Sentiment analysis or Opinion Mining (OM) has gained significant interest among research communities and entrepreneurs in the recentyears. Likewise, Machine Learning (ML) approaches is one of the interestingresearch domains that are highly helpful and are increasingly applied in severalbusiness domains. In this background, the current research paper focuses onthe design of automated opinion mining model using Deer Hunting Optimization Algorithm (DHOA) with Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) abbreviatedas DHOA-FNN model. The proposed DHOA-FNN technique involves fourdifferent stages namely, preprocessing, feature extraction, classification, andparameter tuning. In addition to the above, the proposed DHOA-FNN modelhas two stages of feature extraction namely, Glove and N-gram ***, FNN model is utilized as a classification model whereas GTOA isused for the optimization of parameters. The novelty of current work is thatthe GTOA is designed to tune the parameters of FNN model. An extensiverange of simulations was carried out on the benchmark dataset and the resultswere examined under diverse measures. The experimental results highlightedthe promising performance of DHOA-FNN model over recent state-of-the-arttechniques with a maximum accuracy of 0.9928.

Dielectric and Magnetic Properties of Nano-Structure BiFeO3Doped with Different Concentrations of Co Ions Prepared by Sol-Gel Method

BiFe1-xCoxO3 (x = 0, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.1) symbolic as (BFO, BF3CO, BF5CO and BF10CO) in powder form has been prepared by sol-gel technique using ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as a chelating agent. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR analysis showed rhombohedra distorted BiFeO3 structure with compressive lattice distortion induced by the Co substitution at Fe sites. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) shows irregular particles. The additive of cobalt oxide has led to grains refining giving the following crystallite sizes of 18 nm for BF5Co. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) study reveals that the samples morphology shows relatively uniform grain size distribution. The dielectric properties of BiFeO3 nano-particles in the frequency range of 1 up to 5 MHz at RT revealed that the A.C. conductivity of the prepared samples reaches its maximum value in BF5CO. By decreasing BiFeO3 particle size as a result of doping with different Co ion concentrations, an enhancement in magnetization and a simultaneous suppression in current leakage occurred. The remnant magnetization Mr of BiFe1-xCoxO3 (x = 0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.1) ceramics significantly enhanced, which provides potential applications in information storage.

Administration of Zinc with Paroxetine Improved the Forced Swim Test Behavioral Pattern of Treated Mice in Acute and Sub-Acute Study

Despite progressive improvement in treating major depressive disorder (MDD), it remains mostly unresponsive to one antidepressant medication. Zinc is a brain highly abundant trace metal, a brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) inducer, a modulator of synaptic plasticity and potent suppressor of the NMDA receptors. We proposed that co-administration of zinc with the antide-pressants may represent a valuable regimen to improve the efficacy of these drugs. This work has been implemented to evaluate the behavioral changes of acute and sub-acute co-administration of zinc with Paroxtine in mice. Methods: The animals were injected intra-peritoneal with either Paroxtine (20 mg/kg) which was a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), zinc sulfate (30 mg/kg) or Paroxtine in combination with zinc for one day and one week (once daily). The pattern of the animal behavior was assessed in the forced swim test (FST). Results and Discussion: The behavioral patterns of the animals in the FST include immobility, swimming and climbing. Successful antidepressant should decrease the immobility time with either increase in swimming and/or climbing behavior based on the drug pharmacological activity. Our results revealed a significant decrease of immobility and increase of swimming behavior indicating serotonin-dependent pharmacological activity of Paroxtine or zinc alone as well as in the animals treated with zinc in combination with Paroxtine. There was no significant difference in the animals’ behavior between acute and sub-acute treatment with zinc or even upon its addition to paroxetine. Our data support the concept that co-administration of zinc may provide further antidepressant activity. Zinc may offer additional clinical value particularly in geriatric patients or other populations where zinc level has shown dramatic decrease.

Risk Factors Associated with Cholelithiasis during Pregnancy and Postpartum

Gallbladder disease is the most common non-obstetrical cause of maternal hospitalization in the first year postpartum. Many risk factors have been associated with gallbladder disease in pregnancy including body mass index, prenatal weight gain, prenatal physical activity, dietary fat, age, parity, a history of gallbladder disease and the number of previous pregnancies were significant factors related to new gallstones and biliary sludge formation in the pregnant group. The aim of this study is to evaluate the risk factors for gallstones formation in pregnancy and one year after labour. The study included 328 female patients (pregnant or postpartum) divided into two groups;patient group (164 patient) that are pregnant or postpartum patient have gallstones and control group (164 patient) that are pregnant or postpartum patient does not have gallstones. All patients were subjected to full history taking;especially about risk factors predisposing for gallstones, physical examination and pre-operative routine laboratory investigations and imaging as abdominal ultrasound study (U/S). Obesity, young age, history of gallbladder disease and use of estrogen and progesterone are the main risk factors that increase incidence of gallstones during pregnancy or one year postpartum. Use of vit C, iron, drinking coffee and practicing regular physical activity are considered protective factors.

The structural, dielectric and magnetic properties of pure and Fe-Co co-doped Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3, (Ba(1-x)SrxTiO3, where (x = 0.10) and (Ba0.9Sr0.1Ti(1-x-y)FexCoyO3), where (x = 0.1, y = 0) and (x = 0 and y = 0.10) and (x = 0.5, y = 0.5) in powder form, abbreviated as (BST) and (BST10FO), (BST10CO) and (BST5F5CO), respectively were prepared by a modified sol gel technique. Crystallization, surface morphology and electrical behavior of BST are improved by Fe3+ and Co2+ ions with optimized grain size. Phase identification by using X-ray diffraction and surface morphology will be studied by using transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope imaging (SEM). The nano-scale presence and the formation of the tetragonal perovskite phase as well as the crystallinity were detected using the mentioned techniques. The dielectric properties of the prepared samples have been investigated as a function of temperature and frequency. The dielectric measurements are carried out in the frequency range of 42 Hz - 1 MHz, at temperature ranging between 25°C and 250°C. The results showed an abrupt decrease in the dielectric permittivity by increasing the frequency range. The magnetic hysteresis loop confirmed enhancement in the magnetization properties by co-doping with Fe3+-Co2+ ions. An increase in the saturation of the magnetization at room temperature was detected by decreasing the crystallite sizes of the prepared samples.

Performance Evaluation of One-Way Concrete Slabs Reinforced with New Developed GFRP Bars

The incorporation of fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP) bars in construction as a replacement to steel bars provides a superior material which is capable to overcome corrosion problems. However, serviceability requirements are important issues to be considered in the design of concrete elements reinforced with glass-FRP (GFRP) bars which are known to have larger deflections and wider crack widths as well as weaker bond compared with steel reinforced concrete. As a solution to this problem, square GFRP bars are proposed. This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation that was performed, in which newly developed square and circular GFRP bars were fabricated in the lab. Also, the GFRP bars were tested and used to reinforce concrete slabs. A total of nine full-scale GFRP-reinforced concrete (RC) one-way slabs were constructed, tested and analyzed, considering the most influencing parameters such as the cross sectional shape of GFRP bars, reinforcement ratio, the concrete characteristics strength, and adding polypropylene fibers to the concrete mixture. The test results were showed that, the tested slabs with GFRP square bars improved the deflection and cracking behavior as well as the ultimate load.

Theoretical, Experimental and Numerical Investigations of the Effect of Inlet Blade Angle on the Performance of Regenerative Blowers

Regenerative machines allow high heads at small flow rates and present performance curves with very stable features. This research includes a study of the effect of four inlet flow angles (90°, 115°, 125° and 135°) of the blade at outlet flow angle of 90° on the performance of regenerative blower at rotation speed of 3000 rpm and at different flow rates. Investigation and comparison of the experimental results with both one-dimensional theoretical model and numerical CFD technique using CFX-ANSYS 16.1 are done. The numerical CFD analysis show that the flow enters the impeller from the blade side (about 65% of the blade side area) and leaves from the blade tip and blade side (the remaining 35% from the blade side area). According to this observation, a mathematical model that is based on momentum exchange theory to handle one inlet angle and two exit angles for the regenerative blower impeller blades is proposed. Consequently, the experimental work is carried out by two steps. The first step is done by studying the effect of inlet blade angle of 90° and analyzing the results by using the CFD analysis. The CFD results show shock losses and vortices behind each blade at the inlet flow regions. To reduce these losses, an increase of the inlet blade angle in a range between 25° to 45° is proposed. The second step is the splitting of this angle range to three inlet blade angles of 115°, 125° and 135° in order to study and analyze the CFD results for these angels. The CFD analysis shows the disappearance of the shock losses and vortices that are formed behind the blade of angle 90°. The experimental results show that the pressure head and the efficiency depend strongly on the blade inlet and outlet flow angles as well as on the blade geometry. The results also show that the best blower performance can be obtained at an inlet flow angle of 125°, and this is confirmed by CFD simulation analysis. Finally, it is shown that the proposed one-dimensional model yield results that

Recently,significant efforts have been exerted to replace mineral oil with environmentally friendly oils due to safety and environmental ***,there is a need to clarify the physical mechanisms behind the ageing impact of these *** authors use advanced optical spectroscopy techniques in correlation with dielectric measurements to understand the ageing processes in environmentally friendly oils as well as mineral ***,different samples of environmentally friendly oils and mineral oil were utilised to investigate the ageing *** samples were subjected to different ageing periods using a thermal accelerated ageing ***,the severity of the produced byproducts due to the oil degradation is examined based on several measured properties representing macroscopic and microscopic *** macroscopic category was evaluated through dielectric properties,including breakdown voltage,dielectric permittivity,and dissipation *** microscopic category,on the other hand,was assessed using techniques such as ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence *** techniques enabled a deep understanding of the molecular-level changes occurring in the oil under ageing conditions,thereby getting new insights into oil ageing *** is worth mentioning that natural ester oil demonstrated the most favourable performance across various properties under ageing conditions.

Major clinical and angiographic outcome of drug eluting stents in native ostial coronary artery disease

Objectives: The study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of drug eluting stents (DESs) in aorto-ostial (A-O) coronary artery lesions, in terms of early and late restenosis rate;including clinical assessment, non-invasive stress testing and angiographic follow-up. Also, the study was aimed to compare the results of implantation of drug eluting stents (DES) to that of bare metal stents (BMS) in aortoostial lesions done over a previous 5 years in Royal Brompton Hospital. Background: The safety and effectiveness of DESs for the treatment of aortoostial lesions. Methods: We included 161 consecutive patients with symptoms subjective of angina pectoris or objective evidence of myocardial ischemia;who underwent percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in coronary ostial lesions using DES. The patients were divided into two groups based on the site of ostial lesion. The control group consisted of 125 consecutive patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention for ostial lesions using bare metal stents (BMS) implantation in the period immediately before the introduction of DES. The incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE), including death or Q-wave myocardial infarction (MI), need for repeated revascularization procedure CABG or angioplasty, were recorded in-hospital and at twelve months ± 3 months. Follow-up angiography was only performed in case of recurrent symptoms subjective of myocardial ischemia or if there was objective evidence of myocardial ischemia by stress testing. Results: The initial procedure was successful in 149 patients (92.5%) in the DES arm. There were no statistically significant major in-hospital complications in the DES group, compared to BMS group which showed 4 cases of in-hospital deaths (p = 0.017). At Twelve months ± 3 months follow-up, MACE were significantly less frequent in the DES group compared to the BMS group, including death (0.8% vs. 6.4%, p = 0.004) and need for CABG (1.7% vs. 10%, p = 0.012). Patterns and Changes in the Treatment of Patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus in Egypt: The DISCOVER Program

The DISCOVER study is a three-year, non-interventional prospective study conducted in 37 countries, including Egypt, to assess the treatment patterns and outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus initiating a second-line antidiabetic therapy (add-on or switch). In this report of the Egyptian cohort of DISCOVER, baseline data were collected according to routine clinical practice at 38 study sites, using a standardized electronic case report form, in the period from December-2014 to November-2019. We enrolled 583 patients (mean age: 52.9 ± 9.8 years and median duration since diagnosis: median 36.5, IQR 18.1, 70.4 months). The mean HbA1c value at baseline was 8.6 ± 1.4%, indicating poor glycemic control. The most commonly prescribed first-line medications were metformin or sulfonylurea monotherapy. For second line-therapy, the majority of patients switched to dual therapy with metformin plus sulfonylureas or DPP-4 inhibitors. Fewer patients switched to triple therapy, treatment by four or more medications, or insulin treatment (15, 12, and 35 patients, respectively). The most commonly cited reasons for switching to second-line therapy were lack of efficacy, weight gain, hypoglycemic events, and side effects (549, 54, 25, and 21 patients, respectively). The set treatment target of enrolled patients at the initiation of second-line therapy was an HbA1c level of 6.9%. Follow-up data will assess the outcomes of such changes in the Egyptian population.
