmission Sequence(pTS)and Selective Mapping(SLM)methods enhanced the throughput and gain of the 5G ***,we have also analyzed the performance of Orthogonal Time Frequency Space Modulation(OTFSM)based on a single carrier system and found that pApR is significantly low and is best suited to fading *** is seen that the conventional algorithms lower the pApR but increase the *** proposed pTS and SLM have shown good performance with low computational complexity.

Recent studies on high-multiplicity events in small collision systems(proton-proton and proton-lead)have drawn considerable research interest toward the possibility of the formation of partonic medium in such *** of the important consequences of the formation of dense partonic medium is the quenching of high-momentum final-state particles,resulting in several experimental observations such as suppression in nuclear modification factor RAA,modification of jet shape observableρ(r)and jet fragmentation(z^(ch))distributions,*** this work,we studyρ(r)and z^(ch)for inclusive charged-particle jets in proton-proton(pp)collisions at√s=13 TeV using the pYTHIA 8 Monash 2013 Monte Carlo *** show that the color reconnection(CR)and multiparton interaction(MpI)mechanisms in pYTHIA 8 can lead to an increased rate of jet *** also find that the mechanisms of MpI and CR and change in the gluonic contribution in high-multiplicity events result in significant modification ofρ(r)and z^(ch)compared to those in minimum bias events for 10p_(T,jet)^(ch)pI)>and gluonic contribution with the amount of modification inρ(r):the larger the number of MpIs and/or gluonic contribution,the larger the amount of modification ofρ(r).
