Three-dimensional holey nitrogen-doped carbon matrixes decorated with molybdenum dioxide(MoO_(2))nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized via a NaCl-assisted template *** obtained MoO_(2)/C composites offered multi-advantages,including higher specific surface area,more active sites,more ions/electrons transmission channels,and shorter transmission path due to the synergistic effect of the uniformly distributed MoO_(2) nanoparticles and porous carbon ***,the oxygen vacancies were introduced into the prepared composites and enhanced the Li^(+)intercalation/deintercalation process during electrochemical cycling by the Coulomb *** existence of the local built-in electric field was proved by experimental data,differential charge density distribution,and density of states *** uniquely designed structure and introduced oxygen vacancy defects endowed the MoO_(2)/C composites with excellent electrochemical *** view of the synergistic effect of the uniquely designed morphology and introduced oxygen vacancy defects,the MoO_(2)/C composites exhibited superior electrochemical performance of a high capacity of 918.2 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1) after 130 cycles,562.1 mAh g^(-1) at 1.0 A g^(-1) after 1000 cycles,and a capacity of 181.25 mAh g^(-1) even at 20.0 A g^(-1).This strategy highlights the path to promote the commercial application of MoO_(2)-based and other transition metal oxide electrodes for energy storage devices.

The microscopic morphology of electromagnetic wave absorbers influences the multiple reflections of electromagnetic waves and impedance matching,determining the absorption ***,the urchin-shaped bimetallic nickel-cobalt oxide/carbon(NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C)composites are prepared via a hy-drothermal route,whose absorption properties are investigated by different morphologies regulated by changing calcination temperature.A minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of-75.26 dB is achieved at a match-ing thickness of 1.5 mm,and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 8.96 GHz is achieved at 2 ***-advantages of the synthesized NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites contribute to satisfactory absorption ***,the interweaving of the needle-like structures increases the opportunities for scattering and multiple reflections of incident electromagnetic waves,and builds up a conductive network to facilitate the enhancement of conductive ***,the carbon component in the NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites en-hances the interfacial polarization and reduces the density of the ***,generous oxygen va-cancy defects are introduced into the NiCo_(2)O_(4)/C composites,which induces defect polarization and dipole *** summary,the ternary coordination of components,defects and morphology led to out-standing electromagnetic wave absorption,which lightened the path for improving the electromagnetic wave absorption property and enriching the family of NiCo_(2)O_(4) absorbers with excellent performance.

Confirming Stereochemical Structures of Strigolactones Produced by Rice and Tobacco

Major strigolactones （SLs） produced by rice （Oryza sativa L. cv. Nipponbare） and tobacco （Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Michinoku No. 1） were purified and their stereochemical structures were determined by comparing with optically pure synthetic standards for their NMR and CD data and retention times and mass fragmentations in ESI-LC/MS and GC-MS. SLs purified from root exudates of rice plants were orobanchol, orobanchyl acetate, and ent-2＂-epi-5-deoxystr- igol. In addition to these SLs, 7-oxoorobanchyl acetate and the putative three methoxy-5~deoxystrigol isomers were detected by LC-MS/MS. The production of 7-oxoorobanchyl acetate seemed to occur in the early growth stage, as it was detected only in the root exudates collected during the first week of incubation. The root exudates of tobacco contained at least 11 SLs, including solanacol, solanacyl acetate, orobanchol, ent-2＂-epi-orobanchol, orobanchyl acetate, ent-2＇- epi-orobanchyl acetate, 5-deoxystrigol, ent-2＂-epi-5-deoxystrigol, and three isomers of putative didehydro-orobanchol whose structures remain to be clarified. Furthermore, two sorgolactone isomers but not sorgolactone were detected as minor SLs by LC-MS/MS analysis. It is intriguing to note that rice plants produced only orobanchol-type SLs, derived from ent-2＂-epi-5-deoxystrigol, but both orobanchol-type and strigol-type SLs, derived from 5-deoxystrigol were detected in tobacco plants.

Radioprotection was previously considered as a function of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs).However,recent studies have reported its activity in hematopoietic progenitor cells(HPCs).To address this issue,we compared the radioprotection activity in 2 subsets of HSCs(nHSC1 and 2 populations)and 4 subsets of HPCs(nHPC1–4 populations)of the mouse bone marrow,in relation to their in vitro and in vivo colony-forming *** radioprotection activity was detected in the nHSC2 population enriched in lymphoid-biased *** radioprotection activity was detected in nHPC1 and 2 populations enriched in myeloid-biased *** radioprotection activity was detected in the nHSC1 enriched in myeloid-biased *** radioprotection activity was detected in the nHPC3 and 4 populations that included MPP4(LMPP).Single-cell colony assay combined with flow cytometry analysis showed that the nHSC1,nHSC2,nHPC1,and nHPC2 populations had the neutrophils/macrophages/erythroblasts/megakaryocytes(nmEMk)differentiation potential whereas the nHPC3 and 4 populations had only the nm differentiation *** day 12 spleen colony-forming units(day 12 CFU-S)were detected in the nHSC1,nHSC2,and nHPC1–3 populations,but very few in the nHPC4 *** data suggested that nmEMk differentiation potential and day 12 CFU-S activity are partially associated with radioprotection *** analysis showed that sufficient myeloid reconstitution around 12 to 14 days after transplantation was critical for *** study implied that radioprotection is specific to neither HSC nor HPC populations,and that lymphoid-biased HSCs and myeloid-biased HPCs as populations play a major role in radioprotection.

目的:造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cell,HSC)通过自我更新和多向分化产生各类成熟血细胞以维持机体稳态造血。基于多种细胞表面标记和功能特性,利用流式细胞术可对HSC进行富集和纯化,但是这些方法纯化效率不高难以满足深入研究HSC生物学特性和功能的需要。近年来,许多研究成功地利用特异性基因的表达以纯化和示踪HSC,这一技术提高了HSC的纯化效率并且为体内研究HSC功能提供了更好的工具。本文就该技术的研究进展及其优缺点进行综述。
