Disease prediction in plants has acquired much attention in recent *** factors such as:temperature,relative humidity,rainfall,sunshine play an important role in a plan’s growth only if they are present in adequate amounts as required by the *** the other hand,if the factors are inadequate,they may also support the growth of a disease in the *** current study focuses on the Rust disease in Aonla fruits and leaves by utilizing a real time dataset of weather *** different models are tested for spray prediction on conducive *** resampling techniques,random over sampling(ROS)and synthetic minority oversampling technique(SMOTE)have been used to balance the dataset and five different classifiers:support vector machine(SVM),logistic regression(LR),k-nearest neighbor(kNN),decision tree(DT)and random forest(RF)have been used to classify a particular day based on weather conditions as conducive or *** classifiers are then evaluated based on four performance metrics:accuracy,precision,recall and *** results indicate that for imbalanced dataset,kNN is appropriate with high precision and recall *** both balanced and imbalanced dataset models,the proposed model SMOTE-RF performs best among all models with 94.6%accuracy and can be used in a real time application for spray ***,timely fungicide spray prediction without over spraying will help in better productivity and will prevent the yield loss due to rust disease in Aonla crop.

The cryptic lifestyle of most fungi necessitates molecular identification of the guild in environmental *** the past decades,rapid development and affordability of molecular tools have tremendously improved insights of the fungal diversity in all ecosystems and ***,in spite of the progress of molecular methods,knowledge about functional properties of the fungal taxa is vague and interpretation of environmental studies in an ecologically meaningful manner remains *** order to facilitate functional assignments and ecological interpretation of environmental studies we introduce a user friendly traits and character database FungalTraits operating at genus and species hypothesis *** the information from previous efforts such as FUNGuild and FunFun together with involvement of expert knowledge,we reannotated 10,210 and 151 fungal and Stramenopila genera,*** resulted in a stand-alone spreadsheet dataset covering 17 lifestyle related traits of fungal and Stramenopila genera,designed for rapid functional assignments of environmental *** order to assign the trait states to fungal species hypotheses,the scientific community of experts manually categorised and assigned available trait information to 697,413 fungal ITS *** the basis of those sequences we were able to summarise trait and host information into 92,623 fungal species hypotheses at 1%dissimilarity threshold.

Arsenicosis is common among villagers as they drink more contaminated-water since the arsenic-crisis in *** of vitamins and micronutrients in counteracting arsenic toxicity has been proved for arsenic *** study was intended to assess protective and beneficial roles of some commonly eaten vegetables on the development and severity of arsenic-induced skin lesions.A case-control study among(N=122)adult rural-women(62 cases had various forms of arsenical skin-lesions ***/keratosis/mixed-lesions and 60 sex-age-matched healthy-controls)was conducted in Shaharstee Upazilla of Chandpur district,***-demographic data recorded in a pre-tested-questionnaire,‘per-day vegetables ingestion’of cases and controls were measured qualitative and quantitatively(24-hour recall-methods,food-frequency/week and food history-record/week).Multiple logistic regression/MLR analyses were performed to find out protective roles of some dietary leafy-vegetables/LVs and non-leafy vegetables/NLVs on arsenicosis and their influences on the degree of severity of arsenicosis also *** from taking some LVs/NLVs among cases than controls is associated with increased risk for arsenicosis(pper day Momordica diocia has the highest skin protective role on arsenicosis[Adjusted odds ratio/AOR 8.2,95%CI(2.11-31.9),p=pomoea acquatica(AOR:7.3),Basella alba(AOR:6.2),Solanum tuberosum(AOR:4.0),Vigna unguiculata sesquipedalis(AOR:3.2),Trichosanthes anguina(AOR:1.2)and Abelmoschus esculentus(AOR:1.2).Moreover,severe skin lesion was observed as compared to non-severe cases(mild/moderate)for less intake frequencies of *** study outlined that commonly eaten vegetables have protective and beneficial roles on arsenic-induced skin *** samples longitudinal study of this important field of therapeutic-intervention is warranted.

目的　探讨帕金森病 (pD)患者1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)pET脑代谢显像的影像学特征及其临床意义。方法　静脉注射1 8F FDG后行脑断层显像 ,获得 33例pD患者及 32例正常人纹状体、丘脑、黑质、顶叶、颞叶、额叶、枕叶、海马单位面积放射性... 详细信息

目的　探讨帕金森病 (pD)患者1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)pET脑代谢显像的影像学特征及其临床意义。方法　静脉注射1 8F FDG后行脑断层显像 ,获得 33例pD患者及 32例正常人纹状体、丘脑、黑质、顶叶、颞叶、额叶、枕叶、海马单位面积放射性计数与小脑计数的比值 (Rcl cb) ,并与MRI进行对照。结果　正常人脑pET显像可见大脑各叶、基底节、丘脑、中脑及小脑放射性分布均匀对称。pD患者的pET异常率为 96 .97% ,MRI异常率为 30 .30 %。pD患者黑质、纹状体、丘脑及大脑半球各叶代谢低于正常人 ,差异有非常显著性 (p pD患者pET显像特征 :非对称性黑质(93 94% )、纹状体 (6 9.70 % )、丘脑 (36 .36 % )代谢减低 ;非对称性纹状体或丘脑代谢轻度增高 ,占15 15 % ;非对称性大脑各叶代谢下降 ,其中以颞叶 (5 1.5 2 % )、额叶 (39.39% )、海马 (4 5 .46 % )为著 ;非对称性额叶、颞叶、海马代谢轻度增高占 9.0 9%。结论　在除外脑内结构特异性损害基础上 ,1 8F FDGpET发现单侧或不对称性双侧黑质、纹状体、丘脑代谢减低或轻度增高有助pD的早期诊断。
