There have been several recent papers on developingmovingmeshmethodsfor solving phase-field equations. However, it is observed that some of these movingmesh solutions are essentially different from the solutions on very fine fixed *** of the purposes of this paper is to understand the reason for the differences. Wecarried out numerical sensitivity studies systematically in this paper and it can be concludedthat for the phase-field equations, the numerical solutions are very sensitive tothe starting mesh and the monitor function. As a separate issue, an efficient alternatingCrank-Nicolson time discretization scheme is developed for solving the nonlinearsystem resulting from a finite element approximation to the phase-field equations.

This paper deals with the application of a moving mesh method for kinetic/hydrodynamic coupling model in two *** some criteria,the domain is dynamically decomposed into three parts:kinetic regions where fluids are far from equilibrium,hydrodynamic regions where fluids are near thermodynamical equilibrium and buffer regions which are used as a smooth *** Boltzmann-BGK equation is solved in kinetic regions,while Euler equations in hydrodynamic regions and both equations in buffer *** a well defined monitor function,our moving mesh method smoothly concentrate the mesh grids to the regions containing rapid variation of the *** each moving mesh step,the solutions are conservatively updated to the new mesh and the cut-off function is rebuilt first to consist with the region decomposition after the mesh *** such a framework,the evolution of the hybrid model and the moving mesh procedure can be implemented independently,therefore keep the advantages of both *** examples are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.

目的研究光合诱导因子(PIF)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、硫酸铈铵(ACS)和乙酰水杨酸(ASA)不同浓度组合对三角褐指藻岩藻黄素含量的影响,筛选促进岩藻黄素积累的最佳诱导子组合,并研究最佳诱导子组合处理下岩藻黄素含量积累的光合生理及基因表达变化。方法采用4因素4水平正交试验法筛选出对三角褐指藻岩藻黄素含量促进效果最佳的诱导子组合,调制叶绿素荧光(PAM)检测最佳诱导子组合处理下三角褐指藻的叶绿素荧光参数,反转录-实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测zds、lcyb、rbcL及psbA基因的表达水平。结果正交试验结果表明,MeJA是影响三角褐指藻藻细胞岩藻黄素积累最显著的因素,其次是ASA。促进三角褐指藻岩藻黄素积累的最佳诱导子组合为1μg·L^(-1)PIF+0.2 mg·L^(-1)ACS+40 mg·L^(-1)ASA。该诱导子组合处理下三角褐指藻岩藻黄素含量达到21.77 mg·g^(-1),较对照组提高了104%。光合生理研究结果表明,诱导子组合显著提高了三角褐指藻藻细胞的最大相对电子传递速率(rETRmax)值(P<0.05)。RT-qPCR分析结果表明,诱导子组合促进三角褐指藻岩藻黄素合成相关基因zds、lcyb及光合作用PSⅡ碳同化相关基因rbcL、psbA基因的表达,其中,rbcL基因的表达量最高,是对照处理组的2.0倍(P<0.01)。结论三角褐指藻岩藻黄素含量与zds基因呈显著正相关,与rETRmax、chla含量、lcyb、rbcL、psbA基因表达量呈极显著正相关,三角褐指藻可通过促进光合作用基因表达和PSⅡ相对电子传递速率来提高光合作用效率、促进岩藻黄素合成相关基因表达来促进岩藻黄素积累。

Phase-field models provide a way to model fluid interfaces as having finitethickness;the interface between two immiscible fluids is treated as a thin mixing layeracross which physical properties vary steeply but continuously. One of the main chal-lenges of this approach is in resolving the sharp gradients at the interface. In this paper,moving finite-element methods are used to simulate interfacial dynamics of two-phaseviscoelastic flows. The finite-element scheme can easily accommodates complex flowgeometry and the moving mesh strategy can cluster more grid points near the thin in-terfacial areas where the solutions have large gradients. A diffused monitor function isused to ensure high quality meshes near the interface. Several numerical experimentsare carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the moving mesh strategy.

The repair joints of high-voltage cables play a significant role in the urgent cable main-tenance,by recovering cable conductor,insulation,shielding layer and waterproof layer especially for submarine ***,the molecule diffusion and permeation pro-cesses from waterproof sealant into the cable joint insulation occur,leading to the insulation ageing and *** this article,the molecule diffusion behaviours of six typical molecules from the asphalt-based and polyurethane-based waterproof sealants into silicone rubber insulation are *** results show that the order of diffusion coefficients is as follows,phenanthrene>fluoranthene>pyrene>benzo[k]fluoranthene>indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene>polyurethane(PU).The relative molecular mass and binding energy are pivotal factors affecting the diffusion behaviour,while there is a linear relationship between the logarithm of the diffusion coefficient and the ratio of binding energy to relative molecular ***,the rising ambient temperature in-creases the fraction of free volume of silicone rubber and decreases the binding energy,thus resulting in a higher diffusion coefficient and an enhanced permeation process of the asphalt-based *** summary,the PU-based waterproof sealant,with a much lower permeability than the asphalt-based material,has a potential application in the waterproof layer for high-voltage submarine cable repair joints.

现有卫星低频电缆网主要基于经验和规范进行设计,无法有效保证系统运行的可靠性,致使电缆信号传输问题反复出现。为此,基于有限元分析建立了电缆信号传输的物理仿真模型,研究了卫星低频电缆传输特性。以仿真和试验相结合的方式研究了电缆导体规格、特征阻抗、屏蔽结构等对电缆传输性能的影响,在设计阶段即可有效预测和预防电缆信号传输问题。将有限元仿真分析和试验验证引入卫星低频电缆网设计,从理论上和实际上丰富了设计方法,形成有效的设计体系,提高设计水平,增加设计可靠性。
