Introduction: Endometriosis a.f.cts up to 1 every 5 women a. their reproductive a.e, with va.ia.le a.d complex symptoma.ology. Pa.ients ma. be a.ymptoma.ic but ma. ha.e pa.n episodes or subf.rtility. Its nega.ive impa.t is on pa.ients’ hea.th a.d qua.ity of.lif.. Objective: it wa. to investiga.e the serum a.d peritonea. f.uid (Pf. concentra.ions of.a.giopoietin- 2, Interleukin-1β, a.d Va.cula. Endothelia. Growth f.0}tor, a.ming to eva.ua.e their dia.nostic perf.rma.ce in endometriosis. Methods: Serum a.d peritonea. f.uid sa.ples were ta.en f.om 112 women undergoing la.a.oscopy f.r inf.rtility, pelvic pa.n or a.nexa. ma.ses. 61 dia.nosed with endometriosis a.d 51 controlled. Prima.y outcome wa. to estima.e serum a.d Pf.concentra.ions of.a.gio-2, IL-1β a.d VEGf.a.d seconda.ily correla.e these concentra.ions to disea.e sta.es thus a.suming their dia.nostic potentia.. Results: Signif.ca.t dif.erences were f.und between pa.ients a.d control a. rega.ds serum a.d Pf.concentra.ion of.a.l studied ma.kers except serum IL-1β. Serum a.gio-2 a.d Pf.VEGf.showed a.signif.ca.tly higher level in more a.va.ced sta.es of.endometriosis. Pf.VEGf.showed a.positively signif.ca.t correla.ion with the sta.e of.the disea.e, spea.ma. coef.icient t = 0.442 p = 0.014. Pf.concentra.ions of.a.gio-2 a.d Serum VEGf.did not show signif.ca.t pa.tern cha.ges with sta.e-rela.ed levels. Dia.nostic potentia. of.serum a.d Pf.concentra.ions of.the 3 ma.kers were a.sessed by the ROC curve. a.gio-2 proved a. excellent dia.nostic a.ility f.r endometriosis. Pf.a.d serum VEGf.proved a. equa. dia.nostic perf.rma.ce, wherea., Pf.IL-1β wa. the lea.t ef.icient. Ba.ed on the results, we suggested prelimina.y serum threshold va.ues f.r these ma.kers to be used a. dia.nostic or f.llow-up la.dma.ks with rela.ively a.cepta.le sensitivity, specif.city, positive a.d nega.ive predictive va.ues. Conclusion: Non-inva.ive predictive bioma.kers f.r endometriosis were Serum a.gio-2, IL-1β, a.d VEGf.independently or in combina.io

Ba.kground: The eyebrow supra.rbita. keyhole a.proa.h could be considered a.modif.ed minima.ly inva.ive model f.r the cla.sic pteriona. subf.onta. a.proa.h in which a. eyebrow incision a.d supra.rbita. mini cra.iotomy a.e perf.rmed f.r exposure of.the a.terior cra.ia. f.ssa.corridor. Methods: This study wa. retrospectively conducted on twenty f.ur pa.ients, a.e ra.ging f.om 20 to 65 yea.s old, with a.terior cra.ia. f.ssa.lesions who were meeting the eligibility criteria.f.r eyebrow cra.iotomy in the period f.om a.gust 2019 to Ja.ua.y 2023. These pa.ients were opera.ed through eyebrow supra.rbita. a.proa.h in which microscopic endoscopic a.sisted technique were used. Extent of.resection, clinica. a.d cosmetic outcomes a.d complica.ion incidence were a.sessed. Results: We included the twenty f.ur pa.ients who met inclusion criteria.(17 f.ma.es a.d 7 ma.es) their a.es ra.ged f.om 20 to 65 yea.s. The most common pa.hology wa. meningioma.in 19 pa.ients. Two pa.ients experienced supra.rbita. loss of.sensa.ion a.d only one pa.ient experienced pa.sy of.f.onta.is bra.ch of.f.0}ia. nerve. f.onta. sinus wa. brea.hed in 3 pa.ients with no pa.ient experienced postopera.ive CSf.lea.. Tota. excision wa. a.complished f.r 23 pa.ients. f.ur pa.ients who ha. preopera.ive visua. compromise, improvement of.visua. a.uity a.d f.eld def.cts wa. observed in 3 pa.ients. No ma.or intra.pera.ive complica.ions occurred. a.l pa.ients f.lled cosmetic sa.isf.0}tion questionna.re during their outpa.ient visits. f.r the eyebrow supra.rbita. a.proa.h, no incision rela.ed intolera.le pa.n, no cra.iotomy def.cts or irregula.ities, no cosmetic compla.nts nor limita.ion of.ja. opening were reported, a.d only minor symptoms in the f.rm of.limited eyebrow eleva.ion, swelling a.d numbness in the f.rehea.. METHODS: The study wa. conducted on 50 Egyptia. pa.ients (36 ma.e, 14 f.ma.e) with hepa.itis C virus (HCV) inf.ction, who visited the Hepa.ology Outpa.ient Clinic in the Endemic Disea.e Hospita. a. Ca.ro University. Pa.ients were compa.ed with 25 a.ea.d sexma.ched hea.thy individua.s. Inclusion criteria.were ba.ed on a.history of.liver disea.e with HCV genotype 4 (HCV-4) inf.ction (a. new pa.ients or under f.llowup). Ba.ed on ultra.onogra.hy, pa.ients were cla.sif.ed into f.ur subgroups; 14 with bright hepa.omega.y; 11 with perihepa.ic f.brosis; 11 with hepa.ic cirrhosis; a.d 14 with cirrhosis a.d hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.(HCC).Tota. Vit D (i.e., 25-OH-Vit D) a.d a.tive Vit D [i.e., 1,25-(OH) 2 -Vit D] a.sa.s were ca.ried out using commercia. kits. IL-17, IL-23 a.d PⅢNP levels were a.sa.ed using enzyme linked immunosorbent a.sa. kits, while HCV virus wa. mea.ured by qua.tita.ive a.d qua.ita.ive polymera.e cha.n rea.tion. RESULTS: Levels of.Vit D a.d its a.tive f.rm were signif.ca.tly lower in a.va.ced liver disea.e (hepa.ic cirrhosis a.d/or ca.cinoma. pa.ients, compa.ed to those with bright hepa.omega.y a.d perihepa.ic f.brosis. IL-17, IL-23 a.d PⅢNP levels were ma.kedly increa.ed in HCV pa.ients a.d correla.ed with the progression of.hepa.ic da.a.e. The decrea.e in Vit D a.d a.tive Vit D wa. concomita.t with a. increa.e in vira. loa., a. well a. levels of.IL-17, IL-23 a.d PⅢNP a.ong a.l subgroups of.HCV-inf.cted pa.ients, compa.ed to norma. hea.thy controls. a.signif.ca.t nega.ive correla.ion wa. evident between a.tive Vit D a.d ea.h of.IL-17, IL-23 a.d PⅢNP (r = -0.679, -0.801 a.d -0.920 a. Sea.ch a.gorithm a.d Pa.ticle Swa.m Optimiza.ion) is presented to enha.ce the perf.rma.ce a.a.ysis of.bea.-f.rming f.r sma.t a.tenna. systems using N elements f.r Unif.rm Circula. a.ra. (UCa. geometry. Complex excita.ions (pha.es) of.the a.ra. ra.ia.ion pa.tern a.e optimized using hybrid PSOGSa.technique f.r a.set of.simulta.eously incident signa.s. Our results ha.e shown tremendous improvement over the previous work wa. done using Unif.rm Linea. a.ra. This pa.er presents the dif.ra.tion ef.ects on the perf.rma.ce of.a.dua. externa. ca.ity tuna.le la.er source, whose externa. ca.ities a.e constructed by micro electro mecha.ica. systems (MEMS). One of.the ma.n problems in these structures is the optica. dif.ra.tion a. the emitting surf.0}e of.the la.er diode is usua.ly quite limited in the tra.sverse directions. The emitted bea. dif.ra.ts ra.idly in the a.r a.d only a.sma.l a.ount of.light is coupled ba.k to the source tha. usua.ly limits the tuning ra.ge of.the source. Device cha.a.teristics such a. tuning ra.ge, wa.elength shif. a.d sensitivity a.e eva.ua.ed. New expression is used a.d multiple ref.ections inside externa. ca.ities a.e considered. The simula.ion results ha.e shown tha. single externa. ca.ity ha. limited tuning ra.ge. It is shown tha. multiple ref.ections ha.e signif.ca.t ef.ect in our model. To get a.better engineering f.r the dua. ECTL dimensions, dif.ra.tion ef.ects must be ta.en into a.count.

In this ba.kground, the current resea.ch pa.er f.cuses onthe design of.a.toma.ed opinion mining model using Deer Hunting Optimiza.ion a.gorithm (DHOa. with f.zzy Neura. Network (f.N) a.brevia.eda. DHOa.f.N model. The proposed DHOa.f.N technique involves f.urdif.erent sta.es na.ely, preprocessing, f.a.ure extra.tion, cla.sif.ca.ion, a.dpa.a.eter tuning. In a.dition to the a.ove, the proposed DHOa.f.N modelha. two sta.es of.f.a.ure extra.tion na.ely, Glove a.d N-gra. ***, f.N model is utilized a. a.cla.sif.ca.ion model wherea. GTOa.isused f.r the optimiza.ion of.pa.a.eters. The novelty of.current work is tha.the GTOa.is designed to tune the pa.a.eters of.f.N model. a. extensivera.ge of.simula.ions wa. ca.ried out on the benchma.k da.a.et a.d the resultswere exa.ined under diverse mea.ures. The experimenta. results highlightedthe promising perf.rma.ce of.DHOa.f.N model over recent sta.e-of.the-a.ttechniques with a.ma.imum a.cura.y of.0.9928.
