The cerebral cortex is comprised of properly localized cell types that exert their specific *** the developing brain,cells migrate from the germinal region to their functional locations(Silva et al.,2019;Cossart and Garel,2022).For example,neocortical excitatory neurons are generated in the cerebral ventricular and subventricular zones,move to the developing cortical plate via radial migration,and reside in a radial array of six neuronal layers(Oishi and nakajima,2018).On the other hand,cortical interneurons are mainly generated in ganglionic eminences,migrate tangentially across the cerebral cortex,and reach their final destinations in the cortex(Lim et al.,2018).The failure of neuronal migration leads to defects in cortical layer *** the mechanisms of neuronal distribution have been well examined,how astrocytes are diffusely distributed in the cortex is still *** are glial cells in the cerebral cortex with several functions,including metabolic support and synapse formation(Abbott et al.,2006;Bosworth and Allen,2017;Allen and Lyons,2018).For example,astrocytes establish synaptic connectivity in the developing brain while they contact numerous synapses and maintain optimal neuronal activity in the adult *** the developing brain,astrocytes are primarily generated from radial glia after the neurogenic *** a certain type of astrocyte called fibrous astrocytes populates the white matter,protoplasmic astrocytes migrate to the cortical plate during neural network formation.

This paper answers how multiple satellites are seen from the ground. This question is inspired by space-advertising, a public exhibition in the night sky using a dot matrix of satellites that are bright enough to be seen by the naked eye. Thus, it is important for space advertisement that the specific dot matrix is seen. Moreover, the stability of the dot matrix during a visible span is very valuable. To stabilize the dot matrix, this study formulates an apparent position of a dot from a representative dot seen from the ground. The formulation, linear functions of a set of relative orbital elements, reveals the appearance of the dot matrix. The proposed relative variable in the formulation drives the instability of the dot matrix, thereby revealing an initial stable configuration of deputies from a chief. The arbitrary dot matrix designed using the configuration is stable even at low elevations without orbital control during the visible span.

Usefulness of Newly Devised Clomiphene Citrate Administration Method Compared with the Conventional Method in Ovulation and Pregnancy

＜正＞Background Psoriasis represents one of the Th17-mediated autoimmune diseases,which has been already shown to be associated with metabolic *** adipokines and Th17-related cytokines have been reported to be altered in patients with *** aim of the present study is to investigate the correlations of adipokines with Th17-related cytokines in psoriasis patients. Methods Serum adipokines and Th17-related cytokines were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays （Th-17 related cytokines:TNF-alpha,IL-6,IL-17,IL-21,IL-22,IL-23,adipokines:resistin,retinol-binding protein-4 （RBP-4）,chemerin,leptin,total adiponectin,high molecular weight adiponectin） from 30 psoriasis patients and 30 normal *** between each adipokine and each cytokine was determined using Pearson correlation analysis. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that chemerin levels were highly positively associated with resistin levels in normal ***,adiponectin and high molecular weight adiponectin showed a strong positive correlation in normal *** psoriasis patients,resistin levels were significantly positively associated with TNF-alpha,whereas RBP4 and IL-6 levels showed a highly negative ***,a remarkably positive correlation between IL-22 and adiponectin was found in psoriasis patients. Conclusion These data suggest that distinct interaction between adipokines and Th17 cytokines is involved in psoriasis.

Objective: Since not all women wish to conceive a child through aggressive treatment, we investigated the usefulness of modified repeated intracyclic clomiphene citrate (CC) therapy (repeated CC therapy) as a newly devised administration method. Methods: We evaluated the effects of CC administration on menstrual cycle length and retrospectively compared ovulation and pregnancy in 220 women who received CC at our hospital. Patients in the conventional method group received 50 mg per day for five days, starting on the fifth day of menstruation (withdrawal bleeding). Groups with and without menstrual cycle shortening after conventional CC administration were compared. The repeated CC therapy group was also compared with the non-shortened group. Repeated CC therapy was administered for the first five days as in the conventional method, and a second five-day repeat treatment was administered after an interval of five to seven days. Pregnancy rates, including indirect pregnancies, were evaluated by three different methods. Results: Ovulation and pregnancy rates were significantly better in the shortened group than in the non-shortened group (P < 0.001 and P = 0.010, respectively). Even in the non-shortened group, ovulation and pregnancy rates including indirect pregnancies were significantly improved when ovulation was observed with repeated CC therapy (P < 0.001 and P = 0.022, respectively). Conclusions: For patients whose menstrual cycle was not improved or shortened, repeated CC therapy as the newly devised CC administration method is useful as the next step after the conventional CC administration method.

当前公共空间建设、管理和运营过程中日益多样的参与主体和灵活的合作模式拓展了公共空间的内涵与边界,这种转变带来一种区别于公私二元对立的新视角。在这样的背景下,将公共性视为一种价值和愿景而非“私”的对立面,从更本质的角度理解公共性的内涵有助于为复杂的利益博弈和权利平衡提供一种价值参照。本文通过研究西方代表性文献,分析了公私二元对立关系的瓦解过程,将公共性的核心价值总结为公开性、异质性和共同性,进而分析了公共空间公共性的价值。在此基础上,受现象学和新行为主义心理学的启发,本文提出将公共空间公共性视为一种主观感知的研究思路,继而融合公共空间的客观特征和使用人群的主观感知构建了一种新的公共空间公共性分析框架,规避了公私的二元对立,实现了评价主体的转变,且有助于反映文脉特征和地域差异,为公共空间公共性的定量研究和机制探索提供新的思路。

利用图像处理技术,本文开发了一种用于机车车辆故障检测的系统。该系统能够自动检测诸如底部设备紧固螺栓松动或设备箱盖手柄转动等故障,如有必要,检验人员可以根据该系统显示的图像对机车车辆进行具体检查。目前系统已经具备了车辆底部设备侧面检测功能,我们正致力于将该系统应用于车辆底部设备中间区域及车顶设备的检测。本文对该系统及其用户界面进行了概述。
