the administration time is a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy based on macrophages because the incorrect time of macrophage administration could result in diverse outcomes regarding the same macrophage *** this work,the second near-infrared(NIR-II)fluorescence imaging in vivo tracking of M2 macrophages during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury revealed that the behavior of administrated macrophages was influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCt)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages in the repairing tissue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICt)*** Keller-Segel model and histological analysis further demonstrated that DCt altered the chemotaxis of M2 macrophages and improved the healing outcome of the repaired structure in comparison with *** results offer a possible explanation of previous conflicting results on reparative cell therapy and provoke reconsideration of the timing of these therapies.

this study considered and predicted blast-induced ground vibration(PPV)in open-pit mines using bagging and sibling techniques under the rigorous combination of machine learning ***,four machine learning algorithms,including support vector regression(SVR),extra trees(Extree),K-nearest neighbors(KNN),and decision tree regression(DtR),were used as the base models for the purposes of combination and PPV initial *** bagging regressor(BA)was then applied to combine these base models with the efforts of variance reduction,overfitting elimination,and generating more robust predictive models,abbreviated as BA-Extree,BAKNN,BA-SVR,and *** is emphasized that the Extree model has not been considered for predicting blastinduced ground vibration before,and the bagging of Extree is an innovation aiming to improve the accuracy of the inherently Extree model,as *** addition,two empirical models(i.e.,USBM and Ambraseys)were also treated and compared with the bagging models to gain a comprehensive *** this aim,we collected 300 blasting events with different parameters at the Sin Quyen copper mine(Vietnam),and the produced PPV values were also *** were then compiled as the dataset to develop the PPV predictive *** results revealed that the bagging models provided better performance than the empirical models,except for the BA-DtR *** those,the BA-Extree is the best model with the highest accuracy(i.e.,88.8%).Whereas,the empirical models only provided the accuracy from 73.6%–76%.the details of comparisons and assessments were also presented in this study.

Background Clonorchiasis and opisthorchiasis, caused by the liver flukesClonorchis sinensis andOpisthorchis viverrini respectively, represent significant neglected tropical diseases (NtDs) in Asia. the co-existence of these pathogens in overlapping regions complicates effective disease control strategies. this study aimed to clarify the distribution and interaction of these diseases within Southeast *** We systematically collated occurrence records of human clonorchiasis (n = 1809) and opisthorchiasis (n = 731) across the Southeast Asia countries. Utilizing species distribution models incorporating environmental and climatic data, coupled machine learning algorithms with boosted regression trees, we predicted and distinguished endemic areas for each fluke species. Machine learning techniques, including geospatial analysis, were employed to delineate the boundaries between these *** Our analysis revealed that the endemic range ofC. sinensis andO. viverrini in Southeast Asia primarily spans across part of China, Vietnam, thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. During the period from 2000 to 2018, we identifiedC. sinensis infections in 84 distinct locations, predominantly in southern China (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) and northern Vietnam. In a stark contrast,O. viverrini was more widely distributed, with infections documented in 721 locations across thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Although fibers are used only infrequently as an additive in concrete in the construction industry,fiberenhanced concrete is known to provide a wide range of advantages over conventional *** main objective of this study was to investigate the influences of fiber type and content on the mechanical properties and durability of highperformance fiber-reinforced concrete(HPFRC)designed using a novel densified mixture design algorithm with fly ash and rice husk *** types of fiber,including polypropylene(PP)fiber,steel fiber(SF),and hybrid fiber(HF),were *** on the results,the inclusion of fibers decreased HPFRC flowability,regardless of fiber *** the compressive strength of HPFRC with 1.6%PP fiber content was 11.2%below that of the reference HPFRC specimen at 91 d of curing age,the 91-d compressive strengths of both SF and HF-enhanced HPFRC specimens were significantly better than that of the reference HPFRC ***,the HPFRC specimens incorporating SF and HF both exhibited better splitting tensile and flexural strengths as well as less drying shrinkage than the HPFRC specimens incorporating PP ***,the fiber-enhanced specimens,especially those with added SF,registered less surface electrical resistivity and greater vulnerability to chloride ion penetration than the reference HPFRC specimen.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming organizational dynamics, and revolutionizing corporate leadership practices. this research paper delves into the question of how AI influences corporate leadership, examining both its advantages and disadvantages. Positive impacts of AI are evident in communication, feedback systems, tracking mechanisms, and decision-making processes within organizations. AI-powered communication tools, as exemplified by Slack, facilitate seamless collaboration, transcending geographical barriers. Feedback systems, like Adobe’s Performance Management System, employ AI algorithms to provide personalized development opportunities, enhancing employee growth. AI-based tracking systems optimize resource allocation, as exemplified by studies like “AI-Based tracking Systems: Enhancing Efficiency and Accountability.” Additionally, AI-powered decision support, demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcases the capability to navigate complex challenges and maintain resilience. However, AI adoption poses challenges in human resources, potentially leading to job displacement and necessitating upskilling efforts. Managing AI errors becomes crucial, as illustrated by instances like Amazon’s biased recruiting tool. Data privacy concerns also arise, emphasizing the need for robust security measures. the proposed solution suggests leveraging Local Machine Learning Models (LLMs) to address data privacy issues. Approaches such as federated learning, on-device learning, differential privacy, and homomorphic encryption offer promising strategies. By exploring the evolving dynamics of AI and leadership, this research advocates for responsible AI adoption and proposes LLMs as a potential solution, fostering a balanced integration of AI benefits while mitigating associated risks in corporate settings.
