Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)are the counterpart of T helper cells in the innate immune system and share multiple phenotypes with T helper *** T-cell costimulator(ICOS)is recognized on T cells and participates in T-cell activation and T and B-cell engagement in lymphoid ***,the role of ICOS in ILC3s and ILC3-involved interactions with the immune microenvironment remains ***,we found that ICOS expression on human ILC3s was correlated with the activated state of *** costimulation enhanced the survival,proliferation,and capacity of ILC3s to produce cytokines(IL-22,IL-17A,IFN-γ,TNF,and GM-CSF).Via synergistic effects of ICOS and CD40 signaling,B cells promoted ILC3 functions,and ILC3-induced T-cellindependent B-cell IgA and IgM secretion primarily required CD40 ***,ICOS is essential for the nonredundant role of ILC3s and their interaction with adjacent B cells.

Here,we define the landscape and dynamics of active regulatory DNA in cutaneous T cell lymphoma(CTCL) by *** of 111 human CTCL and control samples revealed extensive chromatin signatures that distinguished leukemic,host,and normal CD4+ T *** identify three dominant patterns of transcription factor(TF) activation that drive leukemia regulomes,as well as TF deactivations that alter host T cells in CTCL *** response to histone deacetylase inhibitors(HDACi) is strongly associated with a concurrent gain in chromatin *** causes distinct chromatin responses in leukemic and host CD4 T cells,reprogramming host T cells toward *** results provide a foundational framework to study personal regulomes in human cancer and epigenetic therapy.

The incorporation of the saturation of the tangential contact stress with the increase of the normal contact stress is required for the analysis of the friction phenomenon of solids and structures subjected to a high normal contact stress,which cannot be described by the Coulomb friction condition,in which the tangential contact stress increases linearly with the increase of the normal contact *** this article,the subloading-friction model,which is capable of describing the smooth elastic-plastic transition,the static-kinetic transition,and the recovery of the static friction during the cease of sliding,is extended to describe this ***,some numerical examples are shown,and the validity of the present model will be verified by the simulation of the test data on the linear sliding of metals.

In this paper, a method to posture maintenance control of 2-link object by nonprehensile two-cooperative-arm robot without compensating friction is proposed. In details, a mathematical model of the 2-link object is firstly built. Based on the model, stable regions for holding motion of nonprehensile two-cooperative-arm robot are obtained while the 2-link object is kept stable on the robot arms with static friction. Among the obtained stable regions, the robust pairs of orientation angles of the 2-link object are found. Under the robust orientation angles, a feedback control system is designed to control the arms to maintain the 2-link object's posture while it is being held or lifted up. Finally, experimental results are shown to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A subloading-friction model is formulated to describe the smooth transient variation from static friction to kinetic friction,the recovery to static friction after the sliding velocity decreases,and the accumulation of sliding displacement under the cyclic loading of contact *** the past relevant studies,however,the model formulation used for simulations is limited to the hypoelastic-based plasticity framework,and the validation of the model is limited to simulations of the test data for metal-to-metal *** this study,the formulation of the subloading-friction model based on a hyperelastic-based plasticity framework is *** the fields of civil,geotechnical,agricultural engineering,and terramechanics,the interaction between soils and metals is critical,as reflected in construction and agricultural machinery,foundation piles,and retaining *** validity of the model for describing the friction between various sands and metals is verified by simulations of the experimental data under monotonic and cyclic loadings.
