目的:探究基于信息化平台的延续性护理对肠造口患者造口护理知识、生活质量及不良事件的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将萍乡市第二人民医院自2021年1月—2023年1月收治的84例结直肠癌行永久性结肠造口患者分为试验组和对照组,各42例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上接受基于信息化平台的延续性护理干预,比较两组患者造口护理知识掌握水平、不良事件发生情况、生活质量及造口指导满意度。结果:干预后,试验组患者造口相关护理知识掌握评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);出院1个月后,试验组生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对造口护理指导的满意度总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠造口患者接受基于信息化平台的延续性护理干预能有效提高造口护理知识,改善生活质量,提高患者对造口护理指导的满意度。

Based on the nearly diurnal resonance in the tidal gravity observations, the temporal variations in period of the Earth＇s free core nutation （FCN） are investigated by using the tidal gravity observations of 18-year duration recorded continu- ously with a superconducting gravimeter （SG） at Brussels. The effects of the global oceanic tide loading and local barometric pressure on the SG observations have been removed by using eleven high-precision global digital models of oceanic tides and barometric pressure measurements recorded simultaneously at the same site. The results indicate that there exist decade-scale variations in the FCN period. The results should be further confirmed by the measurements using other space-based geodetic techniques （such as the very long baseline interferometry） and the SG observations from globally distributed stations.

为解决海水电解过程中氯离子对电极的腐蚀与析氯竞争反应的问题,通过水热法和退火处理在泡沫镍上制得一种耐腐蚀的NiMn MOF-300/NF来作为尿素氧化的电催化剂,并利用氧化电位更低的尿素氧化反应来代替阳极氧化反应,可有效抑制析氯反应并显著降低海水电解能耗。该催化剂在200 mA/cm2的电流密度下所需电位仅为1.37 V,比单纯电解海水的过电位低340 mV,在50 mA/cm2的电流密度下可连续反应48 h而催化性能无明显衰减,展现出优良的电催化活性与稳定性。该方法为海水电解的大规模实际应用提供了新的思路。

Rapid rupture characterization for the 2023 M_(S)6.2 Jishishan earthquake

On December 18, 2023, the M_(S)6.2 Jishishan earthquake occurred in the northeastern region of the QinghaiXizang Plateau, causing heavy casualties and property damage in Gansu and Qinghai Provinces. In this study,we integrate space imaging geodesy, finite fault inversion, and back-projection methods to decipher its rupture property, including fault geometry, coseismic slip distribution, rupture direction, and propagation speed. The results reveal that the seismogenic fault dips to the southwest at an angle of 29°. The major slip asperity is dominated by reverse slip and is concentrated within a depth range of 7–16 km, which explains the significant uplift near the epicenter observed by both the Sentinel-1 ascending and descending In SAR data. Moreover, the teleseismic array waveforms indicate a northwest propagating rupture with an overall slow rupture velocity of~1.91 km/s(AK array) or 1.01 km/s(AU array).

Signaling lymphocytic activation molecule （SLAM）-associated protein （SAP） is a Src homology （SH） domain 2-containing in- tracellular adaptor protein that is predominantly expressed in the hematopoietic system by T lymphocytes and NK cells. SAP protein is encoded by the SH2DIA gene located on the X chromosome. Loss-of-function mutations in SAP cause the X-linked lymphoproliferative disease （XLP）, a severe immunodeficiency characterized by heightened susceptibility to Epstein-Barr vi- rus and impaired humoral immunity. Normal individuals express several functional and non-functional isoforms of SAP as a result of alternative splicing. In this study, we identify a cryptic exon in the murine Sh2dla gene. At the mRNA level, the new isoform of SAP （SAP-2） that includes this new exon is widely expressed in lymphoid tissues by C57BL/6 and 129 strains of inbred mice. SAP-2 accounts for approximately 1%-3% of total SAP transcripts, and it is dynamically regulated during lym- phocyte activation. At the protein level, the SAP-2 isoform is a 144 amino-acid protein. Compared to the dominant 126 ami- no-acid SAP-I isoform, the additional 18 amino acids are inserted into a structural region that is critical for phosphotyrosine binding. Our functional analysis in vitro indicates that SAP-2 is a non-functional isoform due to decreased protein stability. Thus, both human and mouse have multiple SAP splice isoforms that may or may not function. Modulation of relative propor- tions of these isoforms is potentially a mechanism whereby cells can regulate SAP-mediated biological activities.
